This place if full of crooks and thieves. Don't join them. Don't do business with them. They are liars and thieves. If I could do ZERO stars, I would.

Joined gym. Agreed to 50 dollar year fee and 10 a month. No problems with that. Been there for just short of a year and am leaving to an area where no you fit is located. I was charged a 10 dollar processing fee to cxl my membership which I had to be there in person to do. That's so they can collect the 10 dollars I'm sure. It's only 10 dollars but what a sham. Will never join this gym again
I just cancelled my memebership an hour ago after they STOLE months worth of money from my account even though the gyms were closed due to corona, they are no good and dont know how to treat customers, DO NOT JOIN THEM.
My Youfit Facility went out of business during the early days of covid. Sad, but understandable. What surprised me was discovering that 3 months later they were still billing me. It turned out they had simply moved my membership to a location across town and failed to notify me. When I demanded cancellation, I was told i would have to drive across town and speak to a manager in person. I was unhappy but complied. When i got there i was told i couldnt speak to a manager, and that while they would shut down my account i would still be responsible for the money they charged me. I refused to pay, and since then I have received multiple calls from the Youfit corporate office demanding the money. In each of these calls they refuse to let me speak to a manager, and threaten to send me to collections.
Do not trust these scammers.
I went to Richardson you fit club to cancel and request my refund due to covid-19 but I was treated with disrespect and unprofessional staff supervisor Mat or Matthew. First he came up with poor excuse that he can't fund. I showed him the company's website on Reopening FAQ states refund request to be handled at the club by the team. Then he said he can't process my refund request after September 2020. According to the company website there is sunset clause. Still he couldn't accept the proof. I explained to him TX is still under State of Emergency until 2021 cause of covid-19. I found him to be rude and unprofessional on his answers due to either he doesn't comprehend what I am trying to make him understand or pure arrogance. Please don't rust the company staff when they lure you to sign for direct debit payment..
Been try to cance membership with them for months and they wont cancel membership. So i cancled payment to them now the call everyday demanding a settlement. They are absolutely crooks and they should not be alloweed to do business.
I came on here to give a personal account of some of the worse customer service. I've been attending my current youfit for over a year. Not one trainer has spoken to me. I really get the impression that they feel they are too good for me. Its so weird. They definitely dont encourage any kind of positive team atmosphere... this one older trainer I swear thinks I like her. I purposely look at her everytime to see when she will actually have some professionalism and courtesy of saying "hello"... not a single word except when I asked her a question n just replied quickly "idk"... I've been a member for 8 years. There usually 1 or 2 good apples out of all the rotten which makes it bearable. I have a really $#*!ty feeling being around this atmosphere now. They are probably all unhappy with that job idk
Do not utilize any service with this company. Charges continue even when service has been canceled. There is no way to contact corporate. Personal training charges in the amount of $375 are being charged to my account. Send disputes to your bank for further investigation because youfit will not assist or honor refunds!
I was a member for eight years. They changed my membership rate without my knowledge billed me all the way through Covid and now I want to downgrade because none of their amenities are available due to Covid I guess and they want to charge me to downgrade and raise my annual if I downgrade. This company is crap. They're on their last legs
I canceled my kids membership at the Fowler location before they closed and they continued charging my account including the annual fee
I just got off the phone with them just now and the representative said I wasn't smart?
What is wrong with these people? No customer service at all and she refused to address the situation then she said she didn't care it wasn't her account anyways? I would advise everyone not to join this gym. All they want is your money, they are not willing to handle the situation. I hope they get some new personnel that are willing to handle situations and resolve matters, not these clowns who disrespect there customers and hang up on them.
The first two days that I had joined my locker was broken into and stolen all of my personal items and money. Then I hired a personal trainer which cost me over 1000 dollars the month with fees and services. On top of that the trainer never showed up and they promised to set up a health chart what to eat and so fourth all a lie. I finally closed my account and they keep calling and telling me I never did so and they were sending me to a collection agency lucky I save my receipts and emails. They are crooks here in West Palm Beach Florida
You Fit has used COVID-19 as an excuse for everything. 60% of their equipment at their Weston Location is either taped off, in disrepair, or has just disappeared. The are not following local SFL ordinances as far as masks and social distancing. There are Pilates places and local gyms that allow masks off now when working out and masks on when walking around. Not You Fit. When I inquired about reducing both my and my sons membership to the basic level since the facility is operating at a less than 40% efficiency I was told I had to pay $10 per membership to reduce my membership! Unbelievable. Great customer service. Then again this is the same company that asked members not to freeze memberships when their facility was CLOSED so that they could continue paying employees. Again. Unbelievable. That's a corporate responsibility, not a member responsibility. As I went to cancel today I had to pay $20 to cancel both my and my sons membership. Again. Ridiculous. Paid the fee and we joined another local gym within an hour. Be wary of You Fit. All the complaints you see on the Better Business Bureau website are there for good reason.
They stole money from my account because they force you to add an automatic payment so after that it was impossible to get the extra months they charged on my account because they refuse to answer my messages or emails. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!
Youfit owe me $354 they have been constantly charging my account the annual fee any day of the month taking money out for no reason and that's not even including my overdraft fees
Was charged 3 times in less than a week. Canceled my membership. 3 months later I'm still waiting on my refund. No one knows anything. I have contacted Youfit by phone, mail and email and no one has an answer. Staff is very rude when it comes to refunds.
Youfit is fraud. This company keeps debiting my bank account for monthly and annual subscription despite the closure and the challenges poised by Covid in the past months. All efforts to cancel my subscription not successful.
I didn't have a problem with the place while I was going to the gym; I mostly showed up and did my own thing. Equipment was nice and well cared for, staff was friendly enough. But as soon as I went to cancel there were problems. First the gyms closed down due to the Covid-19 virus, this started in late Feb-early March. The gym insists that you have to cancel in person, even though all the gyms were closed. I tried to call over the phone, couldn't get anyone to talk to. Made multiple attempts to cancel and nothing. Finally was able to speak with someone who 100% told me "your account was successfully closed." Thought that was the end of it. Fast forward 6 months, I moved to a different state, no Youfit clubs within 1000 miles. They start sending me past due notices over the phone, keep in mind they've had my phone number the whole time. I called in to talk to someone who said that I owed them $100 for July-Sept. If my account was pasted due they could have called me in April, or May or June, or July, or August. But I first heard that I owe them money was in Sept. I canceled in March! So the person very rudely says that they never received the cancelation fee. Now I shouldn't owe a cancelation fee because my gym membership was a trail, I was only a member for 4-5 weeks before the Covid-19 closures. So why do I all of a sudden owe this money? I tried to explain, tried to argue but you know how these people are. So next she threatens me, she tell me she is going to send this a debt collector. Threatens my credit, and threatens legal action. I'm really not happy about how I was treated.
Long story short, the workout equipment is pretty standard, but the customer service is awful. I'd advise you to stay away.
What terrible customer service representative I have had the displeasure of speaking with. I have supposedly canceled already, went in person signed the forms, and paid the stupid $10 fee. I get a call this morning that my account is past due, when I tell the lady no I already canceled she proceeds to say we'll figure it out you have a past due balance" when i reiterate i have already canceled and she should look into it she said it is not my job, it is not my membership, it is your membership and your name that has a past due balance. Absolutely terrible, just not worth joining this gym at all.
Answer: Youfit rips people off. I've been consistently charged $21 to my account despite the company's closure as a result of Covid. All attempts to cancel my subscription was ignored and not considered. If this is not fraud, then I don't know what it is.
Answer: I chose this company because after viewing the things I the site i really liked what they had to offer now i wish i had not ordered from them
