I ordered three bathing suits from Zaful. Two of them shipped together and one shipped separate as it came from a different warehouse. The package of two arrived within 30 days and unfortunately the third one arrived almost two months after ordering and without a tracking number. I made Zaful customer service aware of my issue and they were prompt to try and resolve the problem. All three bathing suits were good quality and were true to the pictures as advertised. One of the suits was extremely small besides it being a large, but I didn't complain or return it I just mentioned it in my review on Zaful. Customer service reached out to me and apologized and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Overall amazing customer service, order a size larger than you think you need, and be patient with order times.
I ordered three bathing suits from Zaful for this past summer after seeing one on my cousin. I was a little skeptical on the quality because one of the suits was only $14! The shipping was about 3 weeks, but I wasn't in a hurry and my cousin had told me it would be about that long. It was worth the wait. The suits were so cute and feminine. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality! I have three tips when ordering:
1. Know that it is going to take about 3-4 weeks to arrive, but the price makes it worth it!
2. Sizing is a little small. I'm a 6 in US measurements and ordered a large in all three suits.
3. They offer free shipping in orders over $99 :)

I have only ordered 1 time from zaful & it was succesful.
Just be aware that the shipping will take time, but for me it wasn't a problem.
I like it because the site is cheap, but the quality is also good and the pieces look good and not "trashy".
I feel like I've finally found a site that I really like and I will start ordering more from zaful!

I got a dress and a bikini from my last order. The dress is so pretty, true color and fit well. The bikini also super gorgeous except the top is way too big but the bottom fit pretty well.

I found zafuls page because of facebook and was instantly in love, the products are incredible cute and up to date. It was a hard decision picking my first item to order from the website but it finally came down to purchasing a bikini for the summer. The bikini came in the mail in a decent amount of time and was exactly as pictured, It was a super cute green bikini with great material and fit very well, It was so much better than i expected it to be! I will be ordering again!

I ordered 4 bathing suits from Zaful and LOVED every single one. The quality was amazing and I couldn't find the styles anywhere else. I am so excited to shop here again. The shipping took a few weeks, which was faster than I expected. Be sure to read reviews on each product to know when to order a size up. I ordered a Medium and I am usually a small and I was ecstatic with the way it fit.

We were skeptical of the quality of the products since the prices were so low, but we were pleasantly surprised when we received the swimsuit for my daughter. The fabric, colour, and fit were good quality, especially for the price we paid.
I ordered off zaful a few times (swimsuits) and the deals are terrific! You really can't beat their prices for clothes or bathing suits. The quality is pretty good considering the price and it came faster than I expected for being overseas. Also tons of coupon offers. Would order again! I would just like to mention that the sizes run small so size up 1 size for most items.

I ordered 4 bathing suits for only $45, all of them came in and were great quality for the price, I would make sure you check reviews and model sizes to make sure that you get the right size because they tend to fit smaller especially the bottoms but mine were mostly good. Overall I love what I bought and I would shop from this website again.
They accepted my order, but then after TWO WEEKS they did refund saying the item is out of stock!
They doesn't reply correctly and the shipping is service is awful!

It was my first order in Zaful site and I've really loved it. The items were exactly like in the photo, the material was pretty good and in general everything was perfect. I'm living in Cape Verde so of course it take a lit bit of time to receive the item but it worth it! Every time I send an e-mail I received an answer passed 24 hours maximum. I recommend it!
Zaful is such a great app, the clothes are very inexpensive & are made with great materials!
They come within a decent amount of time & they communicate very well with their costumers.
I definitely will b purchasing plenty more from their site!
Id like to order more bottom pieces from there, so if it helps, i think adding some would bring in more attraction toward the app!
The quality was good for the amazing prices, would recommend to anyone who wants cute clothes for a good price, many told me i would not recieve my orders which is not true. Zaful has customer service that emailed me and i was able to track my order along the way.
I am generally happy and satisfied using Zaful for online shopping.
One of the fears of an online shopper is receiving the order in the wrong size.
I have purchased 3 apparel items and luckily, they are all in correct sizes and fits me perfectly.
The pricing is also very reasonable and cheaper compared to the other online shops i used begore.
Lastly, I am happy with the delivery lead time as i received my order in less than two weeks as promised.

I have purchased 3 orders from Zaful, with every order being dispatched the following day and arrived within 3 weeks of my purchase. The bikini's are great, super cheap and fit well. I have ordered a dress also which i absolutely love and fits just like the measurements. They always reply within 24hours of my emails. Very happy with this store.
I ordered many items at Zaful and knew they were going to take long to arrive at my country. However, I went on holidays and did not leave a notice for my landlord to receive the package, so it returned to the post office and after a few weeks had to be returned to the sender.
I contacted Zaful and they responded super quickly explaining that they could resend the package (they did not charge me anything extra for that).
Some of the items, however, were sold out, so they gave me the option to wait for the original package to return to them so it could be resent, or just have a new order with less items and get a refund. They refunded me on a timely manner and my package arrived within the deadline. I was really impressed with their Customer Service and how fast they solved the issue. It was disappointing that some of the items were sold out, but this was not their fault anyway.
I was always really skeptical when buying things online. But then I found out about Zaful! I just bought my first item and within a month - I received it! It was totally great! The quality of the stuff and the sizing was on point. I didn't have to return anything at all. I'm glad I bought from them, didn't have any problem and it was really affordable as well!
