Ordered two bathing suits express shipping 12 business days ago (17 days). By business day 10, I reached out to them via email to cancel the express order since they claimed to respond within 24 hours (and since express order half a month later is so pointless). Finally, today, I've received word that it's being shipped. No response yet from customer service. Let's see how "express" the shipping is.
Zaful is like a hidden gem. Lol I stumbled upon the site on Pinterest. I ordered my first purchase back in September.Of course by the product coming from out of town and me electing standard shipping, it took about 2-3 weeks for me to get my items. Totally worth it though. Everything looked exactly as advertised.The quality was great and the clothes are stylish.The team is awesome too and they check on you to see how you enjoyed your purchase.If there is anything you need, you just message them and they get right back to you. I wish all clothing sites were like this.Im very pleased with zaful and they are my go to for stylish and affordable fashion.
Super Slow. I need my bathing suit's for March 13th and I ordered February 12th (well in advance I thought) and they're still in China. Order well in advance!
P. S the one I really wanted to come hasn't even been shipped yet?!

5 of the bikinis fit perfect and are good quality, the other 2 the tops are too small but that's my fault because I didn't look at the size chart. The one dress I ordered was really ugly so I haven't ordered any more clothes, but the bathing suits are awesome. I've received all my orders within 1 month or less! I'm from Canada and they are shipped from China so I am very happy with the shipping. One of the orders they gave me half my money back because I wasn't happy that it didn't fit. I recommend getting bathing suits from them after you read the size chart and reviews!

THEY NEED CLOSE THIS ONLINE STORE DOWN! I wish I would have looked up the reviews before I decided to purchase. The blazer I received was extremely wrinkled, balled up in the packaging as if it was trash. Not folded or neatly packaged at all. The quality, I don't even want to talk about that. The quality is the worse threads popping out everywhere and the buttons are hanging on by one thread! I will be sure to warn all my friends and family about this company.
I was a little skeptical to order from Zaful at first because of how cheap everything was. But I decided to go for it and ordered two swimsuits from them, and I couldn't be happier with them! The design of the suits is so trendy and looks much more expensive than it really was. The shipping was surprisingly fast too, considering the products are coming all the way from China- my order took about two weeks to get to me. Overall, I'm very happy with my Zaful purchase and plan to order from them again.
I love Zaful! They have a wide range of styles from dresses to swimsuits to shoes. Also, they actually offer larger sizes which is amazing for ALL TYPES! Love Zaful

I ordered two pieces to Zaful: a dress and a sweater. I was amaze by the quality of the products. The dress fabric was not transparent at all. And the sweater was so soft! Moreover I was waiting patiently for the packet to arrive because I thought it will take a long time, and it only takes weeks! I am very happy with Zaful
The bikini I ordered was true to the pictures they displayed and I was also surprised at the quality due to how great their prices are! The bikini came within 3 weeks of placing my order and the shipping was really cheap too! Overall, Zaful is definitely worth the money and I will be purchasing from them again very soon.
I had originally written a not so good review of zaful but their customer service was awesome and handled all my issues! I love my order! Give it a few week for your order to arrive though since it is coming all the way from China.

Nothing fit in my order, I tried returning and did not get a response via email and I have tried calling multiple times and cannot get ahold of anyone. Half of my order never even showed up and I was charged for it ($160).

I really enjoy shopping at Zaful. They have many selections and it was affordable. Not only was it affordable it was good quality. They make it so easy to shop. One thing that I truly enjoyed was the online customer service. I had a question about one of my items that I had purchased and they responded back within 24 hours. They were not rude or careless. They truly made it a priority, to see that I was happy.

I ordered some swimsuits and a cover up and selected STANDARD SHIPPING which should only take about 6-8 business days. It's been a month I NEED IT BY NEXT WEEK BUT THEY ARE REFUSING TO ANSWER MY CALLS OR MY TICKETS.

I've shopped with Zaful numerous times (5+ times). I love this store because the items look exactly like the photos. Unlike other Chinese wholesale sites. Shipping takes as long as the site suggests as well.
Do not order from here. I only got partial order and it's been 2 months. I'm disputing my charge smh. Reached out to them multiple times and no response. Very disappointed the items I bought were soo cute and never got them

So i ordered 2 bikinis and i didnt check the reviews until after(a youtuber i subscribe to did a sponsored haul video)I got so nervous I decided to get a refund($30) so i called the 888 US number which wont work if u just click from your iphone. You have to input the number. I'm guessing most of these reviewers havent tried to actually call since they all say they have tickets or emails.The lady asked for my order number and canceled the order for me right then.(This was 3am central time in the US mind you)She said it will be refunded to my bank account in 7-14 days. Everything seems legit and now I feel kind of stupid, but we will see if I get my money back.So far... A+ from me.
