All the orders I have received from Zalful have came in when they said they would, fit perfectly and didn't have cheap/ low quality material. They have SO much to choose from so style isn't really a problem, they keep up with newer trends and the prices are GREAT for the quality of clothing you get. Such a steal of a deal! I highly recommend Zalful and always tell my friends to order from there as well, I know I will continue too. You won't regret it.
Also great customer service they always answer in a timely fashion.

I've made about two purchases from Zaful and had a good experience with one of them. The tank top I ordered never showed up due to a address issue I had, they base addresses off of Google Maps. So if you're like me and live in the middle of no where when Google gets your address wrong then be wary! It wouldn't let me input my correct address and I had to go off Google, I didn't realize it was a problem until the tank top never arrived. Luckily I was able to fix the address on my second order. I still never got my tank top but that doesn't really bother me. Regardless of the address issue I love this website and I recommend it to everyone!

The website and app work properly, and contains adequate details and description of products. It reached the destination in time, although there was hold up at the customs at the destination. So something to improve on the agent's end. The products were all of good quality, matched description on site, except for a color of one dress, much darker shade than photo shown. What I liked was that each product was packaged separately! However, maybe consider different type of packages that is more environment friendly! Customer service was prompt and helpful throughout! Overall very good service and good products!

I like Zaful.com! I bought a few things and received a lot of compliments! I love the fact that the prices are really low, which means that I can buy more clothes thani in a normal shop, with the same amount of money. Of course clothes' quality is not always the best, otherwise they couldn't be so cheap, but I've been really surprised by some of my purchases, they were great!

I found many great clothing options on Zaful at a very reasonable price. They have a giant selection of apparel, which gave me so many choices. The ordering and delivery process was reliable and speedy too! The quality of the clothes surprised me, because I assumed it wouldn't be that great, but turns out, the material of the clothing was honestly durable. I don't order frequently on the site, but when I do shop on Zaful, I'm able to purchase larger amounts of items since they all are sold at a great price. I definitely recommend this clothing site to anyone looking for affordable yet stylish clothes.

Zaful has never disappointed me. From there amazing deals, amazing styles, and amazing customer service, it's hard not to shop here daily. I am always looking for the next thing to purchase. I particularly love their swimsuits. I also love that Zaful provides fast shipping and you can track your orders. Many people have had mixed reviews but I decided to go forward with it because I really liked the clothing they had and I do not regret it.

I order a short sleeve button-down a month to the day I received it. They said they'd ship out my order within 7 days. I gave them an additional week until I contacted them. They sent me an e-mail with additional information on my order. The item I ordered was out of stock... BUT IT WAS IN STOCK WHEN I ORDERED IT. I figured they either weren't keeping track of their stock, their website wasn't up to date, or they decided to ship orders placed after mine.

They told me it'd take an additional 7-10 days (it took them 8) and I received my package 11 days after the e-mail correspondence. At that point, I didn't even want the shirt anymore but nonetheless I opened the package and went to try it on. The stitching is misaligned, parts of the shirt aren't even stitched and the parts that are - the threading is already coming undone. I'm very disappointed in both the product and service I received.

I have ordered so much from zaful and completely love literally everything. Their quality is amazing. Zaful is also very trendy and constantly updating their products. Customer service is great.

The first ever online clothes' purchase I made was with Zaful. I read everything about it and trusted. I was not disappointed with the quality of the products and the prices. However, the sizes that were attached to the products were quite different from what i was expecting. It happened that the table with sizes showed that I'm an L and when I received the products they were quite big for me but they ended up fitting well (I was lucky I chose clothes that would look good on me even regardless the big size).
So basically, choosing the right size with the table that is provided on zaful app (or website) is quite dangerous, for example, I bought an L size white dress (which has an amazing quality) but in reality it looked like it's an XXL.

I ordered three bikinis and a tank top. Two of the bathing suits fit perfectly and the other was WAY too small as well as the tank top was tight, their size guide and consistency is way off. If you read the reviews to see if the item runs small or large you should be okay. It was relatively easy to exchange and receive a refund for the items that did not work. The prices are cheaper than other places. Cute clothes, I will order again!

Just a small side note - this is my objective opinion based on my actual experience with Zaful. I ordered 9 items which totaled to about $53 which (I know) seems to good to be true. It was my first time ordering with Zaful, but I figured at that price it would be worth it even if only a few of the items worked out for me. Well I ended up loving every single item! I got 4 sweaters and 5 different accessories (belts, earrings, and necklaces). I did order up a size for each of the sweaters (which I would recommend in general for Zaful clothing), but they all turned out great. Shipping took a little over 3 weeks, but I had heard that from other reviews, so I was sure to order them well in advance before I needed them. I would definitely recommend!

I ordered two bathing suits from Zaful. One of them was delivered to my address in Canada from China in a little over two weeks, which is not bad. I was expecting it to take longer. The quality is good for the price, and it fit true to size, although the cut of the bottoms could have been better. The other one never shipped -- I contacted Zaful to ask about this and they told me this suit was not available. This is disappointing as they never notified me about this -- they also should not be allowing orders on a product that is sold out. They offered a refund a few extra Zaful points in exchange. Overall, the product meets expectations for the low prices... when they actually show up that is.

I love Zaful, they have the cutest clothes, really good quality and very affordable too. They have all sorts of clothing, from tops and bottoms, to swimwear and beauty products! I also love the fact that they have a plus size range and they also have a men's line. Their service is really nice, they care about their costumers and can help with any problems with orders. I keep coming back to their store and I keep telling about them to my friends and family! I can't wait to for my next order to arrive!
