My boyfriend ordered this super fuzzy and teddy inspired jacket for my birthday and I couldn't be happier with his purchase. I genuinely love this gift so much because it's exactly what the picture portrayed and it's so comfortable. I use it as a blanket around the house or a cute jacket to style with fall outfits. It's also great cause if you cut the tag out, you can reverse the colors and it looks like a different jacket! This order made me want to purchase from Zaful more often!

I have very good things to say about Zaful. At first I was accidentally sent the wrong sized item, and I was very upset because I thought like with most other websites, I was just going to get the run around. But it turns out that Zaful actually cares because they responded to my issues promptly and they resolved it quickly. They sent me another item free of charge and they didn't even require me to send the first item back. Simple quality service.

Yes, for Canadians items can be overpriced. Yes, they may not be the best quality. However, you cannot deny how well on trend Zaful is! And how quick they are to respond with customer services! They are VERY supportive and kind. If you search around and look at the reviews carefully and look at pictures similar to your body type you can find amazing pieces, but if you just make purchases because it looks great on the general picture or on the model you may receive something unexpected. Overall, I love Zaful! Even just browsing the website upgrades my sense of style. I hope they make new tees and bring back some out of stock items!

My experience buying on the site Zaful was a good experience. I purchased 2 items a swimsuit and dress. I received them within the timeframe it said it would which was great. I've had issues on other sites where they take a lot longer than they say it will. The items were just how they looked on the site, they were good quality. Although, I would say that both items ran a little big but I am also on the thinner side, so if they can offer more XS that'd be great. Overall I would definitely recommend this site to any of my friends!

I have ordered a few different bikinis from this site. All of them have been phenomenal. The quality is great, the fit is great (I'm very petite and it's hard to find a good fitting swimsuit that isn't too baggy), and the price is awesome! Shipping time is much quicker than I expected (shipping to NY). My favorite site to get my swimwear from!

When I first heard of this site I didn't know what to expect but I thought I might as well chance it an worst case I lose 20 dollars on some bathing suits. I could not have been more pleasantly surprised! I expected shipping to take about a month( they are very transparent about shipping time), and it actually came earlier. All the bathing suits were great quality and exactly as they looked on the website. I have ordered many time since and have always been extremely happy. Just like every other website/store- not everything is going to fit like you want. However, all my items have always come on time or early and been great quality. I will continue to shop with them for a long time!
