There was and still is no reference on the website that we import goods from China when we make an order.
We had to pay to Worldpay (UK) Li LONDON in Europe, but now we have to pay high import taxes from China?!
First part of an order arrived at our local post office in Belgium for a value of 38,03 but we have to pay extra 35,13 for import taxes?!
This is very misleading and has never been mentioned on the website.
We have made several orders via other Chinese sites, but never had to pay such high import taxes!
This is cheating the customers
We can not agree with this kind of selling methods.
Your quote: "To become the leading online fast fashion brand and empower everyone's dream" will never happen when you rip off the customers the double of the purchase price.
We want to be repayed for the high import taxes.
I love this company! I generally just purchase swim suits- as I know the sizing and fit. The prices are affordable and the quality is excellent. Love this site and recommend!
I thought my experience was generally pretty good. I like how easy it is to navigate through the site and how much cool clothing there is. I honestly couldn't find so many "unique" pieces anywhere else. I bought a shirt and shorts from there and even though it took pretty long to arrive, I was very satisfied with the clothing. Definitely exceeded my quality expectations.
I ordered from this site in particular because it advertised allowing for returns, even for bathing suits. I have a teenager who wasn't sure about her size, but we did our best ordering. Half of the items fit perfectly, the other half did not. When I started on the return process it was a dead end. This is what I got as a response after providing the item numbers that I needed to return.

Well, I appreciate the regards, but nobody has time to do that. And they know it. I took a closer look at the receipt where it reads that they do not take swimsuits back. Don't ever order anything from this site unless you know it will fit - and if you have time to wait for it - it ships from Hong Kong.

How do you all sleep at night with treating customers this way? This is so shady and I've gone ahead and reported you to the FTC. Looks like I'm not alone looking at your social media feedback the past few weeks. This is so upsetting during a pandemic of you to take money from people this way and not providing a product that you promised. Points on your website that you know we'll never use so you get to keep our money AND your products. It's been over 45 days of waiting for my order and they're saying it's been returned to sender (THEM) and they are not going to do anything about it. Shameful. SO shameful.

I ordered an outfit from Zaful a while ago. It came within the expected time in the correct size, but it is not what was in the picture. I bought the Starry Metallic Thread Glitter Two Piece Dress Set in large. The picture on the site shows a mock neck crop top and a bodycon skirt. What I received was an extremely short crop top, so short that I cannot raise my arms at all or my bra will show underneath, with a crew neck, and a skirt with no shape at all. The clothes are terrible quality. I wore the outfit one time and the star designs are already peeling. I can fit the clothes on my body, but it is not a flattering outfit and absolutely not good enough quality for $20. I didn't return it because I did not realize how poorly it fit until I went out in it. Additionally, the one review with a photo shows the outfit as advertised. I will not be ordering from them again.

I know that out there you can find a lot of online shopping options (trust me must of my shopping is online) and you might want to know why to choose Zaful. You have probably already seen on some add around and I just want to tell you that all of what you see is actually true. If you want a store that can provide you with cool clothes and affordable options you should totally consider give Zaful a try.
Zaful is my go-to for any bikini purchases because they have the cutest styles and are very budget-friendly! The only reason I took off a star is because shipping can take a while. Customer service is also very helpful. For example, I ordered a bikini that didn't fit quite right and they gave me a refund in Zaful credit and let me keep the bikini.
I recently placed a bathing suit order with Zaful. I had read the reviews so I anticipated that the shipping may take a while. It did take 6 weeks to arrive, however, they sent me an e-mail during week 5 to apologize for the delay in shipping. The item arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. The sizing was just as described. The material was good quality for the price! Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and want to provide some reassurance for those who may be patiently waiting for their order to arrive.

At first my order wasn't correct, but the customer support were quick to respond and only employed the best the best course of action for me to be able to receive my correct products. They have a easy to use interface, and there's always sales going on so you can always buy stuff for cheap! I hope that i'll be able to shop with Zaful again!
I made two orders both show the information that they have been shipped out. Although this information changes and is not feasible. There is no tracking information and when clicked on the reference it shows that isn't any information on this shipment. I made several tickets two customer service but haven't been contacted. I tried giving this website the benefit of the doubt despite many awful reviews they received. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Not only are their clothes/bathing suits/etc. Super affordable, but over the years that I have been ordering from Zaful, their delivery speed has improved. The only reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5 is because I feel that the sizing is not always trustworthy. I have gotten a couple of things size medium that I would size as an extra small but it didn't bother me that much as they weren't expensive at all (I ended up using the fabric to make scrunchies anyway!). I have gotten more bathing suits than anything and have loved them all (I don't always use the tops and bottoms though, but it doesn't matter as the price for both is still lower than what you would usually pay for one of the pieces alone!). The quality of bathing suits is usually a lot higher than what would be expected for its price and I continue to buy more and more. My mom says I have too many bathing suits but whats 1 more if it only costs me about 10$?
I can point out that it's a good range, because it's very rare when you can find great things at affordable prices. However, you can find different things in style, which is also very valuable, you can choose something for yourself or as a gift.
Everything I have ever ordered ships quickly and with no problems and is always accurate! The prices are great and there is plenty of variety between clothes shoes accessories etc! I especially love ordering swimsuits from here because of the fantastic quality and super cheap prices! The one time I had a problem customer service was fantastic and issues me a full refund on my item and allowed me to keep it, they were super friendly about the problem and willing to work with me to resolve my issue!
I was overcharged more than 80$ On my credit card then what the final price was on my order on both the app and in my final confirmation email, I was then told I owe 2 payments of 40$ for customs because THEY sent 2 separate packages even though it was all on the same order placed. When I reached out to address my complaints I received no help but just some lady named Dora staying she hopes I'll be more patient waiting on my packages and that they'll give me 10% off of my next order (which I will never be ordering or recommending anyone else do) and so that offer is useless and not addressing the complaints I have stated over and over about them scamming me out of my money!. I would like a refund on the money I was NEVER shown I would be charged and not be charged the 2 "customs" payments when it was all one order. SUCH a scam! Do not trust Zaful, they're awful to deal with and will scam you out of money. I have pictures of all transactions to back this up!

Every summer my friends and I order bikinis for Zaful! The designs are very nice, super cheap and above all, the material is very good. The first Zaful bikini I had, I have had it for approximately 3 years and it is still intact, it has not discolored.
On the other hand, something I also like is that for every review you write about the products you ordered (whether good or bad) you always get Z Points, which work as a discount for your future purchases.
I am very satisfied with my purchases, now that winter is beginning in Peru, I will start ordering winter clothes to see how it goes.
