Honestly I was skeptical about ordering from Zaful because of all the rumors of it being a scam, but afte thorough research I saw that they've made huge improvements later in 2016 towards 2017 so I gave it a shot. I'm very impressed with the quality of the the bikinis especially they're super cute and affordable. My only complaints would be the time for shipping but at these prices, isn't so bad to wait for and the sizes. Although there's a size chart, it's hard to figure out which size will fit you because I've ordered two items in small and I've always been a size small but one fit and the other was wayyyy too tight. I've heard it's because they're from china so their sizes of Asian women but I am an Asian woman and I'm saying the sizes aren't always accurate. But I let customer service know and they apologized and sent me one in a size up as soon as possible; BEST customer service I've ever received, acceptance of the issue and replaced it immediately!

A website who's prices can't be beat! From bikinis to formal wear to casual, they have it all. And better yet for amazing prices you can get nice quality items for such a little cost! The site is also equipped with an amazing staff who is there always for your help. They respond quickly and are very very kind. I have only had one problem ever with Zaful and after talking with the staff, they sorted it all out and refunded me! All other orders have been wonderful! Really great place to shop!

I ordered several pieces of clothing and jewelry from here and received them all. They were not the highest quality, but for what I paid it was a great deal. I would order from here again! However, it did take about a month for my order to arrive as it was coming from overseas, so do not order if you are needing something quickly. There was one problem with a swimsuit, but zaful was quick at responding to my claim and refunding me for that portion.

I LOVE Zaful! I ordered 2 3 bathing suits and a dress. I obviously did my homework on sizing and what not but WOW. I totally took a gamble as I thought the site was sketchy but it was just awesome! I live in Canada and it took 3 weeks to ship (not a big deal) Items were exactly how I imagined. I would 100% recommend ordering from Zaful. Where else will you find bikins for $20?

This was my first time buying a Zaful so I was a bit nervous of not receiving a thing or having bad quality products (since I bought in other online stores and I received horrible clothes) but this wasn't the case, it arrived very quickly, the dress was lovely, the fabric is very comfy and it looks the same as the picture online. I honestly recommend you the site, by the way, I live in Mexico, so if you live here, probably you won't have problems, I selected the fastest shipping and ot arriven like in 3 days by DHL.

I bought two dresses from zaful.com and they are good quality for their price. They are extremely lightweight which is convenient for the summer. The colors of the dresses are bright and look like the picture on the website. I did notice some string sticking out but could be easily fixed by cutting them. Also, it took a week for my dresses to arrive but it was for sure worth the wait! Overall I had a great experience with this website and I will buy again!

If anyone orders from this company, let's hope you never have to send anything back. First, I was unaware the company was situated in China, so had to spend an extra £16 on top of my already £90 order for my parcel to cross customs, which I was not informed about until my parcel was actually in England. Then, the clothes I tried on were way too small in size even though I ordered my correct size online. You then have to request to send the clothes back as no address is given in your parcel - what company does that?! You then have to be approved to send the clothes back - all the way back to CHINA which was an extra £16. After all this, my parcel was lost and I have received absolutely no money back. Awful service, much better using misguided etc!

Affordable price for great quality products. I bought three bikinis two fit right however the bottoms didn't fit for the last one. However I expected this after looking at the sizing chart and the reviews. I contacted customer service about this and they gave me 200 points for my account. I thought it wasn't going to come in on time for my trip to the Dominican, which I had accepted. However I was pleasantly surprised how quick my package came, 7 days to be exact, and my shipping was tracked from start to finish. Overall a great experience with zaful.

Zaful's website is easy to scroll through and find what I want. They have so much selection to choose from! Make sure you use the app to make purchases because I think the prices are a tad cheaper and they often have app only deals.

So I made my purchase on Jul5 and items shipped the next day. I ordered 4 items but only 3 shipped next day. The last item shipped separately couple days after. I haven't recieved my items yet but I hope they get here soon! I can understand it's taking longer because it's coming from China but the prices can't be beat! Probably going to place another order soon. Need more outfits for my Bora Bora trip!

I have placed many orders on Zaful. My first one was a while back and I was very skeptical. The shipping took less than a month which is really good for what I was expecting, knowing that they are coming from across seas. When I received my products I was super happy and they were the EXACT same as the pictures. I was so happy with the quality (I ordered a white two piece which I expected to be see through) and it wasn't at all. I was so happy with my order that I have since then, bought two more orders of clothing. This is my go to sight for when I am looking for new outfits and swimsuits for vacation. One time I emailed their customer service for information on when my swimsuits were going to arrive, and they emailed back within 24 hours. Their reply time for any customer concerns is actually really great. They want their customers to be happy with their purchases is another thing I loved. I have recommended Zaful to SO many of my friends, and they have since then had many swimsuit and outfit orders from there as well.

Before you shop, think about where it's coming from... like you are ordering from overseas so YES it's going to take awhile for shipping. But if you're patient you will get your stuff, and it's cheap. So you get what you pay for. But it's still really good quality.

I've ordered from Zaful 3 times and only once was something so small I couldn't wear it. But customer service asked me about my order and when I explained they gave me a refund for the suit.

And I've been in contact with customer service about my most recent order and it's been nothing but great! They've been super helpful and told me that one item was back ordered, so I could exchange the item for another one in stock.

Overall -- definitely recommend purchasing from Zaful, just know that shipping does take awhile.

My overall experience with Zaful was great. If I had to compare it to experience with other similar websites I would have to say it's as different as chalk and cheese! First of all the materials used are actually fine, not as cheap plastic looking as I thought they would be and as I've experienced before with similar brands - especially the bathing suit material, which is amazing and looks like used by one of the high end brands. The style of clothes is awesome as well, very on trend and unique at the same time. I did have a problem with a sizing of the romper I bought, it was way too big (though it was the smallest size on the site), but after contacting Zaful Customer Service I had a great pleasure to experience the way that the customer should be treated in. Without any problems, without asking for it, I received all of my money back. When you're ordering online, there's always a risk of receiving something below your expectations and you have to take that into consideration, but I belive that when something is obviously wrong with the item you should be offered a solution - and that is what Zaful Team did for me, which I appreciate. I recommend this website, loved it.

I recently brought 3 items from Zaful. A bikini, sun glasses and earrings. The time it took to arrive to New Zealand was probably around 2 weeks, which is pretty good for standard shipping I was quite supprised I thought it would take much longer! The bikini I got is very good quality, although I would suggest going a size up when buying bikinis! Earrings are great! They are super good quality and we're so cheap! They are one of my favourites. The sunglasses are also nice, I would use them for photos or for an accessorie as they aren't as good quality to wear as proper sunglasses. My experience was really good over all and will deffs be buying some more from Zaful :)
