My experience with zaful customer service was very positive. I ordered a couple of things from them and they came in and looked different than i was expecting, so i wanted to return them. I informed them of a problem with the things I ordered and they immediately apologized and made it right. They gave me a full refund and didnt make me go through the hassle of returning the items. I would say that their shipping takes a lot longer than you think it will.

Great customer service. I've ordered from this site twice and have had great customer experiences. I messaged them about the bathing suit bottoms I ordered which were stripes but they were a bit crooked. It sounds silly but I figured I would just ask and see if they could be exchanged. Without hesitation the Zaful rep actually sent me another bathing suit (same one) and told me to either give away or donate the unworn first one since it wasn't up to my standards, didn't even ask for it to be sent back. They are very responsive and always ready to help you out. I will continue to order from Zaful.

I decided to buy 3 bathing suits from Zaful because they were said to be good quality for a low price. I was totally wrong! First of all, I paid for express shipping, received 2 of my 3 bathing suits within 2 weeks (doesn't seem like express shipping to me). Once I received the first shipment, only 1 of the tops fit me... I have a regular sized body, typically wear size small for everything. These bathing suits aren't worth anyone's money. They don't fit well, the material is very see-through and cheap! It took another month to receive my last bathing suit, which also happened to be too small and the bathing suit came already undone at the seems! Zaful might be cheap but you definitely get the worst quality with it! I will never buy from this company even if it was my last resort!

I like Zaful because it is an easy app to shop through and they have lots of cute stuff. Ive purchased several bathing suits from this site and have always been decently pleased. It does take a while for the order to arrive, 2-4 weeks but they are pretty up front about the process and will be communicative if anything comes up. The bikinis have all been cheaply made but comfortable and cute. They last several months but thats pretty good for a bathing suit for me, i surf and go to the hot tub a lot. Overall I zaful has more plusses than minuses and Ill keep shopping with them.

To be entirely honest, I was a little skeptical after reading posts about online companies sending out less than ideal quality products. In fact several other companies I ordered from sent me clothes that were entirely different colors/materials. But this was NOT the case with Zaful! I loved all of the items that I received, and would purchase them all again! I purchased a swimsuit, romper, and tshirt and loved all of them. Considering their very low price, I was happy with the quality of the fabric and the consistency with the pictures online!

I really enjoy shopping at Zaful! I already made 3 purchases and I am very satisfied with my new clothes.
What I enjoy most is the original and super nice items that you can find (that you don't see in any other "regular" clothing shop on the street).
The prices are good, and when they have sales or special promotions is really worth taking some time to search for the best deals.
In Zaful you find clothes and accessories for any style or occasion.

I ordered few items on Zaful.com, and I was expecting that it will be delivered few weeks as I live in different country. However delivery was fast, and the items I received were amazing.

I've seen so many cute bathing suits on Instagram and other social media platforms but I could never find where to get any for myself to wear. After going onto many different online stores, I fell in love with Zafuls affordable prices and adorable bathing suits. I bought 3 bathing suits and loved them all. The material wasn't cheap and they fit me perfectly. Also, they came to my house fast. I would definitely buy from Zaful again!
