This is the worst website, never will i order from them again. First off they offered expedite shipping if i order over $130 dollars or so, which i did take that offer so i can receive my package on time before a trip. The "expedite" shipping is bull$#*!, 3-5 turned into 12 days which is over the days of standard shipping 3-7. To add on top of that the quality sucks, and they have lack of customers service, plus they make you pay for your return even though it is their fault, and they wont even return your money to the card you paid with.! BULL$#*!
What I really love about ZAFUL is that the prices are low but the quality is high, not just one or the other. The sizes do confuse me sometimes as they are not the same for every item but it's really not a huge problem. I am especially happy with the swimming costumes - you are not allowed to return them (for obvious reasons) and I was a bit worried they wouldn't fit or they wouldn't be as I had hoped but I was completely wrong! I am beyond happy with the four I bought and would definitely buy more. I did buy one small hair accessory that broke within a few weeks but I only paid around £3 for it so I'm not too bothered. Overall I think ZAFUL is a great shopping site for those who don't want to break the bank but still care about the quality of what they are receiving.
Zaful is the best option for finding budget friendly. And trendy fashion pieces. The quality surprised me as the price was so affordable! I've been wearing the bikinis I bought every other day, put it through the wash and dryer, and it still looks brand new. The fabric is soft and comfortable and still holds its shape. I am extremely impressed. Thank you so much to Zaful, I look forward to shopping again.

I've ordered twice on Zaful, I liked the items I've received, they fit well and according to size. It is cheap and you can appreaciate some imperfections in the details, but overall I'm very happy with my purchase.
The customer service is efficient too, instead of returning the items, they offer resonable alternatives. In case of problems with payment/refund, they processed it very quickly.
I wish the shipping was faster.
Zaful has incredible bathing suits at super reasonable prices. They're always very high quality and they never fail to gain compliments! I highly encourage anyone looking for cute, affordable bathingsuits to download the Zaful app!
I chose buy here my clothes for the good looking it has. Even I was willing to pay for the "free shipping/discount" for student. After a few order, one of them it wasn't delivery to my door because the USPS claimed I didn't have a mail box. The package was returned to the sender (ZAFUL) in the same day without a notice. I opened a ticket (is how ZAFUL call it) to resolve the issue. After few emails back and forth; ZAFUL told me few options to resolve the issue and every one include a charge for "returning shipping" which is not fair for been charged for something it was out of my hands.
Just to give you and idea the amount of time wasted in this matter started in June 13,2020 and still I need to deal with it.

I ordered 4 different pairs of shorts (dolphin style shorts) and a pair of leggings/joggers. I am tall and somewhat thin but I have a booty so I always order Medium instead of Small, especially on bottoms. Every pair of shorts I ordered was tiny. In fact, I gave two of them to my nine year old daughter instead so that the entire order wouldn't go to waste. On two of the shorts, the elastic band around the waist that is under the cloth of the short gets immediately twisted up when you put the shorts on or off. I just threw one pair away because I could not un-twist the band, and what is the point if I have to keep dealing with that. Also, all the shorts and the joggers came with this weird "drawstring", which looks like an actual drawstring in photos, but instead it is two verrrrry long strings, sewn onto the front. There is literally no purpose and I cut them off because they were so incredibly long. To sum it up, sometimes it's better to just pay a higher price to get a better product. The deals on this site are good, but you get what you pay for. Product kinda sucked and was cheap and ill-fitting. Luckily two pairs of the MEDIUM size shorts can be passed on to my nine year old daughter

Really one of the best store to order clothes from abroad - always fast delivery and quality even better then I expect!) Price also very affordable especially when they have some promo and discounts (or you can find cashback)! Also pleasantly surprised by the increasing of the assortment every time I visit their site. The products are also super affordable, not to mention the discounts you are offered which include your student discount, your Z-point discount, coupons and free shipping on certain orders. I had accidentally ordered the wrong size for one of my items and quickly got in-touch with the customer support centre who responded to my issues ticket in less than 24 hours. The issue was resolved and my order was shipped the following day! The clothing that I ordered was up to a significantly high standard and everything fit me perfectly. All in all, I was extremely impressed with the Zaful service and everything that they have to offer. I have been and will continue to rave to my friends and family about the great experience I had with the brand. I have recently just ordered a whole bunch of new items off Zaful for myself, my sister and my boyfriend, of which I got more than half of the total price off due to all the discount methods I was able to apply. Has a vast variety of clothing and accessories that are priced fairly. The clothing is in style and there is always something for everyone. Nice clothing and accessories are also on sale often or put in clearance which makes it of an even greater value since the prices are lower. Have not had to talk to customer service as my order came as shown on the website.

I've never had a problem ordering at Zaful. I've ordered 3 times (12 items in total) and I'm about to do my 4th. What can be difficult sometimes is that if you wait too long, the things you may have liked can be out of stock, but sometimes thet get back on stock. Also, it will take some time for the package to arrive.
In general, I love the page, it's easy to use and they always send me the correct order, and it always fits perfectly.
Finally found the best clothing website! I have never ordered from a clothing website that has been so affordable yet cute and great quality. I have ordered so many clothing pieces and swimsuits. Everything is beyond durable I have even worn the swimsuits a lot and they are still holding up great! My friends always ask me where I get them and I always recommend them. I would tell anyone who is looking for a low price quality product to visit this site for sure!
I've been shopping with Zaful for over 3 years now and I can confidently say that I've never once been disappointed with the quality of their products and service. They always ship fast and answer any questions I have regarding returns and my orders. I've shopped on other online stores like shien, princess polly, pretty little thing, and romwe but I have to say Zaful is by far my favorite. I get my Zaful packages 2 weeks earlier than packages from other stores and the returns are fairly easy. GO WITH ZAFUL. I love all their stuff! Zaful do not make it easy to return your items. Instead of downloading a free returns label like most companies you have to contact them about a return and wait for a response. They give you multiple return/exchange options but none are the standard option that you want to have just to return some items. If you choose to return the items you have to return them to a Spanish I believe distribution centre and initially you have to pay the postage yourself and wait for them to return this cost. They will only however return a postage cost of up to 30% the price of the order, I've never shipped anything to Spain, I can't imagine it would work out very easily or that Zaful would be prompt and easy to get this refund from. This is why I, as I'm sure many others have just taken then option of a partial refund which I was only offered as store credit, I then had to keep the items which I did not want as I did not like them due to their sizing but also the website did not reflect the material or the clothes effectively. I did a second order with them using the store credit and they gave me a different list of options for returns as the first time. So their so called returns policy isn't really a returns policy because they just pick and choose whatever options they feel like offering. I was not impressed with this system, it needs serious improvement because the amount of waste clothing as people can't return it. It should be highlighted to a customer before they order so they're fully aware of their lack of smooth return. Finally, you should not have to contact Zaful in order to return the items they should have a better system that is more automatic like most other companies with smooth returns.
