I ordered a few items from Zaful and I have been always happy with the results. Quality of fabrics were always good. Size always corresponding well to charts provided. In terms of shipping time always as expected but once that was a bit longer. Customer service very helpful and quick response. Otherwise I am satisfied with all my orders. Highly recommended!
Okay so, i ordered a black hoodie with a flower and white stripes on the sleeves. It came in three weeks and when it arrived, there were white powder marks all over it and the material felt cheap and easily tearable, the flower looked nothing like the one in the picture (it wasnt even sewn on properly). The hoodie strings in the picture was white but when it arrived it was black.
I will never order from zaful again
First, I was afraid to order on a website, this was my first time and it was remarkable, a unique experience. I'm writing this because maybe someone feels the same. I ordered clothes in Zaful, at first I did not know how to take my measurements, but I was surprised that they had many useful things for this case. I took my measurements and ordered the clothes. I sincerely believed that payment methods would be complex and/or unsafe but it was the opposite. I paid for the order and waited for the days exactly as they told me I should wait. In the end my clothes arrived in perfect condition and for my surprise they were better than I expected.
The site zaful is an excellent shopping site in relation quality / price.
The items I receive are always in perfect condition, and there are always promotions and great deals for shopping!
Since I discovered this site most of my purchases are made there, the clothes are original and similar to the clothes of big and famous brands.
To conclude, I am super happy with zaful.
Buying from zaful was a good experience and I would buy again, the only thing that disappointed me was that they sent me the wrong colour, but I spoke to customer support and they kindly solved my problem. Overall the quality was good for the price you pay but the shipping to Australia took almost 2 weeks to arrive. I would buy from Zaful again.
I bought a Jacket and a belt from Zaful.com recently and I must say that I am happy with my purchase. They shipped the products fast and the price was unbeatable. Moreover, the product quality is amazing, and the product is exactly as describe. I had a problem with my size and I talked with their customer service and they told me that they are sending me a new one of my size with no extra cost. Really impressed with everything.

Its a scam... try other legitimate stores. Customer service is very pooooor. You cant call, and it takes 5 days to get a response through email.

I couln't be happier with my purchase from Zaful.com. I ordered a swimsuit from them which were very cheap but yet a high quality. It did take over a month for them to get here, but it was worth the wait. I also like how they've got all sorts of clothes so anyone can find clothes for themselfs. I would recommend the page to everyone who wants to look good on a low budget.
I have been genuinely happy with my orders even though i have only ordered bathers i was a bit concerned with the sizing and quality but it was actually so good, would order again
What I liked about the website was its honesty and honestly the stuff took only like a couple of weeks to get to my country which is really good. A great variety on their website and i love the offers that come with it! Plus, they have a unique sense of style which is really great and unlike others they're not copying other styles. I am so happy with my purchases from Zaful. Everything is really cute and totally on trend. I got 2 Swimsuit for the summer and i love them! Im size M but i got L and it fit perfect. I cant wait to order new clothes for the winter now... i ordered my swimsuit in july 7 and got them july 21 super fast!... i like that and i like that everything is SUPER affordable.
I love Zaful, i always order my bikinis from there and I think they are so cute and at such a great price and the fabric is very good quality I was surprised how good it was honestly. The sizing is good and I haven't had any problems yet after 2 years of using it.
I'm so happy with my last purchase from Zaful. I ordered a bikini, size L, and it's very very cute. Although the bottom is too little for my taste, it's just like in the pictures. I love zaful because there I find clothes that nobody else wears. I'm also very satisfied with the help recieved from the staff with any trouble. Totally recomended.
Great range of on trend fashion. At first I was skeptical, however after reading reviews I thought I'd give it a go and bought tops, bikinis and a dress. Once it arrived (note: it's worth paying extra for express shipping), I was so impressed with everything with the quality! The items run small so it's important that you carefully follow the size guide and reviews.
I contacted customer service about one of the items as the sizing was off. Again I was so impressed with the service. They responded quickly and professionally and provided a better-than-expected solution!

I am really impressed with the overall service provided by Zaful from the products they have and their great deals to the quality of customer service. The products have beautiful designs and no doubt that the quality is great, until now I haven't had any problems with the products neither with the order process. It is not just a nice online shopping option but it is perfect for finding style and fashion inspiration. I just want to order more products in order to definitely fall in love with Zaful.

The colour of the shirts are not the same shade, the size is so weird on me and it took 2 months to be shipped, never gonna buy on that website again
