What a pile of lies they spout in their promotions! They claim to offer a $10 per month membership but with a $42 "sign up" fee and a $54 "membership" fee the actual yearly cost with tax is more than $225, or nearly $20 per month. There are gyms with better and more equipment (i. E. Crunch) that charge considerably less for a yearly membership. YouFit used to be a gym that cared about member costs but no more, plus now they scam you with extra fees and bogus claims about monthly costs. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
They billed an annual fee and a monthly fee on December 9th and on the 10th, they had vanished from the location. All equipment, signs, etc where all gone. You can not reach anyone at this company to get a response. DO NOT give them your credit card or checking account, you will be sorry.
Wow! Just there a few days ago. Went to work out today and the building is vacant. No sign on the door. Nothing. Sign on door in picture from nearby fitness Center asking for business. How many other locations closing I wonder. I just recently joined and no way to contact management. Staff at other location 20 minutes away just says they are sorry. Of course, I know they can't control. I was required to go there personally to submit cancellation of membership. Very poor business practice.
This is the worst health club. The trainers and management are rude. The ceiling is always leaking. The equipment is real cheap. They advertise $10 per month but have many hidden fees.
When i was a kid i was going then i had to stop bc i was "underage" now i go and they say they have to charge be 60$Q bc of that off acc i had made and cancel. And cancel my account
This place is such a scam and rips you off of your money, and they refuse to cancel any membership. I have submitted a cancellation form numerous times, with the same response as we do not have it, and you have to come in.
I got enrolled at the club, they have a 10 dollar promo, however, I just went ONCE! And I didn't like it because their machines are too closed to each other you literately have the other person too close to you NO SPACE TO EVEN WALK... I called to cancel my subscription and they told me I can do it online, however, it was not true you have to go to the club IN PERSON in order to close and they charge you more$$$... since I never went due to my schedule they kept charging my account every month but not the regular monthly payment nooo... they charged me 82.00 dollars because my card was declined once and they charge a late fee of 60.00 dollars... like wtf? 60.00 dollars late fee... these people are a joke dont waste your time and money with this fools clowns... POS

Twice in the last 5 weeks I've gone to the gym at 43rd and Cactus on a Saturday to find them not open. They supposedly open at 8:00 a.m. I left at 8:30 both times, along with about another dozen patrons as they still weren't open. I called one of their other locations and they said they didn't have a list of managers phone numbers so they couldn't help me. Never did get an apology or explanation. If it happens again, I am cancelling my membership.
If you're good Wirth management they'll let you bring you kids in... if you're not good with Jessie Blanding Blvd jacksonville FL then she'll make up policies which actually don't exist and when you tell her she's lying she just continues to lie more... If your employees hate you and the members hate you then the problem is YOU... YOU DON'T FIT!
The staff at the Singleton Rd. Location are always helpful an encouraging. Alicia the manager there is the best.
I started as a new customer very begining of april 2019. I got a promotion to try out the gym as they were building a new one near me. No payment for 3 months. They then 2 weeks later charged my account $24.99. I called them the same day which was april 15th 2019. I have spoken to the gym, managers and the REGIONAL manager (steven). I have yet to recieve a refund and it is 06/27/2019. The regional will not return my calls even though he told me he was going to check on the status and call me back 2 weeks ago. I am beyond frustrated with this place.
Very rude staff and horrible trainers. Very expensive and keep taking more money from the customers. And charge to cancel

Problems with contracts and personnel unprepared and that just want to deceive you saying pay this amount but when you see in your account the value changes. Are completely irresponsible. I do not indicate and I will never indicate this gmy

I cancelled my acc#******* in Gainesville FL due to classes hold outside in 90 degree heat-I almost collapsed from heat stoke.
They asked me 10$ fee to cancel paid on 2/27 and last month membership paid in person at the desk and signed cancellation paperwork-watch out for this scam.
Youfit continued to charge regular monthly $21 membership and late fees for the last three months and -is not ending- even I canceled my cc-complained to BBB and state consumer protection and Florida attorney general to investigate since I am a senior that is abused and protected by state laws. If it will not stop I will ask University of Florida legal service where I work for assistance-this abuse must stop
So I decided to switch gyms and stop going to youfit. They were no longer charging me either so I thought things were done with. However I get a call like 10 months later saying that I owe a balance. How could they charge me for NOT utilizing their services? It's absolutley ludicrous. I suggest that no one sign a contract with youfit. It's always crowded and the machines are never clean from previous user's sweat. Anyways, now I'm forced to pay a 50$ cancellation fee for not using their gym. So I gotta pay to no longer use their services although I haven't in nearly a year...
Complained many times to the front desk about the showers and the toilettes that are very filthy and floors are dirty from the people's sweat. But the stuff were very rude about it especially the manager Mr. Raoul who was very unprofessional and did not care for the members. I cancelled my membership right away because I do want to get sick.
Also, some workout machines are broken for awhile.
I can not believe the behaviour of Mr. Raoul with members when they complain. I am referring to the constant discrediting, use of abusive language and intimidation that I have been experiencing from Mr. Raoul when I complained to him about my concerns. I will not recommend no one to this location.

Total scam. First of all if you are dedicated to going to the gym and this is a regular weekly thing for you and part of your routine the gym itself is great. However the membership for $10 a month is a total scam.
In July I went to cancel my membership. They talked me into "transferring" it to my husband for NO FEE. They did not mention that the membership was going to be considered "new" at that point meaning a yearly fee would be due after three months. I had just paid this annual fee of $39.99 one month earlier.
When my husband went to cancel today it cost him $59.99! Not only is this a total scam but to make matters worse the girl said she was taking off various other fees to get it down to that! Total bull***t if you ask me.
Poor business practices and horrendous customer service. Misleading advertisement as well.

My name is Tejuana Berry, they still owe me a two month refund (JULY & AUGUST) these people take your money with NO permission. I cancelled my membership In JUNE and a employee by the name "BEATRICE ALVEREZ" by the way a new employee at that time (WHO IS NOW FIRE) did not properly SUBMIT the CANCELLATION, somehow you fit considered it to be my fault. When I found out they were still taking money out of my account, I contacted YOUFIT IN HOLLYWOOD, FLORIDA... OAKWOOD PLAZA LOCATION, and spoke to "THOMAS" "MANAGER" he was no help, after investigating ways to get my REFUND, he continued to be RUDE, CONDESCENDING & OBNOXIOUS. He wouldn't even give me the CORPORATE OFFICE INFORMATION OR GM FOR THAT DISTRICT (by the way THERE IS NO CORPORATE OFFICE) Well to make matters worse I found out that I'm not the only person getting RIPPED OFF... this company was set up to RIP PEOPLE OFF. While surfing the INTERNET trying to find a CORPORATE OFFICE, I find 100's of reviews of DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS. After I report them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, I will start an ONLINE PETITION for a PUBLIC CIVIL SUIT with all the DISSATISFIED & NON-REFUNDED CUSTOMERS. AND HOPEFULLY SHUT THEM DOWN. P.S. By the way... the SALES REPRESENTATIVE that was FIRED " BEATRICE ALVEREZ" the employee that screwed my paperwork, She now works at L. A. FITNESS.
Answer: Youfit rips people off. I've been consistently charged $21 to my account despite the company's closure as a result of Covid. All attempts to cancel my subscription was ignored and not considered. If this is not fraud, then I don't know what it is.
Answer: I chose this company because after viewing the things I the site i really liked what they had to offer now i wish i had not ordered from them
