Honestly ladies the stuff looks cute but I can tell you to STAY CLEAR of this SCAM. I ordered a bikini and skirt set on April 2nd payed $20.66 CAD for express 6-10 day shipping (that's shipping alone without clothes) and it's been 19 business days no package no shipping email (the initial confirmation email came through on the 3rd so payment went through, the order was placed). I tried to call both of their customer service numbers on my cell and it would not go through saying I couldn't call this country (I tried calling Washington DC, their number's location, on my phone and that went through). So I emailed listing my concerns while asking for my express shipping refunded because it did not go through and their response was basically that the bikini is in high demand and I can choose another and they'll ship it with 7-15 business days or longer (they actually wrote or longer so no commitment to timelines). They also said choose something available to switch but when I originally ordered this bikini it said available. Called again on my home phone it went through after arguing they finally refunded my order. You'll be waiting 2+ months for your stuff if it even gets there. Thought I'd share so no one else experiences this mess. I'll update in 7 business days to see if the refund goes through.

There is so much information on each product, it is impossible to receive the wrong size. The quality of every item I have ever received is incredible. Delivery is faster than some businesses that are based in my country, the fact that it's delivered to my door and I don't have to go through my post office is just amazing. The customer service is outstanding, they are very understanding and helpful. I could not recommend Zaful enough! Some negatives though are that they are not good at removing items when they are out of stock, its happened where I ordered something and paid for it, did not receive my package and after I enquired about where it was, I was only then told that it was out of stock. It would be nice to not have the items displayed as available or at least to be told soon after my order was placed that the item was out of stock instead of waiting for it for weeks. Some of the accessories are also quite plasticy, but the clothes and especially the swimwear are fantastic!

Zaful has a wide variety of clothes and swimsuits. You really need to do your research on the reviews for sizing and how the clothes will actually look, but the reviews are very helpful for sizing. I've ordered some clothes that were the wrong size or not as I expected them to look but the customer service department has been very helpful with all my orders. They have either offered to send me new products or refund my account, and has told me to donate the products that did not fit. I look forward to ordering from Zaful again.

I'm actually obsessed with Zaful. It's not the greatest of quality - you can compare it to the quality of Forever 21, but there are so many options! I constantly check the website and I find something new every time. They have a great rewards/points system and their customer service is fantastic! They also have a great 'Inspiration' section where you can get outfit ideas and fashion tips from other bloggers and users. I recommend Zaful to my friends ALL the time.
TIP: before purchasing an item, read the product description and the reviews.

I have made two orders from this company and they have not failed me yet. The shipping arrived in about a week and a half which is not too bad. Their clothes were comfortable and pretty true to size expect for a pair of leggings that seem a bit too low-waisted for my personal comfort. They also offer plenty of coupons and have a points system with many options to use them on. I recommend this store but do take a look at individual item reviews and size chart. I hope this helped!

Ordered 4 bikini sets from Zaful ND received them in just 1&1/2 weeks without express delivery, was really pleased about this. As for the bikinis, they all matched perfectly with the website photos and the quality was quite surprising given the price. Would 100% order from Zaful again

The prices in ZAFUL are so cheap compared to other overpriced websites. It is the first time where the items are exactly the same as in the picture and they are all lovely and to the latest fashion. I received my order within a week and I was able to track it everyday until I received it. They sent you emails to ask you if everything went well or if they can help you with anything and they reply very fast. There are various ways of gaining points and prices in the app and they even have discounts for students. Absolutely amazing. 100/10 if I could.

It was my first time to order from Zaful. I was hesitant at first to check out my orders because of some bad reviews, but I still did it and even paid it thru my credit card 'cause I really really want the items and I also read a lot of good reviews. So I contacted Zaful and asked them all the questions I needed and they really have a great customer support. They gave me peace of mind that my package will come at my doorstep without any problem. Fortunately, I received my items, well packaged! AND MY ORDERS, SOOOOOO GORGEOUS! Thank you soo much Zaful, looking forward to more hassle-free shopping experience from you! Lots of love!

Many of my friends have ordered clothing and other items from this company and I have heard many mixed reveiws about them but I decided to order 12 items from them and only four of them have showed up I got fast shipping and insurance on my package because i had a feeling something was going to go wrong. I ordered my items 5 WEEKS AGO and nothing has come in. I've called them multiple times asking where they are and they told me they sold me items that are out of stock. I'm completely disgusted with the way the costumer service handled this situation, they are so rude and only tell you what u see on your account. I'm still in shock how a brand can be so unprofessional to sell people items that are out of stock

DON"T SHOP HERE! SCAM and WORST EXPERIENCE I have EVER had! They made a mistake on my home address and shipped to a non-existing address in another town! So It took weeks for me to finally get HALF my order (and it was up to me to track it down which cost me many many hours of phone calls and emails, as ZAFUL claimed it was out of their control and made no attempts to contact the shipping company DHL and the USPS, who it wound up with). ALSO, during the process of trying to track down my order, I also found out Zaful only sent half of it because the other half was not in stock - they TOOK PAYMENT for ALL of my order and NEVER NOTIFIED ME that only half was available and HALF WAS OUT OF INVENTORY so I would have to wait who knows how long for the other items to become available! Naturally I cancelled the rest immediately and threatened to challenge it with paypal if they didn't give me a refund for the items not shipped. Then after I got the first package almost two weeks late, and I wanted to return a few items, they avoided me you like the plague! It is very hard to find post sale info on their website. Through their Contact Us links, I was using instant message and also calling and emailing! Finally I had to go through what they call, "creating a ticket" which only turns into more delays and avoidance. I had to give sku numbers, pictures and explanations for each item. I am still waiting. I mentioned that one item was poor quality and that all of the items I want to return are ill fitting swim suits. Now they want me to send more pictures as proof of defects and poor quality so they can "evaluate with their colleagues" and decide if they will "approve" the returns. How can I show that they are ill fitting?! I just responded that I am not sending them pictures of my daughter at all, especially in ill fitting swimsuits! Who knows if I will ever get my money back! I will dispute it with paypal and my credit card company, but that is still another hassle. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - such a scam. I suggest shoppers go to Lulus if you have to shop online!
