The whole experience from the showroom to being fitted went without a hitch. Friendly staff and not pushy trying to sell sell you things you don't need or wanted. The fitting of the kitchen was easy, the fitter was clean and tidy doing the work and wouldn't sign it off till he made sure we were happy b.

Was hesitant about visit to showroom, turned out a pleasant experience, was put at ease straight away by Jon Nichol wren designer. He explained everything and changed materials on screen to allow me to see difference in materials.
Next step was my installer who visited to measure up. Very pleasant young man who explained what would happen. The materials arrived on date promised, delivery staff very careful and helpful, placed cartons in place which did not obstruct.
Installers arrived at stated date removed existing kitchen and installed new with no trouble at all. We were kept informed by wren head office at all steps and stages throughout the whole procedure.
Very pleased with end product and will enjoy my new kitchen and will recommend Wren to all my friends.

I am happy with my experience. My first installation was great, damages were resolved quickly. My second installation, the fitted great. Although Wren didn't inform them that they would have to some additional tasks like cutting a cupboard down to fit, the fitter did it no problem. He was fast and he did it to a good standard. There were a few damages which took several weeks to resolve but they resolved them in the end.

Wren kitchen in wilkes barre was an amazing experience. They took the headache put of getting a new kitchen in many ways. Our designer really thought out our kitchen space for it's functionality and price. We couldn't be happier.

If I could put less than a star I would.
Couldn't get a call back from the designer to get an update.
Items missing from the kitchen delivery.
Items then delivered after the fit, then won't collect then and take away, so a random larder unit just sitting in our house.
Promised to collect the larder unit, then back tracked.
Flooring left in the middle of the road as they said they deliver to the road side... 5ft pregnant wife with our 1 yo kid doesn't do crossfit so unable to move, however, wren blamed woodpecker, then woodpecker blamed wren... flooring out in the road getting drenched in rain in freezing temperatures.
Our tiler, who is an older guy, was unable to assist either, although his van was stuck in drive as the pallet was left in the middle of the road. So his fate was the same as our neighbours, blocked in the flooring pallet
WiFi cut off as installers cut through a cale during install, managed to get sky to come out and sort it out days later.
If you're swaying between wren and anyone else... your money is better served with anyone else

From sales to delivery everything went smooth. Inci I Ursavas at the Selden store helped us design the perfect kitchen. She is very knowledgeable with all the cabinets and very helpful. The delivery went perfect and the guys were very friendly. I had 2 damaged items and they replaced them within a week. We love our new kitchen. I would highly recommend Wren to friends.

I recently completed my kitchen project from Wren Kitchens, located at College Plaza in Selden. A few moments spent in their huge, modern 31,000 square foot showroom was all I needed to decide this is the kind of business I want to deal with.
How did I arrive at this conclusion? First, the selection of designs, finishes, and options is amazing, if not overwhelming. If you cannot find what you are looking for at Wren, then you're probably not ready for your project. Next, only the highest trained, knowledgeable, and zero pressure staff awaits you to ask every imaginable question. And for those who appreciate technology, like live virtual reality / goggles with interactive features while virtually walking through your new kitchen, you will be amazed. Moving on to quality, the fit, finish, and workmanship was flawless. Everything made in the USA, PA. At their huge manufacturing facility. Finally, working with Wren is a true, turnkey project. They follow a strict process for measure, design, review, measure, review, review and review. Not a typo on repeating words.
The operation runs like a true manufacturing and engineering house, vertically integrated, which virtually guarantees your project will be successful. Don't expect any shortcuts here, as you are an integral part of the team and process every step of the way with your design consultant. You may have heard the expression, measure 5x, cut 1x or something along those lines. That's the business model followed from project start, design, review, acceptance, fabrication, delivery, installation, and follow up. Job scheduling was unusually precise; you'll receive updates via email, phone and texts. My project finished 1 day ahead of schedule; cannot recall the last time that has occurred. I was very fortunate to have Renata DaSilva, who is quite experienced and patient with the many ideas and questions along the way.
Now it is completely obvious why Wren has been able to grow so quickly in the US (coming from the UK). I believe they are only operating in the US for about 3 years. Their business model is superior to other "big box" outlets because they communicate clearly to customers about pricing and quality. While you might save a few dollars elsewhere, Wren products are priced competitively because they manufacture their own products, now completely within the US. They also price match on accessories, so there's no anxiety about finding hardware or faucets elsewhere at a lower price.

Biggest mistake was choosing wrens for my kitchen renovation!
Took 5 months for my kitchen to be fully installed. Deliveries kept messing up, was being sent damaged items and incorrect items. When contacting the company they would still send wrong and damaged items!
The process from start to end was stressful and full of mistakes. The company did not take any responsibilities for their mistakes.
Would not recommend any one to use wrens!
As said above, many mistakes were made, from planning the saleswoman had changed items without telling me which when items were delivered were wrong. I contacted the showroom as well as the office about these things however this is my fault.
I had no kitchen use for 5 months and have a big family how was I to make meals for them, have water supplies, no washing machine, this was embarassing. The company responded to this saying the oven was installed so that is the resolution for everything apparently... I had no kitchen flooring yet, units were everywhere and not fully made up or installed but it was fine because I had the oven - ridiculous
Items took weeks to be delivered only for them to be wrong and damaged which would result in waiting even longer for them to come, on top of this I was paying my joiner hourly for this when the whole time there was nothing for him to have done.
I waited 5 months for this kitchen and to know look at it to be reminded of all the stress and trauma from the whole process, this is making me not like it anymore to be honest, it was not worth the months me going to showrooms, on the phone to customer services, emailing the head office, they took no responsibility or even showed empathy for this.
This process was not normal and definitely worth compensating for which I did, only to receive an offer so little that it had barley made a difference to me and what I have endured. All this headache was worth more than the amount they offered.
So stressful
BE WARNED… USE YOUR OWN INSTALLERS…
So upset been in tears due to the lack of care from Wren.

We paid in advance for the installation of this kitchen at a cost of £2,295 (we now know average UK cost of this is £1700) but the installer-

Contacted us the Friday before the installation on the following Monday asking for an additional £756 and wants 50% in advance…I now know that he did this after we took delivery, knowing that we couldn't back out of the the contract with Wren at this point… very nasty behaviour and unprofessional. He also wanted to confirm that he expects the use of our toilet, fridge and kettle whilst he's there. Contacted Wren Cambridge and couldn't be more upset.the installation 'can't help' even though they recommended the installers.so after speaking to about 10 different people then spoke to VICKI at head office on 18th Nov and now waiting to see if we can have this sorted out as we can't back out now as we have taken delivery …so upset about this.
Answer: It was very easy to reach Customer service to change our delivery date and to report issues with cabinet doors. We received new doors relatively quickly.
