In the past, Ive made 1 order from Zaful & I couldnt be more pleased with the products. I am a big fan of your companys bathing suits; your companys price range of all of your products on the site make it so much easier to be able to purchase fashionable clothing at a reasonable price! However, one suggestion that I may add is Zafuls shipping duration. I found that my order in the past took an incredibly long amount of time & I myselfand other customers as wellwould appreciate being able to receive our orders in a shorter amount of time!

Their swimwear is great quality and comes at an unbeatable price. The quality is that of something you would buy at the mall but a fraction of the cost. So many great styles its hard to choose. This was my first order and I will be going back to buy more for sure. It was delivered in a timely fashion, 2 weeks to arrive to Canada. Packaged nicely, sewn well, colors were bright. I have no problem recommending this site to all my friends. Cant wait to purchase more.

Honestly, Zaful is the best company ever, this is not the first time i buy clothes from it, everytime they make new stuff for all seasons, last summer i bought a t shirt i was surprise and satisfied, the quality of the product, the packaging, the delivery was in time. However, this year i had this little problem, the order with this number down below didn't come on time because of some weather issue, but fortunately, Zaful company took the responsibility and gave me my money back immediately. Finally, i want to thank the company for the good service.

Ordered a total of 7 items, 4 were delivered within 8 business days and the other 3 items were apparently canceled. (FYI: I paid for dhl express shipping)

It's been almost a month since I've ordered and I was waiting for the remaining 3 items like an idiot. I was never advised that they were canceled nor was I issued a refund. The live agent said that a manager will be in contact with me within 24 hours. But I still haven't heard from them and its been more than 4 days.

This website seems to be scam since no managers are wanting to follow-up with me.

SAVE THE HASSEL AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I ordered a red high-waisted bikini as a gift for my girlfriend. We were not so sure about the quality and the size of it given the fact that it was cheap but finally bikini fitted pretty well, it was true to size and exactly as desctribed. My girlfriend loved it and i think that we will order again soon.

I ordered 3 bikinis from this website for a total of about $40.00. I thought to myself, "wow what a great deal"... I should have known better. I was told that the shipping can take up to a month, so I waited patiently to receive my items. 2 Months later... still no items. Rest assured, ZAFUL deducted the funds from my account immediately after I placed the order online. I logged into my ZAFUL account (after 2 months with no items) to view the shipping tracking records. According to the records, the order was initially "delayed", but the items were supposedly delivered 4 weeks ago. I used the messenger that ZAFUL provides on its website for customer service and explained my situation, explicitly informing the robot on the other end of the messenger that I never received the items and would like my money back. The robot asked me for the "order number", which I provided. It responded that the shipping had been delayed and to "check with my local post office?". I replied that I would like a refund, and the robot proceeded to ask me again for the order number. I simply copied & pasted the number (which I had just provided seconds before) and the robot told me that there wasn't "any order" related to that number. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. ZAFUL is running a dishonest online shopping operation in which the company does not refund you money which you are clearly entitled to. Regardless of whether this was the shipping company's error or ZAFUL's error, I should be refunded my money, as I never received ANY of the items that I purchased. I paid for swimsuits and received NO SWIMSUITS. Long story short... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHAM OF A BUSINESS. BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered 3 items from their site, all supposedly in stock. They shipped the items SEPARATELY because they weren't all available at once, so I paid customs fees TWICE and the customs fees ended up costing me almost as much as my purchase.
If something on your website is out of stock, don't advertise it as available. It's misleading and incredibly frustrating. I will never order from them again- I will be returning all my items.

UPDATE: after submitting this complaint, they wrote to me asking me to refer to their policies about customs.

NO. It's plain and simple, Zaful, if you know customs fees are involved, you should be more honest about what your inventory looks like. If something is out of stock, don't advertise it as available. That means you lie to your customers so you can make the sale, knowing very well you'll send it out separately and they'll be hit with repeated customs fees. YOUR SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. Just be honest about your inventory.

Love Zaful! Ordered multiple times, always recieved the things I ordered within two weeks and never really had a problem. The quility of the swimsuits are not as great as swimsuits from high-end stores but the prices at Zaful are way better, so in the end it's worth it. I once messaged the customer services and they responded a day later, in my opinion that's pretty fast. So overall I think Zaful is a great place to shop for swimsuits, I would definitly recommend!
