I was very hesitant to order from Zaful (reading reviews after my purchase-oops) and just thought okay whatever if it doesnt come then ill get my money back. They answered any questions I had for them within 24 hours. My items came about a month after my purchase which I thought was great for where it was shipping from. I think people give Zaful such a bad name just because of the shipping process. You have to remember it takes about 7-15 business days to ship to the US PLUS additional 1-15 business days to get your item/items ready (it will day under the item before purchase). I was very happy with the quality of my item. I will for sure be buying more from this company.

Zaful has items available for the trendsetters. Right now textures and fabrics are very trendy- especially silk, lace, velvet, and corduroy. I live in the south, so I wear bathing suits almost all year long. I needed something different this year (I'm VERY picky about swim suits, yeah they're functional but its also a look) and I found it on Zaful! I ordered two beautiful velvet bikinis. One in a summery watermelon pink, and a gorgeous emerald green one for the winter months. Both came in pretty quickly, and they fit like Cinderella's shoe!

I have ordered off of Zaful a few times, and have been satisfied with all of my items I recieved especially for the price. The quality and fit on most items is exactly as expected. I order many basic wardrobe essentials (crop tops, shirts, accessories, etc) and I really like how they always update the website with new trendy items. I have only been dissappointed once when I didn't like an item sent-- but despite this, the customer service team resolved the issue quickly. The customer service on Zaful is unlike any other website ive seen, they're very quick to answer and always kind when resolving issues. A heads up for new customers in North America area- expect long shipping times, but this is made up for by the prices and quality of the clothing. Love the site and definitely recommend ordering basics off of it!

Over the summer I ordered a few essentials from Zaful, two off the shoulder shirts, a pair of loose pants, shirt dresses, a lot of what was in style at the time. I was always nervous about how the clothes were gonna fit, how the quality was, etc. I was pleasantly surprised! Everything I bought was not only adorable, but everything fit suuuuuper well. I've added almost every piece to my weekly rotation of outfits. I would totally recommend reading reviews for the clothing item you want to buy on the website, those tend to help with sizing. Affordable prices for great pieces!

I love the bikinis I purchased at Zaful. They quality of the material is excellent. The finishing quality of he stitching is really quite good too. All in all, very good value for money. I recommend considering purchasing bikinis that are one size up from what you normally wear and they can be a little small, however that is fine. I have received many compliments on the various bikinis I purchased at Zaful. I will continue to purchase their products

Definitely recommend this site, affordable clothing and decent quality. Customer service is always very prompt and friendly. I have ordered approximately 5 times from this website and am always going back to view their latest offerings. I have bought swimwear, dresses, jumpsuits, bags, pyjamas and more! The quality of some of their items is better than I buy in store and half the price! Sizing is majority of the time, true to size.

Ordered a few things off zaful mostly swimwear and have been surprised by the fit and quality for such a cheap price, very happy with my purchase. Some bikini tops havent fit very well but i think thats more because of my bust size than bad quality. Only problem i have is waiting time which can be over a month but for the price its worth it. I probably wont buy anything expensive like shoes or jeans on here just incase as theyre something i find difficult to fit even in person. Always been helpful when something hasn't turned up yet either.

I loved ordering from Zaful, my items came quickly and they looked exactly like the pictures online. I love how cheap their clothing is so I was able to buy a lot of things and it still was inexpensive. I love how many options they have and colours. Their clothes are very trendy and i wore all the clothing on my trip to europe, they looked great. I loved their bikinis too, i am def ordering again i am so happy i found them. They are the best
