This was my first time ordering from Zaful and I ordered four bathing suits. My biggest piece of advice is to only order bathing suits that are reviewed and to READ THE REVIEWS in order to get the right size/see if the swimsuit is right for you.

Of the four bathing suits I ordered, only two of them fit. The two that fit were very impressive (had good quality for the price, and fit decently) and were ones that were highly rated. The other two that did not fit, they had reviews but were still ill fitting. The general trend is that the bottoms are WAY to small while the top was too big. However, what impressed me the most was that Zaful offered me a full refund on the two suits that did not fit at all free of charge/shipping. While a lot of people have complained about bad customer service, I actually had a very pleasant customer service that was very timely and helpful. I will definitely shop here again if the helpful customer service is not just a on time thing, and remains so friendly and helpful!

I just have received my first order from ZAFUL! I made the order at 7 of July and got it at 20 of July, so it's enough fast. I was very surprised by quality of clothes. I ordered maxi slip dress. As Im skinny I ordered size S. It was very cheap, only 5$, but when I unpacked my package I was vey happy It was perfect, It fitted me perfectly, the fabric was good quality and the stitching was perfect. Also it was made by cotton, so its ideal material for hot summer. Im sure it will not be my last order.

I love zaful because their stuff is so cheap and it's such great quality. Their app is very intuitive and you're able to find stuff quite quickly with the filters. Probably because I live in Taiwan but my order came up within 2 days which is absolutely amazing! I'm in love with zaful. Only thing to keep an eye on is size. Most sizes are kind of like Asian size. So make sure to read available reviews for anything you buy so you have a reference.

I love buying on Zaful because the process is very simple. We choose, we see the reviews about the product, we add it on the Cart and we click Buy. They are trustful and there is nothing to be scared of. The shipping is fast, considering that it comes from China. They are also very supportive and always willing to help if something is not right. I recommend it!

I am beyond displeased with the bathing suits that I received. In picture they both looked wonderful and like exactly what I was looking for but when I received the items today they fell short of my expectations. The material is low quality and the sizing is off because while I ordered both bathing suits in a size large, only one of them fits. The suits themselves look hastily put together and the cups inside of the tops of each suit are unflattering and extremely noticeable due to their circular shape. I expect a full refund and suggest that future products are pictured on models so that other customers know exactly what they look like on a body.

Thir website is great, very easy to find what you are looking for. There is always some kind of promotion so it's not expencive. The materials are great and the colors too. Also, the shipping to Eastern Europe takes about 3 weeks, so it's pretty fast. And the most importan thing - the customer service is always there to help! I recommend Zaful to everybody!

I ordered two swim suits from Zaful, one for myself and one for my sister. Both suits came in a timely manner and looked just like the picture! Their products are affordable, great quality, soft, comfortable, and vibrant in color! Another thing I loved about shopping on this website is the reviews from other shoppers, which I found to be really helpful in deciding which style of swim wear I wanted! I will definitely order more items from Zaful again in the near future!

Quality: Most of items are in good quality, there were just some small flaws which are acceptable and fixable for me; consider the cheap prices for such cute items. But be aware of the size for bikinis, which the bottom comparable quite small to the top, still look sexy and fit me okay.
Service: I appreciated their service the most. While I leave not-super-happy comments about the items, the CS contact me right after and try to understand my problems and help me out with the size issue, PLUS send me again the right size for FREE.
Value: Very affordable.
Shipping: I received my parcel within 3 days with express shipping and the re-send item within a week. Reasonable.

This was my first time ordering from Zaful, and I myself am not much of an online shopper, and I had heard some mixed reviews of the clothing site but I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and give it a try! Zaful pleasantly surprised me and exceeded my expectations! My order shipped to me in Canada within 2 weeks which I was not expecting, and constantly got email updates when an item was on its way to me. When i had any questions for customer service, they responded extremely quickly and helpfully! As for the items received, I was pleasantly surprised to find all good quality items received for an extremely affordable price (I ordered 6 things). I was so pleased with my order that I've already placed another one and cannot wait to receive my shipment. Thank you Zaful for an extremely easy and pleasant shopping experience!
