There's a reason that everything Zaful sells looks like cheap trash, and it's because that's truly what it is and that's exactly how I would describe this company. To say they have the worst customer service in the world would be implying that they have any customer service at all. If you want to waste your time trying to contact "*******@zaful.com" you will ultimately discover that you sent your time and emails spiraling into a black hole. If you're looking to ever lay eyes on any semblance of a product, literally anywhere else. If you're in the mood to throw a few bucks in a flaming trash fire, you've come to exactly the right place.
I love this website! It is amazing, quality clothes at an affordable price! I have ordered multiple bikinis from here, and i have never been disappointed! Seriously, this is the website for you.
I just realized how bad the reviews are for this site. I talked to a live chat rep and had sent a picture asking if a particular pants I found on a blog was from their site. Instead of helping me they forwarded me to email support. I send the picture twice before they finally said;

How do you not know what your site sells?
So annoyed I wouldn't even bother with this site since they couldn't help me with one simple question.
From what I've seen from many reviews, there have been mixed feelings about this website but I still gave it a shot and bought from here! Everything came in one package and was exactly what was shown in the picture, good quality and really comfortable! I really love the things I bought! The shipping was surprisingly fast coming from China to Australia! I would definitely buy from here again!
I ordered 2 bathing suits & 2 jewelry pieces on January 28th, it's now March 1st and I still haven't received ANYTHING. After numerous tries I finally got ahold of costumer service, and they had told me my items were back ordered, and that a new shipment was coming to them soon... they also said that the one bathing suit DID already ship, but that was over 2 weeks ago... wondering if I will ever receive my items. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS SITE!
I've already made two orders in the Zaful store and I just have wonders to say! The service, the attendance, the shipping and the parts are fantastic. I have no complaints about the material, because so far all the pieces have been very positive!

The pictures on the site were great and let me see the fabric and details of the product, it helped me feel comfortable in buying. The reviews helped also. I received an email when my order shipped out and a tracking number which worked great! When I received my products they were as pictured and fit well. Use the sizing guide they have on the site! My rompers were beautiful! Good quality, will buy again!
I ordered 3 bikinis from this site. No shipping or tracking info from them. After I week I contact customer service to ask where my package is and for tracking number. They say it's ready to be shipped but only parts of the order. 8 days later, it's still not shipped. Finally 20 days after I paid, I get some bull$#*! tracking number that cannot be tracked and e-mail saying parts of my order has been shipped. I wait another week, nothing. I then contact them again, saying they now have the rest of my order ready to be shipped. Wait another week and still no info and no received items. Contact customer service again, and the rest of my order "is ready to be shipped but can you please wait 3-5 business days". WTH! People stay away from this site, it's a total scam and now one month after I paid for the items, still nothing and they only drag you along to get you to not open a case with PayPal.

I was kinda scared to order from here at first because I saw a lot of bad reviews but most of them were about how long it too for it to be shipped. It clearly tells you it takes 3 weeks so it shouldn't be a surprise, just be patient. Other than that I ordered 3 bikinis already, the first I had ordered a small and the bottoms were too tight so this time I ordered 2 mediums. I definitely recommend for you to go up a size! Unless you're really small. Overall they don't look cheap and are super cute! I order two more & Im excited to recieve those
I admit, I was just trying to save money (even after watching countless negative reviews on this site). But honestly, I wish I could go back in time and just save my money, because buying stuff on this site is like buying a bunch of crap you'll probably not even get to wearing because you'd rather wear something old, than something of crappy and ugly, new material. If you just invested in one, even two, bathing suits, it would definitely be more worthwhile saving all your money for that one suit than buying 3 or more really crappy bathing suits on this Zaful. I bought 3 bathing suits, all size S. I received two bathing suits relatively early, because they were regular price, the Floral Blue and a Halter Braided one. The sizing of the Floral Blue was very tiny, fit for A-B cup individuals and the bottoms are definitely small. The clipping/hooking of this bathing suit looks very, easily snapped... The Halter Braided bathing suit set was tie-able so there were no clips or snaps, hooks and the bottoms were actually really nice, but the top was actually more adjustable and fitting, but the overall quality is very Wal-Mart feel. The one on sale is still in shipping and it has been over one month. I mean if you guys have the time to buy your bathing suits 2-3 months ahead... BUT even then you're still going to get really crappy quality. If you're going for the Wal-Mart and less than Target look this is it, but I feel like Target is better than this. Honestly, I have already cheap taste, but these bathing suits just exceed my negative expectations. I didn't think it could be as bad as it is... Maybe I'm a little harsh, but I mean the price doesn't make up for it. The shipping will take ages, and your bad expectations might just be worse than you thought. Maybe if it was cheaper, I'd like it more, because its quality just does not make up for its pricing. It should be $5-10 max. And if it's any more, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I give this rating a two because I think that if you buy a bathing suit for less than $10, then you get what you paid for. But if you're buying anything exceeding this price, then you might as well go to a Wal-Mart for something plain, because these bathing suits are not worth more than $5-7.

I ordered a cozy blanket scarf for myself and a mermaid blanket for my sister for Christmas. A couple weeks passed and I hadn't gotten a shipping confirmation, but when I reached out to customer service, the response I got simply told me "thanks for your patience," and didn't give me details. That was frustrating (and the reason for 3 stars instead of 5.)
I received the order on January 1st, bummed that I had to pay more to ship it across the country to my sister since she had already flown home by then. (and she didn't have her gift to open on Christmas)
But the products themselves are great! The Plaid Pattern Knit Scarf has quickly become my new favorite, and I get tons of compliments on it. My sister also loves her knitted mermaid blanket. All in all - I'd order from this site again. (Just plan for about five weeks of shipping time!)
I ordered bathing suits off this website & they charged me for this order twice and I am very disapointed on how much money this site has taken so much money from me & I would like to refund & cancel the order.

They have great quality swim suits! Unfortunately, the only thing I would say they need to fix is their size guide! They only had measurements for bust and waist! Which weren't helpful, because I got the "right size" according to the chart but it was too small below my waist! I would say play it safe and get a size up!
I was at first very disappointed with their returns. They took awhile to communicate with me. No longer had the suit in stock for me to exchange and did not offer a great return, only 5 dollars. I wrote back to their customer service and they fully took care of me! Heart changed! May possibly order from here again.
I placed an order for 2 bikinis a few months ago, they came after about 3 weeks (while that may seem like a long time it was what I expected coming from China to Canada with standard shipping). I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the bathing suits, coming from a site where they are this cheap you never know what to expect but not only did they look exactly like their photos - the material was very good. However, sizes run VERY SMALL! I would recommend ordering minimum one size up if not two. Another bonus for Zaful - when I wrote them a message explaining that my bikinis were great but were very small they wrote me back saying they would refund my account with a credit (and they did) and not only did they tell me I didn't have to send the small items back but they said they would love it if I would DONATE IT if i couldn't wear it. I was impressed.
I decided to order 2 more bikinis in a medium rather than a small to see if they will fit, this time my orders were shipped separately and I have not received either yet so I cannot say much about this order. However based on my experience with their costumer service after my last order I am expecting things to go well. I would recommend this site as long as you realize sizes run EXTREMELY small and don't expect a fast delivery. Other than that quality was great, especially for the price.

The sizing is a bit tricky but if you read people's honest and helpful reviews you are sure to pick the right size. The reviews on the page really help in choosing the items of great quality especially since the pricing at Zaful is really cheap, you find great quality pieces at really low prices! I love the items I have received from Zaful. If you sign up they give you really great deals and also you collect points that help you in getting discounts. The community on the site is very helpful. Great designed website and very interact with customers. My favourite and go to online store!
I was a bit weary to buy from this site because of all the bad reviews but for the price i figured, why not. I bought 2 bathing suits, a necklace, and a pair of glasses. Within a day, 2 of my items had shipped out while my other 2 didn't because they were on backorder. They were very helpful and told me i could either wait for it to come back in stock, get a full refund, or i could pick other items i wanted instead. The other 2 items that had shipped (a bathing suit and the necklace) came around 2 weeks later and it was amazing. For the price of what you're getting, it IS worth it. The bathing suit fit great and was such great quality. Although i wish they would put on the site what items aren't available due to back order, i will definitely be shopping online here again. :)
I found zaful.com on google while looking for bathing suits on google. One simple red one with a skimpy bottom caught my eye, and because they offered free shipping on orders over $30 I decided to see if there was something else I wanted from the site. Two hours later and I ended up spending close to $200 on their site. I did not realize that their products are shipped from China, but little did it matter, cause the products were delivered as promised. They separated the items into two packages and sent out the ones that were ready which was nice. The products I received are of excellent quality, I love everything I bought from here and will definitely shop at zaful.com again.
I bought two bikinis, and I go perfect, I took my measurements and I bought them and they are my size, and of good quality, I like them very much and I am very happy
