Yankee Candle

It absolutely boggles my mind that your company is unable to provide a refund if I do not have an original receipt even if I used a credit card! If we happen to lose the recipe why are we then completely screwed out of out money? You already screw us over with the insane amount of money that is Yankee Candle. It's wax, give me a break. But to only then issue us a 'store gift card' or allow us an exchange is absolute crap. People lose things, especially receipts, but you already know that, thus your greedy no receipt no refund policy. Kohl's sells your candles for more than half off at times and there, you never need a receipt. They are still a multi-billion dollar company that has excellent customer service and reasonable prices all the time. You are an absolute trash company. Thank you for screwing me out of my money, as I'm sure you've done to millions before me. I won't be recommending nor buying anything from you again.

I went on thursday the 6th to the providence place mall in R. I... and Dimetri and Adam were more then great they knew there product very well and I mean very well... They went way and beyond to make sure I was finding everything I needed and they did it with love and kindness! I personally never have been approached by employees that are very kind and attentive with any customer including myself, that walk in while I was still shopping. I spoke to the manager Jin she was on duty on that day, and I commended her for a excellent training that she has given to those employees "Dimetri and Adam" And I know what I was talking about because I worked in Retail and corporate over 20 years and more... and I was blow away by their service! I hope they get recognized for there excellent work! Especially when they show that they love what they do! Thank you for you're time.

I have been a customer for over 20 years. Home sweet home was always a favorite but have purchased many other scents over the years. In the past Yankee Candles have always been the best and strongest scented candle I have ever purchased, unfortunately this is not the case any longer. Just to try and prove myself wrong (I was really hoping I was wrong) a week ago I bought 2 of my favorite scents, Home Sweet Home and Autumn leaves. Sadly I was right, Yankee candle no longer has the strong scent that I had been getting in the past years, its price tag for 27.00 for large glass candle is a waste of money.Its sad to see such a long standing company, a family owned company deceive their loyal customers after so many years. Needless to say I will no longer after 20 plus years will continue to be a customer.

I always buy Yankee Candles. I became a loyal customer years ago. Recently I purchased done candles that happened to be defected. After throwing a few away I just forgot about them. I moved and as I was unpacking I found another one that was defected that I kept (for some reason). I decided to reach out to Yankee Candle via email and within 10 minutes I had a response. After sending a picture of the defected candle I was quickly advised that within 4-5 days I will be getting a shipment of candles. I must say that this had only made me happier with them. I like the products at Yankee candle. However, don't order anything online. They NEVER fill my full order- always items are out of stock after I've ordered because it takes them a minimum of 7 business days just to ship my products. Once they've shipped, it's another 6-8 business days. Their customer service people are like robots. They NEVER offer to resolve any issues. Do not buy from them online! Unless you like to wait several weeks and not get everything you ordered. If you must buy, go into the store.

I purchased a large Yankee Candle in the Home Sweet Home scent. I have heard they are great. This candle is about half burned and I have NEVER smelled anything when it's lit. It has no scent what so ever! It burns very unevenly. It's a two wick candle and one of the wicks will not burn or light at all. I got a large candle the other day at Walmart, about the same size and it is great! Has a lovely scent and burns well. Anyone reading this, if you are a candler lover, save yourself some money and buy any other kind. I paid $6.00 for the Walmart one and $25.00 for the Yankee. I have now thrown the Yankee one away!

Yankee Candles built a brand, got folks hooked, and then began slacking on quality. All of their candles used to burn long and smell wonderful. Now, they burn terribly, with a lot of black residue floating around in the wax, and I can't even smell them, and I have a phenomenal sense of smell.

Needless to say, I've begun a search for better quality, and so far have found two other brands, at $3 to $4 dollars less. So long, Yankee Candle!

I bought a few candles. One for myself, two others last Christmas as gifts. One of the candles scent was very weak (kept that one for myself). The other two were just fine. Fast shipping

With always available discount coupons available online or direct in email from Yankee Candle, there's always a sale going on. I will admit that I had an issue with a candle not staying lit, but customer service took care of that right away by sending me a replacement. The in-mail catalogs have a scratch 'n sniff feature that allows you get a whiff of new scents before you order which I think is a great feature. As I always have one of their candles burning/warming in my home, I guess you can say I highly recommend them.
