I bought two items in zaful, one arrived in a short period of time and it's beautiful, very good quality and truly to size, fit perfectly and i love it. The other item havent arrive yet but I have a code to see where is it and that works really good. Its going to be here soon. The service is very good in Zaful, was a pleasent experience
I have ordered from zaful before and previous orders came through fine. This time i have been waiting for over a month and there's still no sign of my order. I'm getting very irritated and very annoyed.
Zaful exceeded my expectations everything i ordered was just like on the websites and fitted perfectly. Shipping was also faster than i expected.
I loved the quality of the items i bought, especially swimwears and also fast shipping was a plus.
The customer service answered all my questions.
In total, i'll definitely go on shopping on Zaful.com
I placed an hour 6 weeks ago, and have been constantly told that my over would be shipped last month. Then I paid extra to change my order so I would be shipped sooner and that still hasn't happened and I have been constslty messaging with no response. Absoulty appalling.

Do not order from this website. I ordered multiple items and I am far from satisfied. I ordered sunglasses and they were way too big for my face, the material of one of the bathing suits is so cheap and has no support whatsoever. AND I still have not received 3 items from this order and I bought them on January 26th. I am so angry. Do not trust this website.

I did shopping in zaful and I am very happy. Things look like the pictures. The quality is good. I bought a bag and dress, everything looks beautiful and fits me. I recommend
I love Zaful, the clothes they have are beautiful, especially the swimsuits. I bought a swimsuit and it came literally like the photo, the color was the same and the material very good. The shipping was not delayed very much and the customer service is very good, they do not delay anything in answering and they do it in a very kind and polite way. The prices they handle are affordable and always make very good offers. What's more, the swimwear I bought had free shipping because it was New Year's Eve and the clothing had many discounts.
I have been given no updates on the delivery status of my order. Placed the order nearly a month ago and still haven't received my order. Also found out that only part of my order shipped. Most people say you never actually get your full order from the website. Would not recommend to anyone buying from this website. Amazon is a much better option.

Don't ever order from zaful! I ordered a bikini and a swimsuit and I have only received the swimsuit. The swimsuit didn't look like the picture at all and the quality was terrible. I'm still waiting for the bikini, and it has been over a month now. I contacted customerservice a week ago, and they still have not replied. I'm super unhappy and will never again order anything from this unserious site, neither should you!
Zaful has quality products with great prices and some of the best customer service I've seen. They are extremely responsive and helpful. I am very happy with my purchases and use of Zaful.com.

I ordered 3 items 13/02/2017 from Italy and they arrived 28/02/2017 without any problems. All the items of the order are made of good stuff, comfortable and very likely to the photos of the website. I can't find anything negative
I ordered from Zaful 30th of January. The middle of February I contacted them asking why I hadn't received my order, I payed for express shipping. I received the information that my order wasn't arriving until the beginning of March. Now it is 3rd of March and I just received an email where they refunded the order without any explanation. Do not trust this company! It gets awful reviews, because they are awful.

Two months ago I ordered five swimsuits. I should have ordered just one just to see the quality and fit but nooo! I wanted to believe it was going to work out. After all the swimsuits are copies of very expensive designer swimwear. First of all I try to get a refund and the website did not recognize my order number I tried to do individual reviews for each of my items but the website stated that I had not placed my order yet. Really? A lot of the swimsuits are under $20 but it can add up and the next thing you know you just blew 100 bucks on garbage. The one swimsuit I look forward to receiving came apart as I was trying it on. Can't believe these swimsuits can be shipped out Going as poor as they are. Who approves the quality of work? If ZAFUL is happy to rip people off, they're doing an excellent job. Ladies ignore those YouTube videos about ZAFUL. SAVE YOUR MONEY! By one Authentic beautiful designer bikini Rather then a couple of cheap horrible embarrassing looking swimwear that you can't even give away.

I placed an order on February 4th. Although I expected the items to be a little slow in coming due to previous reviews, I had absolutely no updates on my items until I decided to open a ticket.
Only after opening a ticket was I informed that my items were not in stock, and I needed to wait. My order was not shipped until 20 DAYS after I placed it. Even then, only part of the order was shipped, and I decided to cancel the remaining item so I wouldn't have to wait for it. Now, it has been four weeks since I placed my order and I STILL have not received my items, and could potentially still be waiting another 3-4 weeks.
Don't order from here. I wanted my items to come in for an occasion, and at this rate they won't be here in time, even though I ordered them MORE THAN A MONTH AGO. It's ridiculous and not worth the time.
