I'm very happy to find this clothes page in the internet. I searched something beautiful, cozy and fashion. And I find it on one website - Zaful.:)Also I see price which made me think "WOW, this is so cheap!" And what will be the quality of clothing? So, I made an order to look what I will get. And when I get it I was really surprised because my clothes looked like photos from web page. The quality was perfect! So I recommended ZAFUL store for my friends and recommend for YOU if you want look beautiful and save your money for clothes!
I have ordered bathing suits two separate times from Zaful, totaling around 8 swimsuits. I was expecting a long ship time and low quality suits but actually the swimsuits were great quality and they arrived within two weeks. I have worn and washed the swimsuits and they're all holding up! I love the styles and the prices cannot be beat. The only thing to be weary of, is the return policy. I knew this going in but because the prices are so low, I was fine taking the chance. I had to reorder some suits in a size up, but still with buying the suit twice, it was still less than most swimsuit prices!
Seems sketchy at the start because of the prices, they are truly low, so i already assumed that the quality is bad, so when i chose what to buy i very throughoutly looked through the reviews. The reviews are real with photos and if someone didn't like something they actually said that, so you can understand a lot about the clothes even before you buy and then not get any suprises. Choose wisely and you'll get normal clothing for an amazing price!
Zaful is a great webside, with quality clothing and swimwear. I ordered twice and every item that I got was really good. I'm definitely satisfied with my purchest. Prices are amazing and Zaful's customers support is really friendly.
This was my first purchase from Zaful and when my clothes arrived I was so surprised at how great the quality of the clothing is! Before purchasing, I highly recommend looking at the sizing charts. The sizing charts on the website for each clothing item are very accurate and they helped me figure out which tops ran true to size and which ones I needed to size up in. When my tops arrived, they fit perfectly! The clothes also looked exactly how they look on the website, except for the red top that looked slightly brighter in person. For my purchase, shipping took around a month which is understandable due to the current circumstances and the estimated shipping time for orders is also posted on the Zaful website. Another great thing about Zaful is that there are always sales and discount codes, which allowed me to get my clothes at a much cheaper price! Overall, I had an amazing shopping experience with Zaful and I will definitely be purchasing more clothing from Zaful in the future!
The swimsuit I ordered was very nice and great quality! Amazing price and I love it! It is true to size and the package was great. Also, delivery time was pretty good and I really recommend it
Very nice clothing and swimwear! I loved it and I wear them every summer! The fabric is exactly like the photos! The size is true and the colors amazing! I would like to shop again! I will like to buy tops, skirts, dresses and swim-wears. I recommend to order and try it because it's low cost but very nice products. You have to try it
The times looked nice online. When they arrived they were too small and the garment quality was low.
Tried to return the items. Customer service is taking 5 or 6 days to respond and they are telling me to return the goods, but not providing a return address. Various messages back and forth.

I was very skeptical of using Zaful to buy clothing, especially swim suits. I am 5'8", 36-38C bust, and US Size 12 or European size 31 waist. It is very hard for me to find clothes that fit in a store, so shopping online is usually my last resort. I am always afraid the size I see online isn't exactly what it's going to be when it's on my body type. Fortunately, after watching youtube try on videos and reading lots of reviews I dove in and purchased my first order of 3 swim suits for a cruise. According to the size chart, I would be a 2xl which translates into a size 12. The fit is perfect, the price is a steal, and the fabric quality is amazing! My style is 2 piece, high waist, and cheeky. The coverage is comfortable and currently these 3 swim suits are my go to's for boating and tubing fun. Recently, I purchased 3 more swim suits and 2 tops all for under $50 (which is usually the price of a top at Torrid or Victoria secret). I can't wait to rock these for this summer!

I placed an order (UA**************) on Aug. 25,2019, and bought two party dresses and one lingerie dress. Although it took about a month for two of the dresses to arrive, and an additional month for the third dress, it was not totally terrible given the low price and the good quality. Overall, I like the dresses and they have some unique designs!
I've been ordering from Zaful for over a year. My favorite items are their swimsuits. Most of the time they all fit me pretty well. I have had some items be too small but I always get a return and refund. Customer service is pretty good too. No issues with them. I'll probably always order from them because of their quality and prices.
I am satisfied with zaful, i have ordered several times from their site and never had a problem. Yes the shipping takes time, but i was ok with that and people should have expected instead of giving negative reviews. The quality is definitely ok.
One order two parcels (LB*******BE and **************) from different warehouses both created and shipped on 27/4/20 And 28/4/20 respectively by FedEx courier service
LB*******BE supposed to be received mid-May was declared undelivered and finally returned to sender because of incomplete address details (missing street number). Nobody bothered to contact the submitted phone number to notify upon arrival.
Customer service informed us some days after by email that the parcel was destroyed by local customs (!) stating limited liability in such cases. So no refund can be provided (*). All this without any official document proving the action (which custom authority did it and for what reason)
(*) Of course small print may have passed unnoticed but I do not remember having given my consent to such obnoxious term; anyway I am very much afraid that the second parcel (**************) will also have the same fate very sad for my 14 y o daughter craving for them
Most probably it is a case to follow legally not just for the money but more for the principles and ethics this company lacks

Shopping at Zaful.com was a breeze! Bikini sets are super easy to find, there's usually some type of sale, and the reviews and/or pictures from other buyers makes it super easy to decide which bathing suits I want. Checkout and payment are very smooth processes. Shipping was quick and the quality of the bathing suits is fantastic. I received many compliments wearing Zaful's designs. I'm looking forward to purchasing more bikinis for this summer, and also dresses, shorts, and loungewear. If you've never tried Zaful, now's the time!

DO NOT BUY FROM ZAFUL! This company is a scam. I ordered three swimsuits from them a month ago. They gave me a fake tracking number with USPS and refuse to refund my money or tell me where my package is. Their customer service keeps telling me they will follow up with the shipping company and never do. I will make sure everyone knows this company is a scam! DO NOT BUY FROM ZAFUL!

Would give them 0 stars if I could. Waited 2 weeks for my delivery of bikinis and dresses which were all the worst quality I have ever seen. I gave Zaful the opportunity to redeem themselves by waiting over 10 days before leaving this review to see if their customer service could make up for it, evidently it has NOT. I put in my request to return and refund on 18.05, received a message to give them 24-48h to respond. Have not received anything till date. I wrote to them again yesterday (26.05) stating I would be writing a poor review in the next 24h unless I atleast receive an acknowledgment. I have received nothing. All I want to do is return these awful items and advise everyone to never order from such a place. Bikinis were flimsy, the back clip doesn't even clip into place, and the dresses are so thin you can see through them all. Stitching is awful on all. POOR QUALITY CLOTHES AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never again!

If this is not a total scam it certainly acts like one. Those reviewers who received what they ordered anywhere near the time promised need to visit a lottery stop ASAP as they are among the luckiest people in the world. It has been 3 months since my order and although I have received 2 notices of shipment still no receipt and no tracking information.

I love this company. I have placed several orders with them and have had zero issues with them. They have great customer service. I purchase mostly swimsuits and love how their website allows for past customers to post a picture of them in the suit. Extremely affordable!
