I ordered the cutest swimsuits and jewelry! I was able to get four items for under $30. I have already worn the swimsuits multiple times at the pool and consistently get compliments whenever people see me in them. I would definitely recommend this website for cute and affordable looks. They have a huge selection of cloths and such that look so trendy.
They have a great variety, would definitely recommend this site.
They should just work on faster shipping. They have become super expensive since covid, I guess that's something one should expect however
Zaful is a company who sells clothes online. On zaful you can find beautiful swimsuits, gorgeous clothes, cute accessories and bags. On zaful you can also find beauty products and oriental clothes. I ordered two bikinis and after two weeks they arrived at home. They are perfectly like in the pictures! I love them. Zaful is a site really affordable, and I recommend it to everybody!
I have ordered bikinis and clothes many times and i love every bikini i have ordered. The clothes have been a little big, but they were a lot like the picture. Only complain is the shipping, i took many months to get the items. Very annoying to wait that long. I would say its worth to order because I think the products are very good and they are very cheap.
I ordered months ago and they said I just have to wait until they make more of every item I ordered... ahhh what? Why didn't they tell me right away, or even right after I purchased that they sold out? All I get is a computer response. It's sad because they appear to have cute stuff, unfortunately, I'm not sure if I'll ever see them.

I really enjoy shopping on zaful.com. It has a big range of things and the prices are so affortable. Shipping was good enough according to the situation of COVID-19.
I loved the material of the swimwear. It was really like an expensive one. It adjusts perfect on my body and it fits true to size, exactly like the size chart recommends. The bodycon dress is so sleek and comfortable to wear. Also, the clothes I' ve purchased are unique and difficult to find them in my country.
The customer service is very pleasant and they answer my tickets through 24hrs.
I am really satisfied and I am going to shop again!

I ordered 4 items almost 2months ago And they havent arrived yet. I tried to get some information about my order because there is no normal tracking info nowhere And the $#*!ty automatic chat partner told me to wait longer... how long more?! I think it is unacceptable. Not suggest to anyone!

This is an AWESOME place to get some new clothes without committing to expensive prices. I was a little nervous at first but I was more than happy with my purchases. The clothes were really good quality, beautiful designs and fit nicely. I would really recommend shopping here over other online fashion brands. Buyer beware. The product doesn't ship in the US. I know shocker. However, they will not honor their shipping and delivery and if for some reason the package doesn't make it to your home they will tell you too bad. Do not order from this company. Its a scam to say the least.

My package arrived without a packing slip so I do not have any order numbers. Large shirt is labeled large, but is a small and the other was supposed to be a large, but is a medium. The return form requires the numbers or it won't process my request. After several times trying to talk with someone, I got absolutely no where. I was told to go on line and do the same thing that I tried before. Explained it several times to no avail! Live and learn to not trust companies like this.

Fiz minha compra na zaful em 23/03/2020, número do pedido UB**************, duas jaquetas e uma gargantilha. Até aí tudo bem, deu tudo certo no pedido e no pagamento, sendo que até rolou um cashback. O problema foi o rastreamento. Meu pedido veio para o Brasil apenas 4/05, e por eu ver as informações apenas pelo lado brasileiro, não tava entendendo nada, até ver as infos da China. Meu pedido havia retornado do aeroporto chinês para a aduana duas vezes. E nesse meio tempo eu mandei muitas mensagens pra zaful pelo facebook, algumas bem desaforadas inclusive - peço perdão. E o incrível é que eles foram MUITO solícitos, sempre buscando me ajudar e me acalmar. Enfim, meus pedidos chegaram no Brasil 03/06, e chegando em minhas mãos dia 10. Tudo veio conforme eu pedi, exceto que as jaquetas vieram mais curtas que eu pedi e sem bolsos, o que me desagrada, mas elas são bem quentinhas e lindas, que era meu principal objetivo ao comprá-las. Obrigada zaful pela eterna paciência.
Wanted to leave a review because so many on here are bad and I've only ever had positive experiences at Zaful. Just going to talk about my most recent purchase.
Yes, delivery took close to a month. But we're in the middle of a pandemic, the fact that people are complaining about delivery times... really, I think you should have more important things to worry about right now. In truth, I've done a lot of online shopping during the pandemic, and even European brands with warehouses within my country are taking a few weeks to deliver right now. So the fact that it's coming all the way from China and only took 4 weeks... I don't think that's too bad.
I did contact Zaful during this time, as there were no updates aside from "Shipped" in my tracking info. They responded within a couple of minutes to tell me until when I could expect the package. Lo and behold, it arrived the next day (and within the time frame they had initially listed - if you don't want to wait long for packages, I suggest you look into their delivery times before shopping, which many people here don't seem to have done).
The items themselves, I loved one (a bikini - think this is a great place to buy them) and not so much the other. The fit wasn't great and just not really my style. I got in contact with them to ask about returning the item, and they instead said they'll refund the price into my Zaful wallet so I can buy something else with the money. I don't even have to return the item. I personally think that's great customer service, and I'm very happy with that option.
Items I've ordered there in the past, I've liked a lot. The quality can sometimes be average, but frankly, when you're paying so little, I think it would be naive to expect everything to be great quality.
Zaful sends merchandise that is falling apart, badly measured etc. Please don't waste your time or money. And returns don't happen! They make is EXTREMELY difficult to do a return and often take a long time to repond so that you will run out of days to be able to do a return. Not worth it at all!

Honestly, I usually avoid websites for buying bikinis because I can never tell if the items will really fit properly (or even look like the picture presented online). A lot of the swimsuits I tend to gravitate towards are upwards of $70 just for the top alone! I was sick of spending almost as much as my electric bill on one swimsuit, so I decided to check out Zaful to see what the hype was about. I obviously fell in love with the prices, I mean I could get seven or eight swimsuits for the price of one-off Instagram, but was curious if it would live up to my expectations.
Great news is, my Zaful order exceeded them! Not only was it super easy to shop on my mobile app, but I was able to look at the reviews with pictures for each item to see how they fit lots of different sizes. Bikini shopping has never been this stress-less or cheap!
Their customer service was excellent. I highly commend them! I keep on asking about the shipping and delivery of my parcel and they reply fast. The one who assisted me was really polite and was able to answer and explain all my inquiries in full details. The clothes that I bought, specifically 3 tops, were delivered in one package. Every item comes along with a ziplock which are reusable.
Faster delivery than expected and I am really pleased with the items I ordered. I found the bikinis to be made from a good quality material and they were really flattering. I wouldn't normally wear a white bikini for fear of it going see through but I don't have this worry with these. I love the app it makes ordering so much easier I'm sure I'll be ordering again

The only downfall with this low of price is the quality in the other items on the website did not fulfill my expectations. Shipped in 2 weeks, even with covid-19 delays.
