I have bought on Zaful's website a few times and I haven't good anything bad to say. They sell the most fashionable and trendy clothes I have seen, and also, they have cheap prizes, so it's super affordable. I love their bikinis and thank tops! I recommend you this website because their products are really true to the picture, the quality is amazing, and they arrive at home in a few weeks. They also have a nice service, it's easy to communicate with them if you have any problem. I will buy again.

I ordered a bunch of clothes and some of there stuff runs true to size and some runs small. It does take a little longer to get your clothes but its coming from China so of course it does. The stuff I ordered that fits I love. The customer service was amazing! Simply because of this I Highly recommend them. I needed to return two items so I emailed them. They got back to me within 24 hours offering a refund and rather than shipping the items back to them they asked me to donate them to someone in need. UNHEARD OF! They are awesome love love love that. And honestly I really enjoy their clothes as well!

I ordered a couple of items on discount for about 100$ total.

They all arrived (one of them was late, but still), but the quality is just TERRIBLE.
The items didn't have any labels, not even the ones that say what materials they are made of or how to wash them - which to me is the sign that they were copies of the originals shown in the pictures on the webpage.

One sweater was literally not holding together. One jacket had parts missing: one pocket has half of the "clip button" system, the other pockets is totally without.

In general they used the CHEAPEST materials, cheaper than any other fast fashion brand I have encountered before.

Also the customer service/return policy is some kind of joke (which I should have realised earlier) and it's not even worth a try, as I would probably have to spend money to try to solve anything.

I guess it's my fault in the end, but I had heard good things about Zaful and really wanted to give it a try.

Obviously I'm not going to order again or suggest it to anyone.

I'm very very happy with this website. I never heard from it but I saw some good products that I was looking for. I made 2 orders and I received them inless than 2 weeks! The items are well packaged and they are equal as the shown on picture. I like so much the website and specially the customer service because they care about if the package arrived in good conditions. Its nice when the seller cares of the customer. Recommended it 100%

I love the website Zaful! They have so many beautiful and chic styles. I love their prices as well, very reasonable. Customer service is very helpful as well. Shipping is reasonable too. A tip can be: Just Try to always read the reviews before buying and read their size chart, just to make sure you get the right size. Other than that, everything is great.

I waited a long time on my stuff arriving. One item was delivered after 5 weeks then about another month passed and the rest turned up the other day. During this time while I was waiting I posted to say way too long to wait i got a very generic email about there various shipping options. I then had a missed call from them and the next thing i was refunded for my purchases but didnt now as to whether this was purely a curtesy thing and my stuff was still coming or as to whether they decided they could not fulfill my order. Very much appreiate my money being refunded but no clue as to why it took 8 to 9 weeks to deliver. I dont know if my stuff got lost in the post and they decided to resend it or they didnt have the clothes available at the time.

I have the following merchandise from Zaful Earrings, 2 Purses, 1 shirt and a dress. I love all of the accessories and clothing. I have been able to use it for my blog and I am very happy with the quality of the clothing. I have been able to have my following to get clothing from Zaful. I am planning on getting shoes and so much more. I have heard bad and good experiences but honestly I have not had bad experience with this Chinese online shopping experience.

I am so thrilled with my purchases from Zaful. Everything is really cute and totally on trend. Not to mention, SUPER affordable. The items come from different companies, so sizes can differ from each other. I noticed the Zaful brand is a little on the larger side, so maybe order a size down, depends on the item though I guess. Another plus with Zaful, is that they are super accommodating! One of the skirts I got was too big for me, and instead of having me ship and return it for store credit or a refund, for some reason they couldnt accept the skirt back and let me keep it AND refunded my money. Now that is what I call customer service!
