I recently ordered a couple of things from here and i was fairly surprised at the shipping times, a lot faster then expected. Products were very accurate and quality is what you would expect for the price but still decent. Luckily for me i did my research before ordering and a lot of people were telling me that the sizes run small so size wise, going 1 up for me was all i needed and everything fit fine.

I ordered some sunglasses and bikinis the other day and have received no order information about were my order is my bank account says that i bought theses things?/? Were are they was this a scam? I really would like my order, were is it?

A couple items came broke I ordered all jelwery no clothes but customer support contacted me right a way about the broken items and fixed the problem!

I bought a pair of bathers online at zaful, and i am live in australia. The bathers took about 3 weeks to come i was nervous as i had heard reviews of people never recieving there item, but i was very happy with the result of them. Quality was good and the size was good! All and all would be happy to purchase from them again

A part of my order was shipped the next day of placing order. It reached me within two weeks. Very happy with the final products. However, the remaining products are still not shipped. Apparently they are out of stock, which zaful should've informed at the time of purchase. Also, they initially gave me the wrong tracking number, but eventually corrected it after I contacted them.

I have ordered a few things from this website. The items I purchased were a hit or miss. You get what you pay for, so if you're willing to put in a few extra dollars you can find some really good items.

The best prices and best customer service, they are very quick in resolving out issues.

It took me almost 6 weeks to receive my order.
I was granted a refund once I emailed customer service and did eventually end up receiving my package.
Not sure if I would order from them again only because of the very long shipping time.

I got great service when I ordered the wrong size of a product they easily and kindly sent another one in another size. The quality was great nice material.
