We sent an email to deactivate the price list subscription on March 29th but they say it was not received
So they stole 300 euros from us for a service that we don't use

I am still waiting for an item ordered from Gateway Luxury that was ordered approx. A month ago. It was to be a Christmas present for my daughter. I understand that small business orders may take longer. However, when emailing them two times (which states they will respond in 24-48 hrs) I never received a response. Poor communication for good business practice. Now I feel I am out $85 and a Christmas present.

I'm absolutely stoked to share my fantastic experience with BrandsGateway's dropship service! Seriously, this team have been a total game-changer for me. Their range of products is mind-blowing. It's how they handle orders – smooth as butter, I tell you – and don't even get me started on their shipping speed. Using their platform is like a walk in the park, even for a tech newbie like me. Their communication is spot-on, making them feel more like partners than just a service.

Been working with BrandsGateway for about 2 months now. And everything has been great. They shipped out the first few orders with out any issues and all my customers are happy with the products that were delivered. Great shopify app.

Worst company ever on the site you will find brandsgetaway price and market price when you purchase the subscription and start listing products they will list it on your site with the market price + about a. 100$ profit for them on each product + your minimum margin rate 1.5 soo the product cost will be triple the market price and you will never compete with other fashion sites.( No refunds after subscription)

If you are an eBayer this might work for you. But know that most items come with only or two sizes, a lot of which are not populated in US sizes. The discretions are a mess. But not to worry because you can easily wade through ******* products and edit them yourself. This is not a professional company or product.

We have been using Brandsgateway for roughly 12 months. Their brand and inventory selection has increased massively since my first purchase.
They offer a very professional, friendly service and are happy to answer any questions.

We have purchased numerous fashion brands from them and they have always been exactly as described.

We are more than happy with all our past transactions and will continue to use brandsgateway for the foreseeable future!

Run away from Brandsgateway. It's the biggest scam ever! I have found out that they use different dropshipping platforms like Bdroppy, HandMeTheBag, Stock Firmatti and Romanelli (and for sure others too) If you look on these platforms, they have the exact same products, same sizes but lower prices. Michael wants you to pay 300€ fee for a monthly subsciption, plus 25€ transport fee when he actually dropships the products himself, lying that he has warehouses, sells everything with higher prices from other resellers that have 6-7€ transport fee and the integration with a MUCH LOWER price. Plus he lies that he has marketing materials when he barely has 2-3 stolen pictures. A COMPLETE SCAM!

Probably the best dropship supplier to work with if you're planning on starting a fashion ecommerce business. I had signed up to their service 3+ months ago and couldn't be more happy. The customer support is amazing, their shopify plugin automates almost all the work for me and the inventory/brands they offer wouldn't be possible for me to source elsewhere.

Great product and service. Very fast and knowing customer service. First orders already on the way, thumbs UP!

This app has great products and nice people - but only allows autofeed. There is no way to put things in on draft mode - no option to turn off channels - no "gateway" in place for any kind of quality control or editing of photos before live listings on your website. I have been regularly working with customer service for options, but have come up with none that allow me to use this app. Despite this, they refuse to cancel my subscription with a refund. I argued that there was no way of knowing these software limitations prior to buying access through a subscription. They continuously referred me to their "policy". Rigid and blanket policies are lazy - and tell of a business not interested in building relationships, but willing to use customers' ignorance - caused only by a lack of software capabilities on the developers' parts - to turn a non-refundable profit. This company won't last. There are way too many apps offering real human interaction and cooperation. This is a lesson for me. I have lost money one time - but this company will eventually lose it all because of so many great American ventures starting to do the same with more inventory than 1 or 2 of each item. Americans will soon own this industry.

Outstanding customer support, They took the time to answer my questions in full and gave some great advice. Compared to their competitors, this is extremely rare and it was a "wow" interaction. The past 2 months of working with them has been a delight.

Never got a follow on the following issues:

- Product's main picture is not working for few random products.

Here is the list of the issues/amendments needed in APIs:-

- Stock status issue
- Filtering products on basis of GENDER
- Filtering products on basis of COLOR
- Still some products are having price marked as zero ($0)

I use Brandsgateway for about 3 months now and it was a very pleasant experience so far! They got good fashion brands with crazy high profit margins and one of the fastest delivery times in the industry. But what especially impresses me about BG is the customer support. Not only that they answer you in about minutes on their website and are always very friendly and on point, but they also give you a private agent who you can contact all the time via Whatsapp. Overall I have to say I am very happy with their service and can recommend them to any online seller! :)
