I tried Zaful this year because I wanted an extra pair of bikinis for holidays and I am kind of in a budget, so I didn't want to pay a lot for them. I saw that the bikinis this website had seemed nicer than those on other websites and the experiences of some of my friends were really positive.

I picked out the items very carefully, always reading the reviews, chosing those items which were reviewd by customers over those ones which weren't (that is so helpful!). I also checked the sizing on each item. I finally pressed 'order' and two weeks later I received the package. The process was smooth: instant confirmation email, shipping email with track number which kept me informed of where my items were at all times and then the package, with no extra charges. Maybe some other customers had different experiences but this certainly was mine.

The bikinis were great, much better than I had expected. Exactly same quality as if I had bought them in some international retail store where the price is 5x higher. Beautiful color, perfect fitting, all with its own cute little bag. I'm very happy with my order and I will definitely repeat soon.

After seeing YouTube affiliated videos on zaful I was rather skeptical about the quality of the items considering the price but bought a rather inexpensive swimsuit (the caged bandage bikini, for ~$12 CAD after a discount code) to gauge their sizing and quality. I sized up as other reviews advised and was very pleased with the item I received - quality was good, it fit nice but I could have probably gone another size up (I normally am between S-M, I ordered a medium - should have gotten large) since the bottoms were a little tight and my butt isn't very big. Overall, shipping was timely and the product I received was amazing quality for the price though sizing can be rough if you're not sure.

I bought my first (and FAVORITE) swimsuit on Zaful a few weeks ago. It took less than two weeks to arrive. You'll see a lot of people complaining about the swimsuit sizes and shipping times though. Here's a couple tips for your order to make it a better experience and to get over these First World problems. First, remember that these swimsuits ship from another country. China and America size standards are DIFFERENT. Know your measurements, know that Chinese sizes are usually smaller, and read reviews so you can get the right size. If you're unsure, buy two swimsuits. The price you pay on Zaful totals one top or bottom in America anyways. We also have sites like Poshmark, etc. to resell. Second, remember that these items are shipping from another country. We're so used to expecting everything NOW NOW NOW, that we forget how far these items have to ship. Plus shipping is cheap considering the miles the items have to travel! Last, don't expect customer service to be amazing. Like I've mentioned twice already, this company is headquartered in another country. In America we have high standards for customer service. In other countries it might not be so important. It's cultural. Don't take it personal. Just make sure to know email works best for most out of country customer service. That's the way it is. I like Zaful! I haven't had any issues so far. I was skeptical about buying in Zaful; but I got all my items before I was expecting and everything was just as it was shown on the website. The cloth quality is ok, and the crew attention was excellent.

I came across with zaful.com in recent months, I was very attracted by their products and prices. Recently, I place an order and I have to say I was happily surprised. Their products are exactly as shown on their pictures and are true to size. (As a buyer I would recommend you to check the size guide on their website to find your actual size... it's worth spending that extra little time on it!). The delivery took approx. Two weeks which I consider very fair, understanding their products come from China.

I highly recommend this website. It has an excellent customer service (accurate and quick responses) and products are a great value for money!

Honestly, I was very skeptical about Zaful because their items are all very cheap in price and I had heard many mixed reviews about them. I decided to order anyways. My package took quite a while to arrive but I wasn't in a rush to get it so it was fine by me. I was honestly surprised by the quality of the items I received. I ordered 2 bikinis which were around $15 AUD each. The material was quite nice and felt like the material on all of my other bathers. They both also looked exactly like the photos on the website which I was super happy about. Thankfully I ordered a size up (I'm usually a small but I ordered a medium) and they fit almost perfectly. For the price, you really can't go wrong with their items, especially the bathers. They're not the best fitted or best quality bathers I own but they are excellent for the price. My advice would be to just considering sizing up when purchasing; I'm so glad I did. Overall I am very happy with my purchases and will be ordering again soon.

I would like to give 100% credit to Zaful.
The dress I purchased is cute and the size description is right. However, as zipper is in the side, I have difficulty to put it because the armholes are not flexible to me. I reported this to Customer Service not expecting anything because I purchased it with reduced price. They offered me an exceptionally generous solution. Full refund plus I didn't need to send it back to them.
Before I got this solution, I had placed another order because their products are so cute and reasonable! If you are searching casual and fashionable clothes, Zaful is the right shop!

This is a 100% honest review. Everything I ordered from Zaful was pretty good quality and I liked it a lot. Everything looked just like it did in the pictures and it was all vert cute. Since Zaful is a very inexpensive site I was very skeptical about how the quality would be. To be careful, I did research. I only ordered things that had many reviews, including pictures. I payed attention to what people said about quality and fit and bought what looked good. Since there is so much on the site and things come from all different place, everything can't be perfect. There are some bad things on every site. Everything that I bought was very nice and fit well since I sized up. It was not the most perfect quality in the entire world, but for the price, it was great. Zaful is a very large company with very good prices. Everything seems to comes from China. Since it is, it does take awhile to get to you. I always expect this with orders from China. The shipping is also free! It is easy for people to complain about these things, but in my experience, Zaful met my expectations and I enjoyed everything I got. I have ordered from Zaful twice and will continue to into the future.
