I honestly was a little hesitant about this website because I hate online shopping but decided to give Zaful a shot and was pleasantly surprised! I bought tons of bikinis, sunglasses, bags, and tops and they were actually really good quality and a fraction of the price of other stores with similar clothes. The only problem I ever had with Zaful was that two of the numerous bikinis that I ordered were a little off in the sizing. I was a medium and the bottoms were way too small for one of them. For the other, it was for my sister and she ordered a small and the bottoms ended up being too big, so we just ended up swapping! I never had one issue on the quality of the clothes and how they were made. Everything I bought looks exactly like it did in the pictures. I recommend Zaful to my friends all the time and always get compliments on all my Zaful purchases.
I am slightly concerned as I placed my order ten days ago. As of 7 days ago it shipped with DHL but the tracking they sent me is invalid and all the contact numbers are out of service. Did I get ripped off?!

Don't buy here first off the phone number is disconnected, red flag right there! The live chat no one is there. I ordered clothes over 20 days ago they said it was shipped to UPS called UPS and they said nothing has reached their store. Its impossible to cancel your order because they close all contact to the public. They will not call or answer your emails. TERRIBLE COMPANY do not buy from them! I'm actually reporting them to Better Business Buro no number to talk to an employee or to cancel the order.

So I have recently ordered four bikinis from Zaful and I'm slightly worried that they're not going to come in time before summer ends! I really also want them to be here by New Year's, but will it be here in time? After reading these reviews I'm really worried that the bathers are going to be horrible and too large/small. I ordered small and I'm about 165cm tall and I'm not fully developed yet.
Anyone advice?

Don't be fooled by the website, it is all a scam! I placed a $100 order and it's been 3 weeks now and they will haven't "processed" my order but they have taken my money from my account. Communicating with that people Is like talking to a wall. They just tell you things to keep you waiting and hopeful meanwhile you're stuck with no product and no money.

I noticed a lot of unhappy reviews from others so I figured I'd give my exp since mine was pretty good with them. Idk if it was because I knew stuff being shipping from china would take a while or something. I was pretty skeptical at first though but I really liked the stuff on their website so I ordered something. I stuck to a small order at first just in case. It did take a while to come as expected. I finally got the items and I was pretty impressed. I saw in reviews that their items had loose threads and whatnot. The items I got didn't have any at all. The quality isn't bad at all. I ordered from them again and it did take a while -again-, but the stuff came out great! I love them. Def recommend. It's kinda like F21 but even cheaper prices.
Quite content with this company. I bought 3 bikinis and a chiffon coverup which were all decently good quality considering how low the prices were. The general rule of Asian companies like Zaful is to order a size up and it holds here as well. My suggestion to ensure really great fit is to check the size guides of each item separately to get the best fit. The size guide is fairly accurate and means you also do not get an items that are too small or too big. Also be wary that depending on where you live in the world you may have to pay custom fees on top of the shipping and handling you pay to Zaful. In my case, I owed around $35CAD in custom fees on top of the $11.99USD I had paid to Zaful so though the cost is low for individual items it ends up balancing out in shipping and customs fees to a regular priced clothing item from a big brand company.
I have bought 3 sets of bikinis on Zaful and ALL of them actually are really cute but only one problem with a top bra being very flat and I may only can wear it to do sunbath but wearing it into water cuz it may fall off easily... and then i wrote my review there and right after that the customer service sent me emails and sovled the problem with so much patient. I'm very happy to shop on zaful and i think i will shop here another time soon.
After ordering a few bikinis a while back i ordered a dress for my 18th and i am very disappointed. Looks nothing like the picture and is cheap and not nice at all. The material looks like it is about to rip and and sequins were barely staying on the dress. The quality was incredibly poor. Was hoping after the problem with my first purchase that this dress would make up for it. I was wrong. Wont be ordering from Zaful ever again.

I recently ordered a bathing suit from this website and wasn't expecting much considering it was very cheap. However, it arrived a few days ago and I was very impressed. The material is thick and high quality and both the top and bottom are true to the size. The shipping did take a little while, but you could easily pay for express shipping if needed. One of the best online stores by far.
I love Zaful. I can afford the prices, the free-shipping condition is fair, the styling and design of the clothes are really nice, I can always find my size, the fabrics are good, the website is friendly with the user and, also, there's always a discount or offer or points waiting for me to use them, so I'm pretty sure I'll be a Zaful customer for a long time.

First order i place with them, it was around $100, i got an email asking to validate a bunch of information and i paid thru paypal, when the order was made the invoice from paypal said:"Receipt for Your Payment to IVAN" that is so weird to me, i then check my credit card and it says: "PAYPAL *DAVISMICRO", they already took my money and they are sending me emails to "validate something", im definately filling a complain with Paypal.

I recently purchased a few bikinis online from Zaful, one of the bikinis i received unfortunately was a little damaged upon arrival. I simply notified Zaful of the order number and sent a photo of the damage and was immediately notified of a new item being shipped out to me. They were great help and very quick to respond! Excellent customer service!
I was bored working night shift one evening and in my delirium decided to randomly purchase a bikini from Zaful. I then after I'd placed my order, read all the negative reviews. So then it kind of became an experiment. Is Zaful a dodgy Asian scam store? Well I got my order! Hooray so it actually came. Yes it took 4 weeks to Australia but heck people we are paying like sweat shop worker prices here. Yes it was a little rough with the stitching on one strap. I ordered the small which the top probably is lucky to cover one nip but then I am rather naturally blessed. The rest would fit else where though. The bottoms are skimpy but fit. So overall... you do pay for what you get. But you are paying super cheap prices. I'd say worth the punt if you're not super fussy
