Good ppl please be warned Zaful is a scam I bought items to the value of $123, three weeks ago, they haven't ship it out they keep lying to me, I've contacted them several times what I get is empty promises, I asked for refund and they are ducking, they also advertise items that they don't have them, THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE EVER, these consultants will keep asking you questions even though u have answered them, pretending to be helping you.
I'm so heart broken, PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE, you will thank me later.
If ordering from Zaful i personally recommend buying stuff like shoes, accessories and jewelry items this is mainly because a lot of people have problems with clothing sizes which i realised after looking at hundreds of reviews, the delivery does take ages but my order came in about 3 weeks which seems a lot less than complaints in some reviews. I guess the trick is to order items that are said to be shipped within 3 business days. Initially, one of my jewelry items came broken and i informed Zaful through a ticket, i recieved a reply and full refund of the item all within 2 business days so i guess they are improving! Happy with my purchases so far!
I greatly enjoy the website "zaful". They have very cute and trendy items at a very good price and 9 times out of 10 you get what the picture shows. The sizing is a little weird but they make it very clear on the size chart what the dimensions are. Customer service for this website is the best i've seen so far, they respond as quick as possible and give you thorough answers to your question/problem. Overall, i think zaful is a very trustworthy site.

I found Zaful through YouTube, and by the looks of the review there, I wanted to order some swimsuits myself. Since I've heard so many mixed reviews about this company, I wanted to share my own as well. First of all, I had absolutely no problems with my order or shipping. All my tracking numbers worked and items arrived less than a month, which was expected truly. I placed an order on the 13th of December and got them on the 3rd and 5th of January (they came in two packages, but I didn't mind). All of my bathing suits looked great and actually are a great quality, which is a little bit surprising, because they are so cheap! And lastly, all my opinions are my own. I truly had a good experience with this site, will order again!
Like everyone else I made the mistake of not properly looking at where it shipped from. I just assumed because the site was US it would come from the US. The products actually get shipped straight from China I believe... someplace like that. Anyway like everything ordered from over there expect shipping from when you get the shipping email to when it arrives at your door to be a MONTH. I ordered it on Dec 9. Got the shipping email on the 16 and it arrived Jan 11. I'm taking into account that there was xmas and new years in this as well so that could be part of the slow shipping.
One of my items has been sent separately.
I emailed the company a week and a half ago to see if my other item would be shipped and was polite in my email and got a fast response back and forth. They explained how long in generally takes and they were polite.
My bathing suits I got today are very nice. I'm actually really happy with the quality of them considering the low price I paid for it. I've gotten an email saying my sweater is on its way so I expect it'll be here in feb lol.
The shipping is annoying but the stuff is great. All I can say is just be patient and if you are looking to have your items for a specific date. Make sure you properly take into account the weeks it will take for shipping. I'm just happy my bathing suits came in time for my trip and they look great!:)
Also for sizing. Again make sure you read reviews on the items from others. This helps considerably as some items might be sized a little weird. I checked and I'm glad I did. One of the bathing suits wouldn't have fit otherwise if I got my regular size.

My partner ordered a jumper for myself as a Christmas present. He received an email saying your item has been dispatched and then another sating the item is no longer available and will not refund (they want us to pick something else from the website).
This is practically stealing!

I would say that sure I did get my stuff so that's the only reason I gave them a two, more so out of pity. The quality is dreadful, my order was shipped soooo late, they had gotten my address wrong, they never delivered all of my items I had exchanged, they didn't give me my money back for the orders I canceled. My jeans didn't even have a button hole! It's ridiculous that some of the stuff is priced as high as it is for such awful quality I had received. Best advice: shop elsewhere, you'll find way better things. I got half the stuff I was actually supposed to get from Amazon at a fraction of the price and guess what? It was actually on time, who would have guessed?

This app is pretty good. There is a size guide for each item and it gives you great discounts. But I wish the shipping was a little faster. Overall, the app is reasonable.
I guess I can't even tell whether or not this site is good because it won't even let me pay for my order. Was really glad to have found some good clothes for a trip I'm going on soon but i can't even buy them... it's ridiculous

I purchased 3 things from Zaful and was pleased by all of them. They all arrived looking like their pictures and in great condition. You can't beat the quality for the prices! I'm use to recieving my online purchases the week that I order them, so the shipping did seem slow to me: it only took 2 weeks to come which isn't terrible since it's coming from overseas. I do plan to buy more and if you're thinking about buying anything, I say you go for it.
Zaful has many good sales and chances to receive clothing for a very low price. The shipping is inexpensive as well as they ship from china it does take about 2-3 weeks for products to arrive but it's understandable. For small things shipping is about $3 and for larger orders shipping is about $6-$8.
The products I have bought were cheap and I was able to use coupons as well! I also tried their "get it free" program with a friend of mine and we managed to get a free shirt along with a purchase of 2 sweaters and a jacket for only $44! To me I think that is a very good deal! They also offer zaful points that you can use as money when checking out. You can easily earn points by having a friend register on zaful, purchasing an item, or having a friend simply click on a "get it free" link. Also with the "get it free" program you are able to spin a wheel to try and get it for free or earn coupons or zaful points.
Now on to the products themselves, I ordered some sweaters and a jacket for the winter and they arrived about 2 weeks after being shipped. Though one of the sweaters have not been shipped yet, zaful had offered me a chance to buy something else in exchange which I found very nice but I thankfully declined because the sweater is something I do not want to replace. The sweater i bought is not too thick and not too thin so it could be worn year round in the winter or during summer nights. The jacket I bought is the same, not too thick and not too thin. There were no problems with the clothing and I am very satisfied with my order.
Overall, zaful is a very reliable, inexpensive, and amazing clothing store that I would definitely recommend to others.
I ORDERED A FEW PEICES FROM ZAFUL ON DECEMBER 14TH, EVEN THOUGH I KNEW I WAS NOT GOING TO RECEIVE THE PACKAGE BY CHRISTMAS I WAS HOPING TOO. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING MY ITEMS WERE SHIPPED ON THE 19TH. IT IS NOW DECEMBER 27TH AND STILL NO UPDATE ON THE SHIPMENT. I CALL THE SHIPPING COMPANY AND THEY INFORMED ME THAT THEY NEVER RECEIVED THE PACKAGE FROM ZAFUL. I TRIED STARTING A LIVE CHAT AND NOONE WAS AVAILABLE, IT PROMPTED ME TO TRY AGAIN. THE NUMBER PROVIDED ON THE WEBSITE TELLS ME TO CALL BACK DURING BUSINESS HOURS. I CALLED AT 2:30 PM EASTERN TIME. I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND.

A friend told me to use this site and it SUCKS. I am ordered bathing suits 3 and a half weeks ago and payed for expedited shipping which has still not arrived. I am leaving for vacation tomorrow and still do not have them. There customer service sucks as well as there phone number is a scam and they reply with computerized e mails.
