BUT aside from the expensive and overpriced merchandise, yesasia is very organized, has an easy-to-navigate website, great customer service, well bubble-wrapped packages. If you don't mind spending $10-20 more than the average Kpop merchandise site, YesAsia would be a great go-to kpop store.
I buy both Kpop and Jpop stuff from Yesasia.com. Please don't be surprised if the item prices are higher than some of the other Kpop stores online, however their shipping fees are much less than any of the others. They make the final price of the order cheaper. They even have free international shipping on orders over $50. So yeah I buy a lot of my albums and concert DVDs from them.

I used Yesasia to buy merchandise and music when I live in Puerto Rico, very far away, after searching online I would always end up buying with them because they have the best prices. Yesasia is a decent online shop, I like the fact that you get your delivery rather fast for me it take maybe 2 weeks for the order to come to my door, But i have to complain about something, when I bought a TVXQ album Secret Code I got that album delivered broken the whole CD case fell apart once opened it and I dont unpack my stuff roughly, thats something Yesasia needs to be better at its to make sure that the items you buy are whole and clean
But other than that they are very good at service, they answer if something is wrong, or if you regret a buy, they help me with that

I've only ordered once in this website and when I did I was a little scared because of all the negative reviews. The prices seem a little higher than most websites but I was going to order the Got7 Japanese album Moriagatteyo, which was $50+, so I got the free shipping. The shipping was fast and they provided me with a trackng number. Most websites that give me a tracking number that I can'tt use once the item leaves Korea, but this store isn't based on Korea. It isn't my favorite store for kpop albums but if I ever have to order a Japanese one I'll definitely use this website again. My item arrived with plenty bubble rap and on time.

It has not only kpop albums korean press but most importantly it has albums in other presses. Those presses that i can't find easily and have a reasonable price. Sometimes price can be overwhelming but it's one of the most reasonable one out there. If only my packages come early or within 15days then it would be 5stars for me. I can't really blame YesAsia too coz post can be such a pain sometimes. And really appreciate the free shipping.

I have bought from YesAsia many times and have had no problems. I have bought CDs, figurines, magazines and they all came in perfect condition. Once I bought a CD which was later discovered to be out of stock, but I got the amount credited to my YesAsia account with no problems, and was able to use it later for another purchase. Although some items may seem a little pricey, it's worth it for the free shipping (if you spend over 39 USD - which isn't hard) and quality service. There is also a wonderful range of products.
YesAsia always gets me my kpop albums and other merch shipped out in time and here quickly. They have JYJ and Junsu items which is primarily what I look for. And the purchases contribute to the music charts which is why I buy kpop from them. Found some fun, rare items this purchase. I highly recommend them.
I do wish there were more things like magazines, or dvds that were region free so I could play them here in the US. And light sticks!
