I'm not one to write reviews, but I had to share the word about how great Zaful is. The quality of their swimwear is great and they all fit perfectly. I'm 5'5 and weigh 170lbs and got all my suits in Large. I'm also satisfied with their shipping timeframe as it took the exact, if not less than the approximated timeframe they provided. With that being said, I think anyone who orders from Zaful will be satisfied and I say this with honesty.

One of the best sites for ordering cheap and good quality clothing. I am an old customer and have bought tops, bikinis and pants, and never had I ever been disappointed. They always look exactly like the pictures, and the measurements are right. So, if you measure yourself, you won't have any problems. The shipping time is pretty normal, considering I live in Greece, and the fabrics used are pretty good. The price-quality ratio is unbelievable. To sum up, I would for sure recommend buying from this site.

I have been a loyal and frequent customer to Zaful and I'd say that my overall experience has been really great with only a few minor inconveniences. All the clothes I have gotten from Zaful have been better quality than I expected despite the cheap price. I'd go as far as to say that the quality of some of the Zaful clothing I have received has been better than mainstream high street stores (especially the jackets and thicker clothing) which would charge twice the amount for the same product. While some Zaful clothing can be hit or miss from what I've seen on various customer reviews on Zaful (e.g. Sheer material, overly cropped), it seems to mostly be Zaful's older clothing that causes problems. I can definitely see a rise in quality with some of the newer products on their site as a past and present Zaful customer so if you are reluctant to buy for Zaful as a first time customer, I recommend visiting the 'NEW' section as well as check customer reviews before you buy. When buying on Zaful, common sense is KEY - always look at reviews beforehand. My only inconvenience was related to shipping but when I contacted customer service through the ticket system, they were able to sort out my issue as well as send my order to me within the week it was dispatched when usually Zaful takes 2-3 weeks shipping. Zaful isn't your average cheap on-line store, they are improving rapidly with their growing popularity. (24/02/19)

I absolutely love Zaful! It's a great online shopping website that suits me a lot; I ordered twice in the last month(both orders are +$60)! The quality is so good I wish I could show you, I love their items so much. The shipping/processing time is a bit weird though; my first order arrived a little later than a month while my second order arrived in two short weeks. Not sure what went wrong there but they still got my items delivered so it's all good.

Firstly the customer service from Zaful is very good 10/10 didn't have a problem or whatsoever with them. Ths products are exactly like their on the puctures and quality is perfect. I asked thsm to change the size for me cause i order a wrong size and I was panicking cause it didn't change from my online system but they said they sorted it out and when I got the products they actually I was so impressed and would definitely order from them in the future.

This is the first time I have ordered items outside UAE very hesitant at first but i have read so many reviews and hauls about zaful so i decided to get some stuffs for myself to try, I am a bikini junkie so the site was perfect and the price is low compared to if im getting it on an actual shop, discount codes also saves me from the delivery charge atleast. It takes almost a month to be delivered but worth when i finally received them as the quality of the packaging and the items you can't compare to the price, I was expecting less but It goes beyond my expectations.

I've always been distrustful about online shipping and companies overseas, that was because a really bad experience that I had with 1, however after reading a bunch of comments and hearing the experiences foam my friends, I decided to give it a go and was pleasantly surprised. The items took 1 month to arrive even though I live in South America and they were really good quality. What I like the most is that they are really affordable which helps quit a lot since sometimes buying clothes is really out of my budget. Overall a really good experience and definitely would do it again.

I was referred to Zaful by a friend, and I loved it! I have only used it for swimwear, but they have really cute stuff that is not swimwear too! I have absolutely loved every item I have purchased. My only warning is to make sure you choose the right size. I highly recommend measuring yourself and reading the reviews. I do not usually measure, but when it comes to swimsuits you never know. I did once get a swimsuit and the top fit, but the bottoms didn't. I reached out to the Zaful team and they were so kind and accommodating. I really appreciated their response.

I ordered four times from Zaful and all those transactions was great though one of my order delivery date took 3 weeks which I understand because I live in the Philippines. I have given some of my Zaful purchase to my best friend as Christmas gift and she really loves them. I have also wore some of my bikini purchases on my El, Nido Trip and it was so nice on me, I received a lot of compliments about my swimsuit. Honestly, I don't really trust online purchases because sometimes the size and material are way to far from the picture on the website, but Zaful exceeded my expectations <3

I ordered well over $100 worth of bikinis, they broke my order up into 3 shipments. I received 1/3 shipments because THEY messed up on the Suite number. They put 1 instead of 1600. So when I contacted them they told me that I would need to pay a re-ship fee. I told them why should I need to pay a re-ship when it was their mistake in the first place. The girl who replied said I need to pay a handling fee of $15 USD or else my package would be destroyed and not their fault. I told her it was bull$#*! and to send me the invoice because I want my bathing suits. But I 11/10 DO NOT recommend ever shopping here and they just lost a customer for life.
