Counterfeit items

I bought a dress at ASOS.com months ago. Today I by chance took a look at this online site and have seen the exact pictures of the dress I bought at ASOS. They stole the pictures at ASOS and placed them at their website for selling. Beware!

Missing Items
October 13, 2015

I ordered 4 items in early September and when my package arrived, only 2 were inside. I assumed the other 2 would come in another shipment but it's been over a month and they are still not here. The ticket system doesn't work and every time I try to use the site chat it says it is offline. They already accepted my money. I just want my 2 items!:(

I contacted customer service about an order I had placed over a month ago, not that they could not even find my order even when I gave them my order number, they never got back to me!

How can fake and fraudulent companies like this exist so publicly? My order number was UU**************

They're stealing your social media photos and posting them to their website claiming that they offer the same product that I HAND MADE MYSELF.

If you do get your purchased item, which doesnt seem likely based on the hundreds of other terrible reviews, then the product probably wont be the item you thought you were buying.

STEER CLEAR! This is a fraudulent Asian based company that has made every penny off of theft. If they were a American company, I already would have sued! But since theres no legitimate contact information, and an automated review responder named 'Sandy Z', its seems all I can do is WARN customers. Any 'Good' review on this site about them is also fake, and created by the company

STAY AWAY FROM ZAFUL
October 12, 2015

I paid extra for speedier delivery. This is a joke. Also the price in my local currency quoted on the website was significantly less than the money taken from my credit card. I have queried this but no response.

Just received some of my items. Dear me they are AWFUL!. One item is actually completely different to the pictures on the website. I have emailed to complain but as I haven't had any contact from Zaful (should be renamed Zawful) then I am not holding out much hope. I'm putting it down to a learning experience but please learn from my mistakes. Don't go anywhere near this website.

Was really wanting to wear the dress i ordered on my vacation trip. Unfortunately that won't be the case and don't want to take another chance of spending money on items that take a month for shipping, then in return, you don't receive.

I ordered a bag set 3 weeks ago, paid for it and then after seeing dreadful reviews, got very scared. I tried to cancel my order, only to have them ignore that request and say that this particular item was 'unavailable' so would I like to exchange it for something else or get refunded? I immediately sent them a reply saying I had asked to cancel my order anyway, so could I definitely have a refund?
Almost three weeks later, nothing! Disgusted in this 'company'. I guess I'm not getting my money back so a valuable lesson learnt. I will be telling anyone who will listen, DO NOT purchase off this website.

*To add: straight after posting this, I received a notification that my refund was applied. This actually is true, because I've checked my account. Still, a little worrying that it took 4 emails from me and then this review. I will be steering clear form Zaful, although credit is due, they finally refunded me.

I place my order last month and still nothing! I ordered two swim sets. Now seeing these reviews I'm regretting everything! There is a FB site for those of you to share your horror stories that a few people started. Also, call paypal *******966 and tell them not to do business with them. Been waiting 26 days for a dress and saw many people received something in bad quality or nothing at all.

This site is a total scam. They steal photos from other clothing websites and send you a horrible knockoff. When you cancel an order they never give you a refund. Basically they lie and steal from you. Zaful has blocked me from facebook because I'm constantly warning people about their horrible site. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Paid the extra money for it to be overnighted to me, it's been 5 weeks now, still no order. I will be posting against shopping on Zaful to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Snapchat... Great customer Service!

Here is my order # to ensure that I truly made a purchase from Zaful:

I ordered three items from Zaful and I was very pleased with my purchase. Two of my Items shipped right away and when received, I was impressed with the quality of the stitching and fabric, especially for the price!

I inquired to Zaful about my third item and they got back to me right away with an explanation as to the delay. They even offered to either refund my money or allow me to choose another dress, if I wanted. Because I liked the dress I ordered, I told them I would wait. As soon as my item was available for shipping they contacted me and it was even earlier than their estimated date!

I have to say that I am very pleased with their service, over all.

Do not buy from them

I waited over a month for my order then when I finally received two tops they were nothing like what was advertised. I understand it's cheap but it's also nasty the fabric was so bad and the stitching embarrassing. I honestly don't know how this company is still aloud to sell its crap.

Worst experience ever... I'm almost up to my 20th email. I had no idea this company was based out of China. They certainly don't market it that way or let you know unless you really go looking for it. Sizing in China is so different from the United States and not being transparent about even this fact is only one of the many things that is wrong with this company. It's been over a month and slowly but surely I'm receiving my items. The quality of course is not very good. There are no tags in the close to even show what materials they are made of. I still have a handful of items to be delivered and the communication back-and-forth is still showing that they don't even know what is correctly outstanding. I even attached a spreadsheet to the last communication and they still got it wrong. I so regret ordering any of this.
