From my personal experience customer service was really great, any questions I had were answered patiently and all of the swimsuits were good quality. I did have trouble with one of them as the buckle wasn't properly made and couldn't close but I got a refund to make up for it. I had the option of getting a refund in store credit and extra Zaful points or straight back into my PayPal account. Any items that didn't fit properly were also refunded.

Shipping took a few weeks to get to Australia on express shipping, which I received for free due to buying over $99 USD worth of items. They were all packaged separately inside the parcel.

One item had to be shipped separately due to it being out of stock at the time I ordered it, but it came about a week if not less after my main package.

Overall my experience with Zaful was really good! I think you do have to be smart about the items you buy and read the item description/materials etc. carefully to avoid any mistakes or misconceptions about what the item is like.

I ordered some items on Zaful.com and I was really satisfied! The items were in really good quality and the shipping time was accurate! Also, I had a problem with an item that was too big to me, so I contacted the assistance service and their service was very efficient and quick! They provide to solve you any issues very quickly! I was satisfied about that site and I will do other orders for sure!

I ordered fir the first time from Zaful recently. I live in the UK and used the 6-10 day delivery and it came on time. The bikinis I ordered were very well made with high quality fabrics even though both cost under £20! I am a size 8/10 UK size with a 32E bust so I ordered a large and a medium and that fitted perfectly for the bottoms and the top. Love my bikinis and will definitely be ordering again for my next holiday.

I recently ordered from Zaful. I ordered 4 pairs of swimmers. They came in the same amount of time that they said it would. I was happy with this. When I opened the swimmers. They were all how they looked in the picture. Three of them unfortunately did not fit me, which I was a bit upset about, however I have a weird body shape. I complained to there store about the items. I was really expecting them to do anything about it because it was my fault as I had selected the wrong sizes. They handled it WONDERFULLY! They gave me a full refund and let me keep the swimmers. I am extremely happy with Zaful and will definitely shop here again. For first time shoppers at Zaful - I urge you to carefully figure out your correct size and even messgae them for some more details on their products.

I ordered 5 bikinis from Zaful. The tracking I was provided did not work, so I used the instant messaging on the website to ask questions about my order and how to track my packages. The customer service for Zaful is awesome. They were very responsive and quick to answer.

As far as the bikinis go, all of them fit and were of quality similar to something I would get at the mall. All of them had super flattering trendy styles. For reference I am, 5'6,145lbs, athletic build, usually size 4/6 in jeans, I wear a size medium in Victoria Secret swimsuit. I ordered a size large in all of them.

Shipping took about 3-4 weeks so order in advance. Some bikinis were on back-order, but zaful notifys you and gives you the option to switch it for a bikini that is in stock. Each bikini was about $10-15 for the top and bottom. I can't imagine paying the ridiculous prices for swimwear at other stores ever again. I would recommend Zaful!

I ordered some swimwear online from Zaful, received it within the shipping days stated. I was unfamiliar with their shipping process however the customer service team helped me understand where my products were in the mail. Once I got them I was unsure of a couple of the items and was able to refund them with 30% of my money back whilst keeping the items. The customer service team was so incredibly accommodating and have since completely refunded my purchase whilst I am still able to keep my products. I definitely recommend this site, their customer service is the best I have ever had.

I had been looking through Zaful for quite awhile before I ordered my first swimsuit from there. They've got great products at great prices. When I saw the high-wasted Bikini set, I had to get it. Shipping took some time, but that was because it was being shipped to the USA. When I asked about shipping time, the support team was amazing and answered all of my questions in less than 5 hours of me emailing them. The swimsuit fits perfectly (the size guides are super helpful).

I've bought from zaful numerous times. A lot of the time I'm impressed with the quality and fit of the clothes. For example, I've bought 2 pair of pants off of zaful and they somehow just fit so wonderfully, whereas if I buy pants online from north american companies, I'm almost guaranteed that they won't fit well.

I haven't loved everything that I've ordered (but who does when you're ordering online), but for the most part I've been happy! Customer service is also pretty good if something is wrong with the order!

Also, shipping to Canada via their free (over $30) shipping option takes a really long time but doesn't charge you duties... shipping via their free (over $100) or paid express shipping, which ships via DHL, is pretty quick but does charge you duties. I've used both. For the latter option I usually just want the product asap.

I ordered from Zaful AND received a tracking/ shipping number and courier service THAT DO NOT EXIST.

I live in Australia and the courier service they sent me DOES NOT EXIST.

The tracking number took me to a page that DOES NOT EXIST.

So they took my money,
But will get my bikini to me via a magical unicorn.

I am infuriated!

I use online stores continuously- never have I ever used one as bad as Zaful.

I am doing you a favour-
Do not order from Zaful.

This is an update to my previous review - I was upset due to a little hiccup in the shipping process but Zaful's customer service worked quickly to rectify the situation and resolved the matter for me better than I would ever expect.

At the end of the day, you take it all with a grain of salt knowing that you're purchasing goods from China (sizing might be a little off) but HANDS DOWN, their customer service exceeds any I've ever experienced.

I have shopped with zaful for almost a year, I am so impressed at the quality and time of delivery. Every order was successfully delivered, no item was damaged. Ok, this will be the most honest review you could ever read off this site. I ordered my 4 bikinis around July 27th, 2016. I got standard shipping because it said 10-25 business days. I needed my order to arrive before August 25th, 2016. I started to get worried around 2 weeks ago when I started reading some comments on this site about how horrible the shipping was and that it would take months to be delivered. I then went on Zaful's site and spoke to someone online. I was writing very calmly and was just asking some questions in regards of my order arriving on time. The person I spoke to was very nice and knew that I needed my bikinis before the 25th of August. They then told me they had notified the shipper to speed up the process. Yesterday, I received my order out of the blue at my house even though the tracking website had not been updated since the 10th. I was so excited and relieved that my stuff had arrived! Then, before opening my packages, I was scared to open them because of all the things i've read about. How things we're horrible and didn't fit/didn't receive what they ordered. I ordered 4 bikinis, all size M. They are all what I expected and what I had ordered. The quality isn't the best but it's the same quality as a H&M bathing suit or any other store. They look exactly like the pictures and size M is true to size for me. If you are around 125-130, a size M will fit you. They are made small.
Overall, I'm very happy that I recieved my order without any problems and I am pleased with what I got considering each bikini was like $12... The only thing I'd have to say is for the company to maybe update their tracking sites so that clients can be assured that their orders are on their way. Nonetheless, the bikinis are very cute and are exactly like the pictures on the site. Like I said, I am very honest and I hope this comment helps anyone who is unsure! One last thing, if you need your stuff like ASAP then this isn't the site for you, but if you are ordering a month or 2 in advance, then you'll be happy! Don't order if you need something in a week or 2.

I love the quality of the items zaful carriers though some items take longer to ship than others but it tells you how long it would take when you click on a certain item. Shipping took some time but that's as expected 7-15 days not including processing time. I'm a online shopper so I'm used to the long shipping period because I order phone cases from China & they take A WHILE. All in all I'm happy, my clothes fit & whatever problem I had customer service solved it right away thru made me feel very important. Will definitely be shopping again.

UU************** Ordered on June 17,2016. I made a purchase for the first time on this website and was very AMAZED about the quality and the beautiful clothing and jewelry! I was pleasantly surprised because I have ordered from other companies in the past and was extremely disappointed but Zaful is my LAST stop.
