Despite what their return policy says online, expect to get nowhere with returns. They make you call (a not legit number to speak to someone who will only make you follow up online) or require you to submit an online ticket. A bot responds to you asking for photos (I was returning for wrong size so I'm not sure why photos were required). Nonetheless I provided them only to get another automatic message asking for SKU numbers. I provided them 3x and continued to get the same automated message. When I escalated the comment to get a real human I never received a response. After looking on their facebook and other review sites I noticed this a common occurrence and even if customers are lucky enough to somehow get directions on how to return, they send the order back and never receive a reimbursement. Basically, if you order don't waste your time trying to go through with a return.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. They exceeding my expectations when it came to shipping---it took max 1 1/2 weeks to get here! Being in college, I am on a super low budget, so these swimsuits are super affordable but the quality of them is comparable to high end bathing suits! They are super durable and will last a long time! They are amazing, They were my staple swimsuits that I wore in the summer! I took them on vacation, and could not stop getting compliments on them. I am so going to buy more for the summer coming up!

I have ordered a number of things off of the ZAFUL website and am always very pleased at the quality provided for such a low price. Given, you may be able to get a nicer, long lasting swimsuit at about x10 the price for just a top or a bottom that may go out of style quickly which I do not find worth it. There are so many styles and reviews to help the purchaser make a final decision as well as size charts. The website can be a bit confusing (especially how everything is at a "discount" and sometimes shipping time can take a while but, again, for the price, it's hard to complain. I will continue purchasing from here!

Usually whenever I see clothes online at such a cheap price I assume that they will be low quality. Zaful was having a great sale so I took advantage of it to try it out, I got 2 bathing suits and 3 dresses. The bathing suits surpassed my expectation, the bottoms weren't to skimpy but they also felt like great quality and fashionable, I will be ordering more. The dresses were great quality as well! I got so many compliments on the orange one, the pink one is very cute and ill use it for graduation pictures, and the red one is a great beach dress! Overall I am beyond happy with this purchase and cant wait for my next.

So I ordered some clothes, a bikini and accessories. I loved them, every single one was true to size (the bikini was my only problem, it's a little bit small on my chest) and as expected, the quality was pretty good. I would definitely order again from Zaful!

Although I came up with a few problems: one time my hoodie was not delivered and one time the blouse i received had a small rip, Zaful customer service replied very quickly and offered quite satisfying solutions. Either I received a refund or a new item. The quality of the products is great, including nice colors and good material. The sizes may differ from one product to another."

I have bought so many things from Zaful already and have more orders on the way. The products are so good and absolutely adore the swimsuits. Generally the sizing is very good, sometimes on the small size, but is still gorgeous to wear. When I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong size on a couple of bikinis, I contacted the support team and they gave me multiple options on why to do- I was given a refund for those products and was still able to keep them! I ended up giving them to my friend who was a smaller size so they would fit her. Had so many compliments wearing the bikinis, particularly the green pattern ones. Can't wait for my orders from the activewear range to arrive- such a good price for leggings of what where reviewed as really good quality for such a low price.

Zaful's bathing suits are always comfortable, functional, and cute! I have ordered suits from them on multiple occasions and they never disappoint. During my trip to the Dominican Republic, I brought Zaful bathing suits exclusively! They hold up well, are offered for a great price, and come in a large variety of different styles. I have yet to find another store, online or otherwise, that has cuter suits for this great of a price!

I learnt about zaful only a month ago and so far, it's one of my favourite websites to get clothes in. There's always discounts and promotions going on and you can use points to help pay for your clothes. The clothes are of good quality. The only reason why I can't give it five stars is because I had a bit of trouble with my order, mainly when it came to sizes and how things fit on me, which was probably caused by how there were little to no reviews on some of the items I bought. However, the staff at ZAFUL were extremely helpful and prompt when it came to giving me my refund.

One of my friends told me that I should order some bikinis from Zaful. I downloaded the app immediately and searched the items for hours. I found lots of beautiful clothes. My only problem was that the shipping to Hungary is very expensive and not worth it if you want to buy just one thing. Then I found out that you can collect points by entering the app every day and from the points you can buy coupons and sometimes there is a free shipping coupon. So about the products... I was very satisfied with them. Everything fit me and was good quality. Honestly i did not expect that it will be that good. I did not have size problems as well. Overall I would recommend this website for everyone. Thank you Zaful for the items. :)

I love this company! I have made multiple purchases, because the clothes and bathing suits are stylish, trendy, and have an affordable price tag for even the tightest budgets. I will be purchasing with them in the future. I have kept everything that I have purchased, and wear them all regularly, receiving compliments on everything every time I wear it. The delivery is efficient, and takes less time than they estimate usually! Overall I recommend this site to anyone looking for the best clothes at affordable prices.
