Ok, so, I placed my order on 7/19... I spent $120. The shipment is supposedly going to be sent in 4 separate packages. My main concern right now is, according to Zaful's tracking website, the fact that my first shipment was supposedly received in a post office in SuZhou, China on 7/23. The date is now 8/1, and I haven't gotten an update about it since then. Does that mean my order is just sitting in a post office in SuZhou? I understand as a customer that I'm not necessarily paying for quality merchandise here if I'm able to get 8 items of clothing for $120... BUT COME ON... I would at least expect to be considered a priority customer for having given them quite a bit of money (I'm a college student, so $100 is like I'm spending $500). I'm not only upset because my clothes haven't arrived yet, but I'm also upset because as a customer, I've been completely left in the dark about my order. 1)Their phone number is NOT A WORKING NUMBER. 2) On their "online chat service" if I ask about my order I get vague responses or am disconnected from the chat. 3) I have not been able to receive a single email about my order because somehow they have two different versions of my email address and they're of course using the wrong one to send me information. (How did that happen?) 4) I can't update my e-mail address? (Why not?) 5) All I want to know is that my clothes are on their way to the US and my house... but, I have absolutely no way of knowing...:(

Honestly, I should have listened to the reviews. Ordering from this site was such a huge mistake but I wanted to give them a chance. Zaful must have paid people off for the 5 STAR reviews on here, there's no other explanation - I'm looking at you "Marbella C"
I ordered 4 swimsuits on June 15th. They shipped 2 out together which I received over a month later, 1 that I received a week ago and 1 they lost. On "My Orders page" It still says it's "Pending Shipment" for the last swimsuit, I contacted Customer Service and gave me a tracking number with a generic response message. The tacking number I received doesn't work, I've been trying it over the last 3 weeks. I've messaged them a few times to let them know but they never answer my questions, they just resend me the tracking number. (because that's helpful).
By the way they *don't* offer refunds. BUT they offer you picking out another swimsuit instead (because that makes sense) I clearly want to start the process all over and wait another 2+ months for a new one to be shipped.
PS. I went through the trouble of signing up on here JUST to make sure you know how crappy Zaful is. Hopefully that deters you if my review didn't.

Online site of Zaful looks amazing and would definitely give you the urge to browse, which I did and turned out ordering more than a 100$. You have to order more than 100$ so you can avail the free shipping. I am based in Dubai and it costs 5$ for express shipping which is 7-15 days (and that is 35% off already). If you will order less than 100$ the express shipping costs around 34$ (35% off as well) which is costly. My order arrived quick, around 6days after the order and i was happy about that. When it comes to the prices of the items, almost all items shows with discount, but when you check the quality of the item, you would somehow realize that the price is not that worth it. In short, the discounted price that you paid is like the regular price based on the quality, they just made it appear as discounted online. I was expecting for a better quality for that range of discounted prices they are showing.
But on the other hand, its not that bad. I would still rate the site as 4stars since for me this helps me choose more designs of clothes, and less effort going to the mall. I'm glad i gave it a try.
And i just did a second order. Looking forward to ordering more.
I ordered a bathing suit from zaful.com and the price and quality of the item was great! The item looked exactly like the picture, the sizing was accurate, and the item arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely be purchasing from this site again! Also I have emailed the zaful customer service and they reply quickly and are very helpful.
I am a first-time Zaful consumer, but I will definitely become a regular customer! The clothes are super cute and trendy, and the prices are a bargain! I received my order quickly. Upon trying on some of the items, the fitting was a little unflattering (for my body type), so I asked Zaful customer service to return the items. They responded promptly saying I could exchange for another size or be refunded the items. No hassle. No questions asked. Perfect order! Thank you, Zaful for being awesome!
Do not give these people your personal information. Just two weeks after I used zaful my credit card information was stolen and someone in another country was paying for things with my money!
In addition, It has been 2 months since my order and it still isn't here. They messed up the shipping and it got returned to them and they are making me pay shipping and handling all over again, such crap. Most definitely my first and last order with this zaful.
Do not trust this company, it isn't worth it! There are MANY other great places to buy clothes for cheap that aren't scamming you.

A few months ago I purchased a bikini from Zaful and it already came after two weeks. The bottoms didn't fit - because of hygienical reasons I did not want to send it back, so I contacted their customer service. They responded quickly and were kind to send me the same bikini in a bigger size. This time it came within a week. Will definitely purchase more in the future.
At first I was a little scared to buy from zaful but after I bought from them and received my top it was so fricken cute! I really wanted to just buy the whole website honestly but since I'm poor lol I went and got two more outfits and I'm just waiting on them to come so I can be happy again!
My review on zaful swim wear. I placed an order last Tuesday and I got it today with the express shipping witch is 10days or less, I got mine in 6days!
I have a trip in two weeks to Cancun from Texas and this late in the season all the stores where out of swim wear and what I did find was hideous. I was hesitant about ordering online and the variations of sizes but I was desperate and took a chance. What I ordered overall fit great and I love it especially for the price I paid! I'm a short girl with some baby weight still packed on so I went with a large in size. Also the pieces don't look cheap at all and it's the same material you would expect from any other swim wear brand! All three pieces had a double layer in the front private area, that's one of the things I was worried about. I highly recommend zaful!

I have had the best experience with Zaful! I have ordered from them many times and have never been disappointed. I usually order their swimsuits because they are so cute and great quality for such a low price. Plus they usually come in a timely manner. They also have "priority dispatch" where some items come faster than others. I definitely will continue to shop at Zaful.
I've placed a few orders on Zaful now, and each time I like the company more and more. The products are awesome, the quality is surprising, the prices are unbelievable and the support for the costumer is fast and effective. The shipping is fast and we get to track our items down the way. Shopping in Zaful has been a wonderful experience and I find myself telling about the site for many friends, because of all the fuzz caused by the stylish items!
I have orderd from Zaful for the first time. I am very pleased with the stuff I got. The quality of chlotes is great and the items are the same as in the picture. I was really amazed. Stuff are very afordable and there are lots of beautiful items. I am shure that I will purchase items in future from this site. Zaful is a great website if you are looking for a great deal on bathing suits! The reviews and ratings really help you narrow down and decide which suit is best for your body type. They are very good at getting back to you if you have any problems, or want to return anything! Highly recommended for those who don't have a ton of money to spend, but really want some cute, in trend suits for the summer!
I noticed Zaful on Instagram and YouTube and started watching videos about them. When I was watching these videos they often talked about/ reviewed other stores similar to Zaful. However they always said they had the best experience with Zaful. I saw that Zaful had the best reputation and cutest clothes so I tried it out for myself. I ordered two bathing suits the first arrived in two weeks, super cute, great material and fit. The second arrived in about one week, it fit great, nice material and was reversible. On one of the sides however there was two small wierd orange stains on one side of the top. I told Zaful about this and they are giving me a full refund. I'm going to use that money to buy more from them because they have great products at a low price and awesome customer service.

Not only that, but they also send you an email checking to see if everything you ordered arrived on schedule and fits to your liking! I ordered a bikini from the Zaful App on the 2nd of June 2017. I was notified on the 8th of June 2017 that my product had been shipped, using Standard Shipping (ie 8 - 25 working days until it arrives at its destination, according to the website).
Considering American public holidays, 25 working days post - shipping would have been the 14th of July 2017.
Needless to say, I did not receive my parcel by the delivery deadline. I sent through a 'support ticket' in an attempt to get some answers. I was told that my order was actually shipped 2 days prior to me receiving email notification (ie it was shipped 6th June 2017), but that my order's deadline was the 3rd of August 2017.
This makes absolutely no sense to me. 3rd August is exactly 39 working days post-shipment. Despite me bringing this up in my 'support ticket', the next reply postponed my deadline to the 4th of August 2017. I notified them of this and was hush-hushed. No explanation was given re the 39 / 40 working day delivery deadline.
I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER. My postal service has no record of the parcel on their system, despite it having 'arrived' here in South Africa on the 26th of June!
The 4th of August is the day I leave the country on holiday. So if it's delivered any later than 40 days post -shipment I have no way of tracking it, signing for it etc.

Honestly, I wouldn't even bother with this company. First, they charged me for 2 orders, one being my actual order and the other being all the things I had in my basket before I changed my order. Finally got my money back, then they take more than 2 weeks to ship it, AND IT'S NOT EVEN THE FULL ORDER! They never said that they discontinued 2 of the items i purchased while i was ordering them, they just sent half my order and the other 2 said "pending, waiting for order to come back in stock". Then they finally email me and tell me that they no longer sell those items and have to refund me again. THEN I get an email saying that my package was at the destination, but taken back because something was wrong with the shipping address or something, so I check my order again and their site combined my shipping address with my billing address (which were not the same address). So I had to email them again. Today, I just got an email saying it was delivered to the address, which was still the wrong address (the combination of my shipping and billing address). So my package has been delivered to some random persons house...so never again will I order from their company. Just too unreliable.
I will say that the one good thing about my experience with this company was the customer service. They spoke good english and got back to within 2 days tops and explained step by step what to do. Go customer service.

I ordered my package 2 weeks ago and it still haven't come. I've tried to track it but the tracking business has a horrible website and it does not tell when it will be delivered. I ordered a one piece needing it for camp and I surely thought it would come in time before I left but no, I leave tomorrow and I'm pretty sure it's still in china
