I love my items from Zaful. I purchased 3 bikinis and 2 pairs of sunglasses for less than $70 AUD and they all came exactly as pictured. I was a little worried about the bikinis because on some websites they look great in photos but end up being thin and overly revealing. My bikinis are great, the material is nice a I like the fit and cut. My sunglasses are great too, I ordered two of the same design but in different colours and they are both really nice. The only thing I would say about the sunglasses is they are a little stiff when opening and closing them but other than that I love them. I also don't think they offer much real protection for your eyes against the sun but I wasn't looking for that. I really enjoyed my experience with this website and my items. Would definitely buy again!
I've bought a couple of times on Zaful and I wanted to share my honest opinion with all of you.
It was a really good experience, the page is completely reliable, though the have a lot of advertisements (from themselves) and sometimes the page works badly. Despite that I love it, because the clothes were true to size and the people that post their reviews make it easy to decide.
About the quality of the clothes, just let you know that is awesome, I haven't had any trouble with them and I use them a lot :) (my leggings for example).
Also the costumer's service works quick if you have any doubt, so really feel free to buy awesome and stylish clothes there!:)

I've ordered of zaful many times and every order i've purchased has been quick to deliver and the quality was amazing! The customer service team is also incredibly helpful and helped fix my issue in HOURS! 110% recommend zaful to anyone who wants a great pair of bathers and i am definitely gonna buy off zaful again!
My daughter ordered from this company. The items didn't fit so we wanted to return them and get a refund. I went on line and you have to send a "ticket" so i did with the order number and a listing of the items. They responded by asking for a listing of the items AGAIN with the item number and why we are returning the items so i did that AGAIN. Why is this necessary with everything electronically recorded in their system with the order number? Now they want photos of the items, the items numbers AGAIN and AGAIN the reason why we are returning them - they obviously have a policy of wearing down their customer so eventually the customer gives up and they keep your money.
These leggings were good quality, great size and a comfy fit. I would highly suggest buying them. The only complaint that i have is that i found them a tad bit itchy when i would sit down, but other than that I think that they were a great purchase
Just want to share my great experience on Zaful. This was my second time purchasing on Zaful and everything ran smoothly, from purchasing, shipping and deliveries. Purchased products were in excellent qualities. I love all the items! It exceeded my expectations. The packaging was so nice and properly sealed. In addition, the app was easy to navigate and has varieties of clothing items to choose from. They have Zpoints where you can get big bonus and coupons for discounts. Free shipping was available, too. Lastly, they have a great customer service. I strongly recommend this online shopping store.

When I first began shopping at Zaful, I read these type of reviews to make sure I knew what I was getting myself into. After receiving my orders, I can genuinely say that every product I have received I have loved. Each product is true to size, made of good material, and very cute. A very good quality of customer services which I ever had in my career or online services I was having trouble but the resolved it as well they gave me the gift as well as 100 points for the compensation as well the more important thing the material of the quality is like what I have seen on the picture I have got it like the same. I will give 10 out of 10.
First of all, they produce really beautiful products. There are multiple discount options in purchase transactions. Z points, coupons, payment methods are seriously developed. Customer service is very insightful and very fast. If there is a product that doesn't go out of stock, it's a nice thing to do any kind of help and give coupons after a refund. The delivery speeds are excellent, sending their cargo to the end of the world in about 15 days, which is their biggest advantage. When I got my product, I realized that they were doing a good job from the quality. It was full on me and the product quality was tremendous.
I always go to Zaful when I have upcoming events and need something specific to wear. The sizes are sometimes off (too small or too big), but for the most part, everything always usually fits well. The quality of the items is also perfect for the price, sometimes even better! I have always received my items in less than two weeks. Returning is a hassle so I would not recommend it; be sure that what you order is something that you would actually wear! I don't really have anything to complain about! The coupon codes have always worked for me and I really like all of the options of clothing on their website.
I ordered a total of 5 items from Zaful. It was two tops, a sweater, a hoodie I planned to give to my boyfriend, and a swim suit. I can definitely say my favorite piece was the knitted top. It was exactly like the picture and good quality. I can't say the same about plunge floral top which was my least favorite. It was okay at best but the material was very cheap and tacky and seemed to be more grayish white than white. The oh so popular white V sweater was super cute! It's cozy and stylish and I have had no problem washing it either. It's one size though so if you're typically a bigger curvy girl it may not be for you and will run short. I was hoping it would be a bit longer but with high-waisted jeans it's no problem. The one piece swimsuit was cute and good material but it didn't fit me well. I typically order small or medium and I got a medium but it was too tight and small so the length was really awkward but I have high hopes for bikini's now. My boyfriend liked his sweater which I got in a medium and it fits but I feel like a large would have been cozier if you like hoodies that are a bit oversized. The material is good but more shiny and silky in a sense for the front rather than soft and cozy like a normal hoodie but still comfortable and stylish. It took a little more than a week for my items to arrive from their place to Florida expect for the hoodie which I was worried about because it shipped separately and took longer so it worried me but their customer service was fast and reassuring but it did take almost twice as long but they said they were short supplied because so many people had ordered but but that they would ship it as soon as possible and they did. Overall I was satisfied with a majority of my purchases and all I would do differently is size up because they have some really cute outfits for fair prices and if there was ever a problem I know I can rely on customer service to help me.
DONT BUY FROM THEM, they scam you. You will never receive your items and they refuse to give your money back. I read a few reviews like this before I ordered and figured it probably wouldnt happen to me. But guess what? It did. Happened to my friend too. Its a total scam. The good reviews are not real.

I ordered three swimsuits from Zaful at the recommendation of a friend, since we are going on Spring Break together and I was looking for some new bikinis. All of them shipped the night that I ordered them, and came in within the 6-8 business day window that was promised. All of the suits were fabulous quality, something I was originally wary of due to the price. Unfortunately, one of the suits didn't fit (was too big) and the other was too small on the bottom. The third fit perfectly! I contacted Zaful and let them know, and they gave me a full refund for one, and sent me the next size up in the other, no questions asked. Incredible customer service, I will definitely be ordering from them again!
Worst return service, sick email service, no return option n app. And they ask us to keep items n refund half. Or ship white out money. Worstest

I ordered 3 pieces from Zaful. It actually was delivered pretty quickly, however the delivery guy cherged me 20 Euros for the packages. I didn't get so mad because I'd ordered 3 pieces for a reasonable price... Untill a opened the package and 1 hoodie was missing. I reached out to them and I was told they had to split my delivery in 2 parts, thus I ended up paying 20 Euros again for only 1 hoodie! I could have gone to a clothe shop and bought good quality stuff for the money I wound up paying.

One of three products was listed as not shipped in the email saying that two others had been shipped on 12/17/18. No update has been provided on the unshipped items and the two shipped items still have not arrived as of 12/27. Had to go to the store on Christmas Eve to replace the gifts that did not arrive. Avoid Zaful if you need items on a specific date. Can speak to the quality of the items, cause I still don't have them:-(.

I ordered a button sunflower print midi dress and a button embellished striped skirt and the quality of the materials and the delivery time amazed me!
