I have ordered twice from this website and have had a great experience with their customer service department. I had ordered something that did not fit as the measurements were a bit off and they were quick to respond to my issue and resolved immediately. The quality of everything I have ordered so far is also very good. No complaints. Already have a skirt that is an everyday staple, amazing quality and fits perfectly.

I honestly love this website! They are so quick with shipping and their bikinis are beyond adorable. They are so comfy and they fit me so well. The company has a wide selection to choose from and they always have deals- which makes it so much more tempting to keep buying from them! I would definitely recommend others to buy from here. Just make sure you check the size chart before you order. It is affordable and the clothes are so stylish. They were really fast with shipping the package, which is an additional pro!

Im a first time customer at zaful, and definitely will not be the last. I loved the bikinis I ordered and the prices were great. I was satisfied with the fit and the colours in real life, just make sure you read reviews to avoid fit issues or discolouration a from the picture. Shipping from direct to customer websites usually take really long but I was surprised that it came in two weeks, which is earlier than expected. I love the rewards system they have for their members - way better than any other retailer. Overall a positive experience!

I ordered from Zaful for the first time and I could not have had a better experience! I got a red swimsuit with a plunging neckline and it was even better than I was expecting. The sizing was according to the chart (Im 5 ft 9 and 125lb and got a size S). Its lined on the inside so its not transparent at all in the water and the fabric almost looks like satin. I got tons of compliments the first time I wore it! As for the processing times and shipping, they were as described on the website, and the customer service is excellent. Ill be definitely buying from Zaful again soon!

I want to share my experience because I really feel that this store can be a good answer for the ones that are looking for a good price and good quality. I have mainly ordered swimwear and these products have a good quality. It's also possible to see the feedback about each item including photos or simply opinions regarding the size. Because Zaful is a chinese store, there is a lot of feedback regarding the disparity between ocidental and asian sizes. The truth is that there is a conversion table in inches and cm that makes it possible to order the best size for each on. Regarding the shipping, I have always received my items within the time estimated.

I researched reviews of zaful in great detail before ordering as i felt the prices seemed way too good to be true. For a lot of people they were, as a lot of people were complaining they hadn't reviewed their orders, so I thought I'd better order something cheap at first to test their service. I ordered a bikini which upon questioning zaful (and having to go through a fairly long winded process of getting a response) I was told it should take around two weeks. To my delight the bikini came in less than two weeks, so I got straight back on there to order my summer clothes. I made two seperate orders which were delivered within one month. One of the orders was missing an item which I emailed zaful to question, but it was delivered seperately before they even had the chance to respond. Some of the items I ordered were better quality than I expected, and others were much worse. It seems you need to check the fabric of the item you order carefully in closeup photos before ordering as cheap material is often used, but not always. In conclusion, be smart, do your research, don't expect fast delivery as it is coming from China (give at least one month), don't expect top notch customer service, but do expect amazing designs at good prices and a support team who are doing their best despite language barriers, overseas shipping issues and customs/border control problems.

I loved my swimsuit, I first was little skeptical because I hadnt hear about zaful before, but I decided to give it a try and it was perfect, it took like 2-3 weeks to arrive, but is not that much compared to other websites that I have had to wait up to two months. The size chart was pretty accurate and the swimsuit is beautiful, is just as the picture.

July 23,2017 nickname: 690q5p17 My order was overall great. I ordered 2 bathing suits and both were made with good quality material and were perfect for swimming. I had an issue with the sizing on one of them but this issue was eventually resolved. The customer service here at zaful is great, they responded to my questions and provided working solutions. Shipping took a awhile but not too long. I recommended zaful to a friend and she also has had a positive experience. Also the website has a wide selection of very nice things to choose from! I am overall happy with my purchase at zaful and I would definitely buy more things from zaful in the future.

Honestly, I never ordered any clothes online before ordering my swimsuits from zaful, so I was quite unsure and worried that the money I spent was money I was loosing. But I must say I was really happy with what I got. 2 out of the 3 swimsuits became immediately my favorite one. Be really careful about the size tho, cause I had to order a size up (instead of S, I ordered an M, for all 3 swimsuits, 2 of them were fitting perfectly while the third one was big). About the delivery: it was damn fast. I live in Brussels (a friend that lives in a smaller city in Belgium had to wait 3 weeks), and the delivery took 10 days, I was shocked. Anyways, I am now waiting for my second order (yes, now that I know it makes sense to order from this site, I am not going to stop :), I hope I'll be happy with my second order too.
