I love everything about Zaful. The prices are amazing and the quality of the clothes, accessories, etc are really perfect. One thing that I love about Zaful is that it's really easy to do the purchase, such as the payment. Their products totally worth the wait. And their staff are really kind and respond to our questions very quickly. I've ordered two swimsuits and two sunglasses and I really recommend this online store.

I ordered a loose dress and cardigan recently from zaful.com. The cardigan is super soft and very cosy and really love it. The dress was a bit of a disappointment. It fits well from the shoulders but is huge from beneath the armpits downwards. After the first washing it did shrink a bit but it is still huge to wear alone. Paired with the cardigan it looks lovely but if it's a bit warm I cannot remove the cardigan and I look like I'm wearing a sack of potatoes. The material of the dress is thick and keeps you warm, ideal for the cold wintery months. It is a real pity that there is a flaw in the fit. Considering the price of the dress and cardi, I am still satisfied as they were really a good bargain.

Zaful es mi primer experiencia comprando en sitios web, la ropa que venden y los accesorios me gustan mucho, y su calidad es muy buena a buen precio. Mi único inconveniente es que mi orden me la enviaron en 2 paquetes, el segundo aun no me lo han enviado, de todas formas en atención al cliente están en contacto conmigo en todo momento y tratan de solucionar ese inconveniente. I am really happy with the customer service, delivery times and cost (lack thereof) and the quality of the product.
I bought two dresses, and they both were great quality. The sizing is a little different that in Australia, but I just got my measuring tape out to make sure I bought the correct size for myself.
The delivery was pretty quick considering it had to come to Australia, and I was really happy when delivery was free of charge.
I thought I had made a mistake on my order regarding my address, and within one day of writing to the customer service team, I received a response confirming my address and that my parcel was on its way.
I am really happy with Zaful, and have already bought more items from their store.

It was my first time ordering from Zaful, I had heard about it from so many people but never got around to ordering from them. I ordered 5 swimsuits and they turned out to be incredible quality! They looked exactly like the images and the fabric is so soft, making them really comfortable! The shipping took about a week and a half, which may seem long compared to other online websites, but this company sells products at such good discounted prices that they must be so busy with orders.

When I first found this website, I was super skeptical of buying anything. The cost is cheap but the clothes are very good quality. It's like a hidden gem with some items. It's nice they have reviews for people to post, it's helped me a lot with how to size since the sizing can be a little confusing. The customer service is also amazing, they reply super quickly and they are super nice! I would recommend it.

Zaful was the first online store i tried, and it worked very well for me (qj814e55). I received my order within 10 days after ordering it on 29 of August (this is what made me keep shopping with them) and the best part: i was pleasantly surprised to receive some elegant items made out of good-quality fabric. I was afraid that the colour would differ too much from the photo or its texture will be poor - nothing from this happened. When it comes to size, i had the same worries, but all the measurements displayed on the site are correct and the selected cloathes fit me well... It's really good as described, so far no issues.!

I was a bit skeptical when ordering from Zaful because of how low their prices were. After ordering I would more than likely would recommend this website to someone. Although I had quite a few problems with my bathing suits, probably because of my body type, the Zaful team was always willing to help resolve my problem and ensure I was satisfied. I probably would not buy another bathing suit unless I REALLY liked it because of how much I had to go through with trying to find the correct size (one didn't fit regardless of size). I also had one bathing suit that after being washed was torn. I'm not sure if it was due to the fabric used or a washer/dryer malfunction. However, Zaful addressed every problem and found a solution to compensate for it. I did not lose anything besides time when dealing with this company which is why I wouldnt turn anyone away from it unless they needed the bathing suit for an event soon to the order date.
