I order a shirt that cost 30.99 and they shipped me a 26.99 shirt that's similar. This company is a FRAUD. They haven't refund me back my money, and refused refund me.

My bikini is exactly as seen online on the Zaful site. It fits perfectly. The size measurements given on the site were perfectly accurate. My order arrived within the designated time. The colour and the quality of the material is exquisite. I absolutely love it and look forward to wearing it every time! Zaful is my new online shopping destination!

Paid with PayPal and the next day they requested copy of my credit card, and ID card. They say it's necessary to protect the buyer, but this doesn't makes any sense at all, PayPal processed the payment just fine. In case PayPal suspects fraud, they can ask for verification, not the webshop after they got paid! I contacted PayPal, they said do not send any personal information, I wonder why they still allow this site to use PayPal.

I spent 150$ and only got half the order i did my research and all the reviews on youtube were all positive feed back. But i'm pretty sure they were all payed because the sizing is completely wrong and the quality was very saggy and ruined DON'T BUY FROM THE WEBSITE they will take YOUR MONEY. They know there quality is bad Walmart is better to be honest

HORRIBLE! RIPPED ME OFF
February 19, 2017

I made an order at the beginning of January, they took the money for my account the day AFTER. Sent me an email stating that half my order was being shipped. With that email they attached an tracking number. And of course... that number doesn't work. I have called they're number several times. NO answer, I have emailed, and asked for a time ticket (Which I was suppose to get a response back with in 24 hours) I have heard nothing. Honestly, I don't even what my order anymore. I had bought it for a trip, and the trip was last week. I really want a refund and I have such a bad taste from this website. Please don't use this site!

I ordered 5 items from Zaful in the beginning of January that were all supposedly "in stock". Since i qualified for free shipping, i didn't expect to get the items quickly. After i got the shipping confirmation, i realized everything was coming from China and their tracking link didn't even work. 4/5 items arrived in couple of weeks. The bikini and hat i received were what i expected, although the hat was a bit too small (i don't have a large head by any means). The blouse and jewelry on the other hand were made of pretty crappy material and just wasn't worth it in my opinion and i regret getting them.

The biggest problem i have with this company is their deceitful way of getting you to pay for an item that they will never send to you. I waited a whole month for my last item before i submitted a ticket to them asking when i would be receiving it and they responded with contradicting messages. In one message, they told me that they already sent me everything which was clearly not the case. In another message, they basically told me that they don't have it in stock and i can wait another month for it. It's really not that hard to keep track of how many item are in stock and ONLY sell what you HAVE or at least tell the customers that it's unavailable so they don't order it in the first place unless they want to wait. They weren't even going to tell me that it's not available for 2 months until i messaged them about it. I subsequently received another message saying they refunded the amount back to my account and that I should see it in my z-wallet. I don't know what a z-wallet is and don't care at this point because i want me money sent back to ME and not some store credit to a store i don't even want to deal with anymore. I still haven't seen my money refunded back to my bank or paypal despite multiple attempts to get it resolved and I'm extremely frustrated with this company. Luckily, the amount isn't as big as some of the other reviewers, but regardless of the amount, I think it makes sense to refund the COMPLETE amount back to the consumer if you can't fulfill their order.

Everyone seems to be giving horrible reviews for Zaful but the MAIN thing I'm reading is people upset with shipping time. The products are shipped from china so it takes around a month to receive your stuff but it's so worth it! I love all of the things I bought especially the jewelry, GREAT prices and GREAT quality. Don't miss out just bc you have to wait a bit (just plan ahead)

LOVE Zaful

I rarely ever online shop at cheap websites such as zaful.
I needed to get more bikinis, and was on a budget so i decided to try it out.
I order three bikinis, and i love them.

My order shipped out 3 days after my order was placed, and it came to me 2 weeks after that! Earlier than i thought it would.

I was really happy with the quality of the bikinis, and i was really happy with the shipping.

Whenever i experienced concerns while waiting for my shipment to arrive, i would message zaful, and they were so wonderful and helpful to me!

I see a lot of bad reviews about this website, and i just wanted to say do not listen to them. Try it out. Prices are great.

Overall love my stuff, and just placed a new order which was shipped out within 24 hours! Cant wait to get my new bikinis.

Literally the worst.

Right off the bat they charged me twice for the product I bought. Once for Zaful and once to someone named Ivan. So I'm assuming that this site is a scam. Then I only received half of my order. I've submitted a ticket and have received no message back about the remaining part of my order. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Shipping takes forever, that is just a given, so do not order anything if you will not need it for 1-2 months. Additionally, only order things that say "will ship in 3 days" since that is code for 'in stock' while anything else likely means they are waiting for it to come back in stock.
If you follow these two things, then there shouldn't be any complaints with this company. Sizing information is generally correct when you hover over the size icon, and reviews can tell you whether you should size up or size down. I generally only buy things that have enough reviews for me to be confident in the size I purchase.
Recently, their customer service seems to also have improved, as they can be contacted quickly through their online site, respond a few days after you send any questions, and give a number of options to solve the problem (refund, change order if not in stock, returns, etc). I have purchase two things from this site, one came in 3 weeks and the other was out of stock, so I got a refund after waiting a month for it to ship. Definitely not a site to use if you are in a time crunch, or are relying on the items to be perfect, but for the price is a good source of 'next season' shopping.
My first order came in 3 weeks after it shipped out. One thing was too small, but in retrospect I really should have sized up. I could have returned it but instead decided to give it to my roommates little sister instead of paying costs to ship it back. The other item ended up being much better than I thought it would be for the price. Would buy from there again, but only in 30$ batches, to get free shipping but not sink a bunch of money in an order that could get back-ordered or 5 weeks.

I was skeptical at first about Zaful but I ordered a dress and it arrived much faster than I was expecting. I ordered a small and the size was perfect, and it was a good quality item. Also, from what I've experienced, the customer service is quick and helpful. I would definitely order from them again!

I still have not received my order after almost three months. After submitting numerous tickets with them to get assistance, I was told to keep waiting. Now that I have asked for a refund as delivery of my order was unsuccessful they now do not respond to me at all. I spoke to an agent named Tyler online who advised my they do not assist with after sale service on their online chat and that I should wait another 24 hours for my ticket to be answered. It has been a week now and still havnt heard a thing. This site is a sham. I would not recommend anyone order through them. I spent a lot of money and it looks like I wont get it back now. If I could give 0 stars I would!

Paid through PayPal and then they requested personal information... Copies of ID, Credit Card, utility bills. I complained to PayPal and am supposed to be getting my money back. Interesting that their response was a refund rather than shipping the products I purchased and apologizing for requesting info they had no business asking for.

0 stars is more like it. Product never shipped but I was charged 4 times. 1 for the correct amount, 1 for $5ish more, and 2 charges under $1. I have emailed them 4 times hearing nothing back aside from the automated "you have a ticket number and will hear back with 24 hours" email. The first contact attempt was made 2 weeks ago. I filed a dispute with my bank, and will never order from this site again.

Your experience is either really good and short or very bad and detailed. Which one am i more likely to believe? I sent my order a while ago now and the page said 3 day shipping. I expected to atleast be able to track my stuff and know where it is but i cant even do that. Zaful you dont really care about this issue seeing as it hasnt really improved for anyone. You care that as long as your stuff is dirt cheap some new comers will take the bait. Btw your customer service number is a fake! It is not a working line!. I f you cant afford one then just dont put one up there... dont give people a reason to suspect their moneys been robbed. Unless it was:/

Hello,

I recently purchased three bathing suits and a necklace from you on January 16th, 2017. These purchases are for a vacation I will be taking in two weeks which was why I made sure to place the order far in advance. For some reason the shipment was separated into two, and I have only received two of the three bathing suits. I am not sure where my other order is but I am very disappointed with the customer service. This is not acceptable for an order to come at two separate times when it was placed together. I only have one order number and can't track my shipment either.

Very disappointed and would like to know what to do to either track my bathing suit or get a refund as this has been over three weeks!

Do not even give them a chance. ZAFUL.COM IS A SCAM! It has been 29 days since my order "shipped" and I have received nothing. Customer service is no help either. Their phone numbers do not work and If you mention wanting a refund through emails or Facebook they stop answering your messages. Do not waste your time, money and peace of mind.

So I just wanted to let people know how they can get their money back from this FAKE company who lie to their customers! I purchased 1 bathing suit from Zaful and it has been over 2 months and I still haven't received it so I contacted them for a refund but they gave me a bunch of excuses, I saw that I couldn't get a refund from them. So, there are several ways to get a refund back: if you payed with PayPal you can contact them through their website and fill out a complaint form (which I did and I got a full refund back the next day!) or if you payed through your credit card you can call your MasterCard/Visa and they will refund you the money back! I wanted to let people know because it really makes me angry that these sort of companies SCAM people out of money! I hope this helps people who are going thru the same situation.

I ordered from Zaful on black Friday ( Nov. 29th) and was planning on giving things out to my friends for Christmas. I didn't end up getting my things till January 3rd. The shipping is slow, so don't worry your things are coming in it just takes time, so order ahead. The customer service is fast and assured that my things were coming in and were very helpful. I ordered 5 mermaid blankets which were in great quality, earrings and a hat which were also in great quality. The only thing that wasn't that good of quality was the romper that I got. But in all, considering that everything was for such a good price I am happy with what I got. If you are mad about the quality then order from an expensive website. I will definitely be ordering from here again.
