Bought a sweater on Zaful after reading lots of comments, and looking at youtube hauls. Although the sweater definitely wasn't the best quality, it was really worth it for the price and style! I was also surprised by how fast the shipping was. I got free standard shipping to Canada during Black Friday, and was expecting to wait for 3 weeks like it said on the website, but I actually got the item within 10 days of purchasing! The customer service was also great, as they reply to your message within 24 hours.

I discovered Zaful on a pop up ad. At first i was very skeptical of the site however after seeing many positive reviews on youtube i took a leap of faith and ordered from them. I was very surprised of the shipping time, it took approximately 1 week to arrive, also the quality of the products were exceptional. Now it is one of my favourite stores to shop online

This is long so TLDR; Zaful accepted my payment, refunded it, said I returned too many products (this is my first account and first / last purchase) then told me to wire transfer money them money instead and then they would send the product. Looks and smells like a scam. Buyer beware.

I ordered a shirt for my girlfriend, it was on sale for very cheap. I created an account put in my CC payment info, and purchased it. I receive a confirmation and everything was fine. Then, later the next day, I received an e-mail saying my payment was refunded. I filed a ticket in their very rigid system, stating I didn't know if the item was coming, and if the refund was in error. I was told that the item was coming, and they sent my my address as "shipping information"

I replied, asking if they were sure, and if it was could I have the tracking number. I called them on the phone, and they said my payment was rejected. I asked why, and they said they did not know, and to repurchase the order.

Then, I received an e-mail through their ticketing system, stating that my account had an unsually high number of RMA's (Return Manufacture Authorize) associated with it. I asked again, how could this be? This is a my first time creating an account and it was also my first purchase.

I received an email asking me to send them a western union or wire transfer them money. I replied that this feels like a scam, wrote another e-mail with the "send to manager" option, stating that this feels like a phishing scam, and that they're looking to steal money, not send a product, and take my personal information as well as credit card information.

I discovered Zaful thanks to a friend who recommended it to me. So I decided to place an order (a denim jacket). The order arrived after 11 days in perfect condition. The article was totally in line with my expectations: the right size, the right color, exactly as in the photo on the website. I'm trying to think about giving negative points about Zaful, but I can't find any... I will of course buy more clothes on Zaful (especially since Christmas is approaching hihi^^).
To write this review, I drew on my own experience. I myself have placed an order to test the reliability of this site and I assure all those who hesitate that this site is really exceptional. In all sincerity, Zaful is a rare gem.

Honestly, I was skeptical about ordering through zaful but was pleasantly surprised! Their customer service is top notch. When I had questions they were promptly answered. When I made an order on the wrong card by mistake they were quick to refund it. When I as frustrated that an item was out of stock they let me know exactly when it became available. The swimsuits I got were great material. I knew I already loved the patterns. I sized up (usually a medium) to a large knowing that a lot of the comments mentioned they were small fitting. The top was a bit large but for the price and ability to get both pieces totally worth it. I've recently made another order that I'm stoked to get! Just make sure you are looking at prices in the right currency to get the right price and think about where the order is coming from to avoid duties or taxes and be patient! I purchased four items from Zaful (one pair of sunglasses, one pair of earrings and two bikinis) and was very happy with their service!
The items arrived on time and all looked as photographed
Great colours and beautiful designs.

The sunglasses provide decent shade from the sun and they also look amazing with the earrings I bought!
I've received many compliments about the two bathers I bought as well.

I will definitely be ordering from Zaful again soon!

I brought a beaded shirt and it was not even beaded there was literally a row that was missing. And there shouldn't even be a row because the beading on the picture that was advertised showed that it was like random beadings spread out not clump together while one side was empty with no beadings. I brought a romper with sleeves and the string decides to break before I could even put it on. Really bad quality. The pattern on the romper was different than the advertised romper online. They also falsely advertised an active leggings. I picked a size Medium and when I received the item it says S/M. The pants couldn't fit me and was extremely tight.

I have made 2 orders from Zaful this year. First order in September I bought 2 dresses, and a lingerie set. The one dress is nice, fits well and I'll wear it in the summer. The other dress is so cheap. The material is a cheap rayon that is very thin and is always wrinkly. The lingerie set fits and looks nice.
Second order in October I bought a pullover sweater and I love it! It fits nicely and the material is nice!
So this is why I called this review "Hit or Miss" because sometimes the items are really nice, sometimes the items suck.
It's way too late for an exchange and I threw out the tags. So I don't expect a return or refund.
