Waste of money

I bought on zaful worth 135 USD. Due to the laws in my country I could not get the package and decided to return it. When I returned the package, they claimed that they did not receive it, even if DHL informed me that the package arrived one week before. Zaful told to me to wait 10 to 15 days. I insisted to send messages and they admitted they received the package. After much insistence they said that they could only give me back only 80 USD, even if I had free shipping and free returns. This company is not to be trusted.

I would not recommend ordering from Zaful.com. At first the order came so quick and I was quite pleased But then half the order wasn't included... a month later it still says "being prepared for shipping".

I have sent mulitple tickets asking for some idea of when the order would be shipped with no response. Today I tried calling their number and THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER IS NOT IN SERVICE!

I wanted to receive my order before I go on vacaation... doesn't look like I will be wearing any new bikinis on vacation :(

It has been more than a month and I still did not receive my orders. When will my items arrive? I saw the bad reviews but still wanted to give this site a chance. I am definitely regretting it.

If not then I'll have to go to my bank and void this. This is ridiculous. I'm definitely not going to order from your website in the future and make sure other people will know about this.

Zaful completely fool cusomers and dont bother to reply back on emails. Till now i have written 19 emails no reply yet.
PROBLEM: i order a watch and got $#*!ing chinese bb cream. Parcel discrimination says watch inside its bb cream. I didnt pay money for bloody cream.
I waited for respinse of my emails but they never even till today written anyting to me.

I dont have time and resources to take it further to court or some legal action. They charged me for which they never delivered. I paid which disnt receive it yet

I love Zaful!

My experience with Zaful is awesome! I ordered so many things from their site and I love every single one of them. Everything looks exactly like as shown on pictures and it's very good quality. They provide a description chart with measurements which help you to choose your right sizes. Also, communication with the Zaful staff is pretty fast and informative. They are so nice and professional. Standard shipment takes a little bit longer, but you can have it for free if you order more stuff. I just love the clothes I bought, they are very nice and such good affordable prices. You also receive coupons, discounts and Zaful points. I recommend shopping at Zaful. It's fun! :)

DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!

Don't waste your time ordering from this cheap site. I ordered three bikinis - two were shipped and arrived in a timely matter but the quality is very poor. I am generally a medium to large and I order a large in a bikini and it barely fits over my knees. The XL I order fits like a medium and is nice but deff not a quality bikini. We'll see if they will refund the bikini they haven't shipped in over a month... if they don't I will be disputing the charge to VISA.

I'm very excited about Zaluf. I'm a bit terrified of shopping online because I'm afraid that te products don't match te description and I end up paying for something that doesn't look like what I wanted. With Zaluf, you don't have to worry about that at all. The products are cheap but the quality is good! All the products are also reviewed by different customers so you can see how other people like the product you're thinking of buying.
Zaluf also has a great and professional customer service where you can chat with a staff member who replies fast and very understandable. I'm from the Netherlands and I had no problems with anything on the site, nor with the customer service.

I read all the negative reviews of Zaful but still decided to order because it was cheap and the bikinis looked so cute. Unfortunately, they probably couldn't have given me a worse order if they tried. First, I ordered 3 bathing suits only 2 came. The one that didn't come shows that it is in stock and ships within 3 days on the website. Out of the 2 that did come, 1 of them was not even close to what I ordered, not the right colour or style and the wrong size. The second one also came in the wrong size. I've tried to contact the company many times about a refund and about my bikini that just never came and they ignore me. This site is a TOTAL scam, please save your money and shop somewhere else there are lots of other cute stores.

Great service

This is my second time ordering in Zaful, and it's always a pleasure, the clothes are very cheap and beautiful, and have a very good quality, the most important is that if you have any questions o problems they would help you without hesitation. This time I order make-up tools, and they were beautiful and very soft, althought the shipping can improve.

The best decision!

At first I was afraid that it was false or that it was a fraud, anyway I made my first purchase and everything was a success! I already have 3 purchases of more than 4 items and I go for more. The service they provide is excellent, they are always attentive to you and any problems you have solved it immediately. I am in love with Zaful, it is an excellent option, you will be delighted with the products they sell because they are all beautiful and of very good quality.

I placed an order with Zaful because of a bikini that caught my eye, I then order another swimsuit and 2 pairs of sunglasses. I received an email saying that parts of my order was being shipped but the bikini that I wanted is out of stock and will take time to arrive from the suppliers. I asked why the site didn't state that the item was out of stock so I wouldn't have ordered to begin with but nobody has contacted me to help at least try to get my items in time.

I spent alot of money on an item. They took the money out of my account straight away after i placed the order. It said on THEIR website " your payment was succesfull" so why the hell are THEy sending me emails saying i havent paid! When the money has been taken out from my account from THEIR COMPANY. Their numbers to call dont work. They dont reply on facebook or instagram or email. SCAMMMMM if my item is not here in 7 days i want a fuken refund this is some next level bull $#*! im about to put this company on blast. I sent a complaint with that ticket bull $#*! which they are meant to get back to you in 24 hours. Its been 2 DAYS! Your company has taken the money from my account I HAVE PAID FOR MY ITEM I PAID FOR 7-15 DAYS SHIPPING IF ITS NOT HERE IN 7 DAYS I WILL BLAST YOU ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA. IM NOT ONE TO LET $#*! GO. IT WAS $30 AND I DONT HAVE A JOB SO OVER MY DEAD BODY WILL I LET THIS GO. YOU HAVE 7 DAYS TO GET MY ITEM IF YOU CANT DO THAT I WANT A REFUND SORT IT NOW AND reply to my $#*!en messages

I've been a loyal customer for a year now to Zaful.com. I have ordered from just about every range of product the site has to offer. I've never received something that was totally off from description like some of these other online websites. Everything is of beautiful quality, and you're ever not satisfied with an item, just contact customer service, they're really nice! I've never had an unresolved issue with Zaful at all. And the items they have I find just about nowhere else! Believe I've looked! Love!

Pleasantly Surprised

I was a bit nervous at first when placing my order with Zaful just because I was skeptical that you could get cute clothes for those prices. I had been looking a bikini there for the past year and finally I just went for it and purchased it. I absolutely love it! The company got my order shipped the day following me placing my order. So quick! I was so happy with my purchase that I actually just placed another order with them. I would definitely recommend shopping at Zaful!
