Aceptable

El pasado Julio realicé un pedido a Zaful. Pedí cuatro cosas diferentes y dos de ellas me encantaron, sin embargo, las otras dos no me gustaron tanto. Lo primero fue un conjunto de pantalón y top a juego que me decepcionó bastante por la calidad de la tela. Además, al lavarlo, el pantalón se encogió. Lo segundo fue un mono cortito, que era talla única y al ser alta me queda un poco corto. Además no llevaba forro y se transparenta un poquito. Y por último me pedí día biquinis. Sinceramente, la calidad de los biquinis es bestial, me encanta el estampado y como venían empaquetados. Así que en general me siento satisfecha con la compra, ya que calidad precio no está mal, pero sin duda, resalto la labor de los biquinis.

Love my bathing suits!

I ordered a bathing suit in June and received it in September, it took a while to come in which was the only downfall! It was well worth the wait though, the bathing suit looks exactly like it does in the picture, my expectations were beyond exceeded since I only payed about $13 for it... I ordered size small because I have a very small frame with a 32D bust, so the top was a little small but its still wearable! Overall the experience was great, I will definitely be ordering more bathing suits :)

I previously ordered two bathing suits from this company. Very good quality for the price, looked like I purchased these products from a top brand name. My second bathing suit came in a little late but the company was very helpful and professional in issuing the problem. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

"My Zaful experience"

At first i was a little bit scared because i had bad experiences buying in online shops, but long story short i made a wrong payment the first time i was buying in the Zaful website and they reply me right away and gave me a refund. Once my clothes came, no kidding, it was the first time i was not desapointed with the clothes that i bought online and everytime i wear them i get so many complements, so definetely i will keep buying in this website!

I found this store while randomly browsing my facebook page and decided to take a look. I quickly fell in love with the clothes there and ordered 4 items. Unfortunately the item I wanted the most sold out and I had to choose another item. The items took a long time to arrive at my place, specially because I live in Brazil and our shipping policy is pretty strict and it takes a long time for orders to be processed, so it was not Zaful's fault. The items themselves were pretty good. One dress was very transparent and tight, but I decided not to return it, since it would take too much time and I would have to pay for the shipping fee myself.
One very important point is that any problems that I had with the orders were resolved very fast by the customer service team.
Overall it has been a good experience and I would buy there again.

I actually had a hard time choosing from its wide collection of stylish clothing. I installed the mobile app and got 43 items on my wishlist before I finalized my order into 4-5 items on my cart. Zaful never fails to provide exciting and edgy tops (and swimwear!) that I'm looking for. I shared my photos wearing what I bought in my FB and IG account and my sister and friends loved their collection and even asked me to order for them because they don't have means to pay online. I gladly helped them and happy to recommend a trusted shopping site.

Also, they provide a good customer service and was very responsive to all my queries, especially on my preferred courier service.

At first I was a bit worried about the quality, because they have really low prices, but I was very surprised by the items, the quality is amazing, you get the quality of a 30$+ swimsuit and you pay about half the price!

This company is great! It is out of asia so yes it takes a while to come in, but don't worry it comes in and is always great. The clothes run very small so i always make sure to order a size up. I ordered a purse and everyone loves it and it has stayed in good condition no matter how much i use it. I really like this website and it is worth the wait.

I love zaful.com! I've placed about 3 orders with them now and I've loved every one! The quality is amazing for the price. I was hesitant at first to order from them, but now I order all my swim and accessories from them. I would recommend ordering a size up, but I recommend this website to everyone looking for cheap trendy clothes! Also, their customer service is great! This is the worst shopping website ever. I ordered two sweat shirts last week and they never arrived. The website where you track your order says it was left at my neighbors apartment, I DIDN'T REQUEST FOR THAT TO HAPPEN. When I called customer service to complain he representative didn't answer my question, and when I asked for a refund the representative acted as if the phone service was disconnecting. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!

Skeptical but worth it

I have been ordering from zaful for over two years now. For the price that you pay, the clothes are good quality, and are super trendy and cute. They offer promotions often, which make the items even more affordable. Online reviews and pictures help you select the right size and customer service is very responsive. Orders do take quite awhile to arrive. I like in canada and it can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months, so you cannot be in a hurry. Zaful is my go to website for cheap yet cute clothes!

The quality of the items for their prices is great. And my experience with their customer service has been fantastic, I had a problem where I received only the shirt of a shirt/skirt combo, and after emailing them they immediately offered me a refund and allowed me to keep the shirt I received. Every item I bought arrived usually within a couple weeks and took no longer than a month.

TERRIBLE SCAM

I think the good reviews must be fake reviews generated by the business. Seriously, this is a scam. I spent $140 three weeks ago and haven't received a single item. One package got "lost" by DHL, another can't be traced, and the last one is somewhere in China. SERIOUSLY DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM IT IS A SCAM!

I ordered a few items and they were quick to send confirmation. I waited a few days and realised that I should up my size. Sent them a message. They said that the items that I wished to exchange the size is on back order and the other one has already been packaged and ready for shipment.

Then 2 days later, they message me again to say that my 2 other items that was already packaged and ready for shipment is now discontinued. This puzzles me coz how can you packaged the items and waiting for shipment and then notify customer that the items are discontinued?

Next, they advised me that I should order an item that says 'in stock' and asked me for kind understanding.

I had not selected any of your items that is 'out of stock' or 'unavailable' because the system simply does NOT allow the selection. The sizes in the boxes S, M or L are clearly marked with a cross (X) should the item is unavailable and I am NOT able to select the intended size and the function 'add to cart' would be disabled. So, why would I be accused of selecting an item that is 'OUT OF STOCK' or 'not available'? Even if I want to select a size or an item that is no longer available, the system would NOT even allow that function as boxes to select a size was simply unclickable! In many cases, a lot of items I desire to buy were marked with 'OUT OF STOCK' and in that event, I click on 'NOTIFY ME WHEN IN STOCK'!

I ONLY select items that displayed a number that indicating how many stock is left that allow me to 'add to cart'. This is not my 1st time doing an online shopping. This is the worse online experience I have ever encountered.

Besides, your offer on this coupon code ZF2U10 to make up this inconvenience is nothing that special (only 10% discount) as they are many other coupon online that I can get.

This is a huge insult to the customer! No one in the right mind would select an item that is unavailable and add to the cart.

Then, I clicked on the box that says ' escalate a complaint' which is supposed to go to the manager. Despite that, no manager responded to my complaint.

My issue is still not resolved.
