I have always been well served on the site. The shipments take around 1 month to my house and everything I bought arrived as accurate as desired and shown on the website. I already did 6 orders and they all went with excellent products. It really is a very reliable store, the prices are great and it has several promotions. It has a huge variety of products.

I had seen many ads for the website Zaful and wasn't sure what to expect from it. I spent some time scrolling through their website and decided to take a chance and order a few items. It takes a couple weeks to get your order but thats because its coming from China (i think its china). Before i received my items, I was impressed with their prices; they are very reasonable. I was also impressed that I got my tracking information within the next day. When my items finally arrived, I was VERY impressed. They came just as they were pictured online and fit me perfectly! The quality of the clothes comes as good as you pay for them. I am already loving my new clothes and can't wait to wear my new swimsuit. Thank you so much Zaful!

I love Zaful! I first stumbled upon them last year and I've been a dedicated shopper since. The prices are affordable and the clothes are incredibly trendy so I don't have to break my budget to get cute clothes! My packages arrive in a timely manner and everything I purchase in a size small fits. If you're like me and like to have an updated wardrobe, this is the best place to shop!

I'm here to talk about my personal experience as a customer of zaful.com, hoping that it can help other people to make a conscious decision and make the internet a better place for all of us.

Before purchasing on this website, honestly talking, all those bad reviews about it made me quite suspicious.
Trying not to think about all of those bad reviews, I decided to go ahead and buy a dress my girlfriend wanted so bad.
Order placed day 15th of June, shipped the day after, received on the 14th of July.
I'm honest, shipping time was a bit frustrating, I'm usually not used to wait so long for the delivery as I never bought something outside the UE.
However, I was conscious of it as the company clearly says it: Standard shipping takes up to 20 business days.
Therefore, If you are patient, want to save money and buy nice staff, that's the place for you.

First of all I was really nervous, when I made my first order. But I thought is really cheap so if it´s a scam I won't lose that much money, I was wrong it surprises in so many ways the items did take a while after all the Company is in china y to arrive to Spain needs a least to weeks, you have to be really careful if you order an item that says takes 7-15 days to ship you have to count those days to. The swimwear, I order fit nice, and actually was better that what I was expecting, the quality is nice but don't expect a Victoria secret type. I love the variety of prints and be careful with the sizes the run small you should read the reviews that help me a lot, one of the things that surprise me the most was customer service I had an issue with one of the models and they responded and solved it ride away, I think a Company is 50 % products and 50 % service and they are doing pretty great!

My bikini I ordered had size issues. The bottoms are close to being non wearable but I have worn them when it is just me at the pool versus being round people. They are way too small and don't have any stretch to them to begin with. The top was too big but is wearable.
The 1 piece American flag suit I got is so small that i looks like it was made fro someone a foot shorter than me. While I was able to get the suit on, it didn't even reach my chest but at the same time could not completely cover my lower half either because I was trying to pull it up high enough. I followed all size charts, but still ended up disappointed.
It also took almost 4 weeks to receive my whole order.
Customer Service seems to struggle with English

Before making purchases with this site, I did some research, watched some youtube reviews/rants & read some of the reviews on their site. People had some mixed feelings but I have to say I am very pleased. I have placed two orders with Zaful & am so glad I made them. For one specific order, I ordered two bathing suits, a sports bra, romper & jumpsuit. Everything else was great quality especially for the price being paid. The bathing suits aren't see through. The romper fits me just fine. The sports bra gives me boobs & holds everything in place. The only let downs I experienced was one bathing suit I ordered had a gap up front but I assume thats due to how I chose to wear it, & the jump suit went out of stock (but I was sent my refund right away). Great customer service.

I discovered it from a youtube chanel and I was amazed by their prices and the reviews the users do on their items. At first I bought 4 swimsuits and then I started buying tops, shorts and even sunglasses. This store is making me save a lot of money and at the same time is making me be on trend. I love it.

Zaful is by far the best online shop I've seen! They have such a wide variety of clothes, all of which are extremely affordable! They update their site with new items every day and are always carrying the latest trendy pieces. They offer many discounts in the form of coupon codes or you can rack up Z-Points on your account that equate to money that can also be used to save money on your orders. The clothing items are amazing quality and are truly a steal considering they're so well priced! They also carry jewelry and accessories, all of which are beautiful and VERY inexpensive! The shipping is quick which is a plus. Customer service is amazing as well! They are so incredibly accommodating and get back to you very fast. Overall, I highly recommend this website, it's the best!

I learnt about this websites several months ago through some YouTube reviews, and decided to give it a try. At first I was a bit skeptical because the prices of the products were very low, but when I got my first order I immediately changed my mind! They have a huge selection of clothes, always up to date with the latest trends, of very nice quality. Not giving the full score because shipping sometimes may take a while, but apart from that I'd definitely recommend this website to anyone that loves fashion!

I found out about Zaful through many Youtubers and when I saw all the cute outfits especially bikinis for very low prices I simply couldn't resist and immediately ordered from this website. I was very impatient and nervous about when my order was going to arrive but as soon as it was here I wasn't disappointed at all. All of the items fulfilled my expectations. Not only that the outfits look very cute but they also have very good quality, not to mention that everything there is very affordable. What I also like very much about Zaful is their great costumer service since no matter what it is they answer your messages within 1 day. Plus, what I also liked very much is that each item on Zaful can be reviewed by costumers who already bought them and they can also provide pictures of it which helped me a lot to make a decision.
All in all I am very positively surprised by Zaful and can't wait to make my next order.

Hello, on the 12th of Jun 2017 I ordered the romper. I decided for Standard Shipping and it was delivered on the 6th of July. It was my first order from Zaful and Im very happy about it. The romper is exactly as it was supposed to be. I added a photo - on the left: original photo from the website, on the right: delivered product. I ordered S and I usually wear S too. It is not see-through and it is very important to remember that the quality is right for the price. Maybe the straps are a little bit too big but Im going to wear it this summer definitely. It is so cute!

I LOVE this site! I ordered around 8 bathing suits and I am overjoyed with all but one. They were so cheap, and considering my bad exeriences on other china based sites, I was very skeptical, but when I got the bikinis I was so, so happy. They were all good quality and true to size (I am 5'9, I'm a 32B, and a rectangle shaped figure. I ordered a small in the bikinis and a l ordered a large in the one-piece), they match the photo and size chart perfectly. The reviews underneath the individual items were so helpful too, and the customer service was so great! This is a genuine review, at least for the bikinis, as I haven't tried the clothes yet. I loved my experience so much I just put in another order! Thanks Zaful!
