All of the staff at Mansfield were very friendly and helpful, particularly our designer Katie. All of the items arrived safely with the exception of one which is now on it's third replacement. However, the installation team have done their best to organise everything and I happy with the results so far. The installer has done a sterling job in solving a few problems along the way and it was all done very cleanly and quickly. I am enjoying my new kitchen and just await the final piece. I would have no hesitation in recommended Wrens.
The order came as agreed and on time. The cabinets and the countertops are beautiful. They look even better in my kitchen than the displays in the store.
Excellent customer service from planning to having the kitchen delivered, staffs were wonderful, went the extra mile when advising and planning and recommending on appliances.
We had a new kitchen put in by Wren. From the start of the process until the end they were professional and accommodating. The workmanship could not be faulted and we are extremely happy with out new kitchen
We decided to install a new kitchen and utility room earlier this year. We researched extensively all the suppliers and decided to use Wren Kitchens as they had the best displays and largest range. We ordered it in July and the delivery was in late August. The designer at the showroom helped us design the exact kitchen that we wanted. Our kitchen was fitted by an independent fitter known to us. The kitchen is now fully fitted and we are very happy with it. We had a few contacts with the showroom and customer services to resolve a few issues. These were resolved promptly and to our satisfaction.
Hi Brian,
What an excellent review, and thank you for those five stars!
Hearing this kind of feedback is why we put our heart and soul into everything we do.
It looks like you might have accidentally left a 1-star review. Would you be able to update this to reflect your feedback?
Thanks,
Wren Kitchens
Very good quaity of the fixtures and fittings. They kept in contact and delivered at the time we agreed. They took time to ensure that no damage happened to any of my items. The put them in a tidy order in the space provided in groups so my kitchen fitter could work in a logical order without issue.
They get your deposit and they become monsters! They never stick to their word. Things come late and incorrect and they insist you come into the store for THEM to rectify their own errors. They then require you pay more to make changes even if only minors amends are needed or it is their fault a mistake was made. There's always an extra cost! Worst manage ever is * He raised his voice at me and insisted my designer did not serve me! He should never be an employee let alone be a manager! Wren do absolutely nothing even after several written and phone call complaints!
Delivery drivers seems to work on a pathetic system. The delivery driver cannot take back incorrect items if what is delivered is wrong. You spend hours on the phone before being able to rearrange another delivery and pick up. All this causes delays in the work that is being done.
* was very helpful at the Bromley Road branch. She seemed like she genuinely cared.

Wren Order Ref: *******
I initially raised a complaint to Wren because we had noticed that the veneer/laminate was chipping away very easily on our white gloss J pull kitchen. Also, there were defects where the laminate had not bonded properly and looked warped and distorted.
The complaint was raised on the 08/06/2022 and since then I have sent over photos and each time I've sent a message they have been very slow to respond. They messaged me a couple of months ago and told me they were going to investigate the issues but I hadn't heard anything so I had chased them up recently to ask what the findings of their investigation were and I got a response a few days later to say that they had concluded that:
'the issues you are having are due to care issues, and as such, we would not look to offer replacement under your warranty, as this would class as accidental damage rather than a product or installation fault'
'Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused'
So without sending anyone out to inspect the kitchen they were still able to conclude that it was my fault and then contradicted that by apologising for any inconvenience caused. Very strange.
The worktops get the most wear-and-tear and knocks and yet they are the same as they were when the kitchen was first installed - they are up to the job. However, the doors are very flaky and simply not up to the rigours of normal use. The problem is the laminate which isn't durable enough to take even minor knocks, it's very brittle not to mention the areas where the laminate is warped.
The kitchen I had for 11 years previously just didn't suffer the same problems and I regret buying a Wren kitchen, I should have paid more attention to the negative reviews but you never think you're going to be one of those same people having to make a complaint and then leaving a bad review because the quality and customer care is poor. The warranty is useless - don't fall for it. And if you are considering buying a Wren kitchen try to see past the shiny showrooms and presentation and check the reviews, check them carefully, compare them with local independent firms or even the other national kitchen retailers. Think about how they would deal with your problem if something went wrong. They are thousands of examples you can find online regarding Wren's awful aftersales care. On this review I've attached the pictures I sent over to them including one showing the whole kitchen - I look after my home and kitchen and to be told that I haven't cared for it is an insult - they didn't even come out to look at the defects. I won't buy a Wren kitchen ever again.
Our kitchen was fitted in February 2019, within 6 months the units were starting to discolour and flake, wren blamed us for cleaning them wrong, we raised a sec75, Wren even threatened the bank not to settle beyond their offfer ( SARS) the financial ombudsman found in our favour, Wren refused to comply with the ruling, finally Sept 2022, the bank complied without Wren, and we got a resolution, life is too short to get a wren kitchen
Our kitchen is nearly complete, with beautiful cabinetry, countertop, and new appliances. Our installer is a friend of a friend, so we have a more personal, direct relationship with him. I think the installer is a key component to a good experience, as he provides quality control.
We had two cabinet doors that were slightly damaged. I emailed Wren customer service with pics of the damage and a few days later we received new doors. Installation has taken longer than expected, but I feel the end product is with it.
Wren provided 0% financing for 5 years, so it will take a little while to pay off.
I took off a star for mistake in initial measurements (but our installer helped rectify), shifting delivery dates, and the feeling that maybe the designer padded our install with unnecessary panels.
Pressurised to pay so that an installation date of 22/08 could be met, issues with non consolidation in regards to delivery and delivery times long after eta, two delivery dates given.
Lorry driver refused to help unload until he had his 45 minutes rest, the drivers assistant and 4 of our friends helped unload our substantial kitchen, it was a choice of wait or help and at 6.30pm 19/08 on Friday evening they were tired and hungry so they helped.
The thoughtless people who loaded the vehicle at the depot decided it was a good idea to put our 3 tower units at the doors of the vehicle so every delivery these units were being manhandled and were damaged and needed replacement.
The fitter arrived on the Monday assessed the damage reordered the damaged units and left the site and has not been seen since, eventually we were informed that the replacements would arrive this week and that an installer would arrive on the 08/09 we thought the kitchen would begin installation.
WRONG! Items were not delivered when expected and installer did NOT turn up, no contact nor explanation.
The builder rejected the last item as it was clearly damaged, when the installation department contacted us today it was to notify us that our part would be delivered on 21/09 which is totally unacceptable.
Our builders are on site and are unable to lay the underfloor heating on the ground floor nor the tiles until Wren has installed the kitchen.
I called Wren all they said was that the new part would be cleared under managerial level on the 21/09 no understanding of the costs involved due to this delay, as we are paying to rent a house these costs are escalating, trying to keep plumbers and electricians and not have them move to other jobs is stressful and costly.
Wren said we can discuss compensation once installation has begun, I wish we could just return the lot but it has been so exhausting I don't think we could start again.
We are in limbo, there doesn't seem to be much we can do to improve the situation, if it is a family who own this company please can they contact me asap to resolve this and recoup some dignity.
We are suffering from depression and anxiety and no-one at Wren gives a damn or is willing to sort anything out.
Is there any quality control? Do the delivery drivers take care when handling our precious cargo?
Funny there has been no contact at all from the showroom at Harlow since they took our money even though they have been ccd, what do we do now?
Any advice from anyone would be most appreciated, the FHIO will not do anything until we have gone through the completed the complaints procedure, it doesn't look like we can do that until after installation, so social media appears to be our only resource.
We will be seeking legal advice
Stay away from their installation team know as Installed Right. In/ out mentality with multiple and ongoing service-related issues. Hire a good carpenter on your own.
I have witnessed hundreds of customers with ongoing issues from low quality installations.

Honestly super disappointed in the kitchen I received. Upon delivery of my kitchen I had to reorder replacements for 6 units as they all arrived severely damaged. Their customer service is so poor, left calling them for hours to get someone to replace the damaged units. The kitchen you see in the show rooms and the ones you receive are definitely not the same quality. We went with their most "expensive" and "durable" line and honestly the products I got is easily comparable to cheap flatpacks from ikea. It is not the same as the kitchen materials we viewed in their show room. Honestly pay a little extra and not get disappointed with the kitchen you receive. Because I'm now having to think whether I want to buy a new kitchen from somewhere else. My experience was horrible!
Hi Ibrahim,
I can certainly understand your frustration, and I'm very sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with your experience with us so far.
If you could please provide an order number, I will send your query to the team and asked them to look into it.
Regards,
Kevin
Fantastic design service. Then it went downhill...
Waited 2 months for delivery which was acceptable.
Only to recieve parts of the kitchen and damaged products.
6 calls made. Average waiting time was 38minutes.
9 emails, average response time... I'm still waiting...
Overall, I wouldn't recommend them or use them again. I wishni had just used their design service and gone elsewhere.

I bought a wren kitchen
I bought a wren kitchen. Coordinated a date & organised for my builders to install.
Most of the kitchen arrived as booked. Bits missing I was given a Second date which was 3 weeks outside of the original delivery date. My builder had to move on to another job after 2 weeks so he booked me in to come back. When the Second delivery came it was a partial delivery again! I have been given a third date and by the time the doors come my builder is on holiday as that will be five weeks from the original delivery date and we did not expect it to go on for so long! I have to wait another month before my builder can come back to me…. Wren is rubbish service!
Also they tell you to use the app to order replacement items don't bother telling you that you can't order doors via the app they have to be on the phone! Come on wren get your act together. I would not receive t wren unless you desperate. Their customer service is next to nil!
Hi Sally, Thank you for your review.
I'm sorry to hear you have had an issue with part of your delivery and that some of the products are missing; it's not something we are happy about either.
I have forwarded your comments to our department management team and asked them to investigate.
Regards,
Kevin
Kitchen was delivered today 18/8 by 2very pleasant and helpful delivery man, however we was Informed that 2 items was not there a washing machine and fridge freezer, a very poor letter was given to us to exp, ain that due to covid they was having difficulties, when I rang I was informed the hob was missing and they could not inform me how long it would be before back in stock and the other 2 items should be there, but they must have been misplaced or on another van, we now have to wait until 30th August for them to be resent with no idea how long for the hob, we could look somewhere else and they will refund,... very disappointed, annoyed that we wasn't informed sooner, angry and frustrated trying to get answers. Why sell these items if they don't know there in stock.
Hi Elaine,
Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear you have had an issue with part of your delivery and that some of the products are damaged; it's not something we are happy about either.
I have forwarded your comments to our transport management team and asked them to investigate.

We had a delivery date and everything was going well; it all came on the day. When it came to the installation date, let's just say they don't really know what they're doing. I booked a day off work and they never came. We chased it up and they really didn't care. I now have boxes and boxes sitting around, taking up space and no one to install it. I wish I had paid more attention to bad reviews before ordering with Wren.
Hi Jay and thank you for taking the time to write a review.
Wren Kitchens do not employ Installers; Installation services are subcontracted to undertake your kitchen install, which is an agreement between yourself and the nominated Installer.
Whilst they may not be employed by us, Wren expects a certain level of skill and professionalism from all the Installers we recommend.
Wren-approved installers are fully vetted and DBS checked. FIRA accredits Wren with FIRA Gold for Installation and product; our installers are members of The British Institute of Kitchen, Bedroom and Bathroom Installation (BiKBBI). We apologise that on this this occasion you have had problems with your installer, and this is something we are not happy about either.
Please continue liaising with our team should you wish to add more information.
Thanks,
Kevin
High cost, very low quality.
We bought our kitchen from Wren and its been a terrible experience. First their worktop surveyor damaged one of our installed units during his visit and Wren would not accept liability (they didn't even send me a repair kit).
Now the kitchen has been installed for about 6months we're starting to see lots of areas where the finish to the doors and panels is starting to fail.
Wren sell you the dream, but their Kitchens and customer support is a absolute nightmare!
Avoid Wren at all costs
We had kitchen ordered and the installer has left the job half done and the CS not bothered to resolve

We've worked to develop unique manufacturing techniques, including specialist paint finishes, adhesive treatments and assembly processes. For example, our doors are manufactured using Wren's specially engineered 230-meter long production line, for a flawless finish. This gives us the confidence to guarantee our kitchens for up to 25 years.

Pre sales were great.
Post sales experience was one of the worst companies I have had to deal with.
We had our kitchen measured by their team, twice.
They managed to measure almost every part of the structure incorrectly, including where the gas and dishwasher points were located.
We have had to move the whole kitchen over as a result of their error.
As a result of the incorrect measurement, we had to re order units that fit correctly to our kitchen, and re pay to have our kitchen re fitted, which has cost us an additional £2,000.
To add to this, we have not received any compensation to the additional costs and time.
We have tried to contact them around 5 or 6 times now and we haven't had any contact back from them.
Hi Aimee,
Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear you feel the service has not lived up to expectations, and it's certainly something we will look into.
I have raised these issues with our team and have asked that they investigate

I'm delighted that our brilliant Mansfield showroom team (and Katie in particular) provided such a high level of service, and it's great to hear that the rest of your kitchen project went as smoothly as possible.
I hope the remainder of your installation went wonderfully!
