Used wren for my kitchen after looking at other kitchen makers. Found the quality to excellent. I fitted the kitchen myself and found it easy as the units come pre built. I would highly recommend wren.

The design service was exceptional, Shaun at the Exeter Branch was innovative and considerate of our needs.
Delivery was prompt and efficient. Build quality superb, it went together quickly and easily, with exceptional instructions.
Couple of minor issues, rectified promptly by customer service with speedy delivery of parts.

Great salesman Micheal in Sunderland branch, helped keep us within budget, done a great design, fitters came and completed everything within 2days, old kitchen and everything taken away, had an issue with a cupboard door got a new one sent out within a couple days and fitted soon after, great service thank you

This was a good experience, from the showroom to delivery. Mehran at the Ayr showroom was extremely helpful and knowledgable and arranged delivery to suit us. The units are on good quality. One worktop was damaged and it was replaced promptly with no fuss. Extremely helpful customer services.

Great service from the designer who gave me plenty of time to work out my design.
Delivery was fantastic they very safely put my kitchen where I wanted. I had no damages.
I did use my own fitter though.

From the initial planning to the final finish I can't recommend the purchase process enough. We were very fortunate to have Adam in Norwich, a very experienced kitchen designer, plan the kitchen. He was adaptable to my requests and enhanced the layout, quickly recognising and correcting any problem areas with the design. The surveyor who came out to double check my measurements was polite and efficient and gave extra peace of mind. The kitchen itself was delivered at the time arranged and only a few doors were delayed and sent within a couple of days by post and very well packaged. One cupboard door and a shelf received were damaged and two drawer fittings missing out of the whole large kitchen I ordered. I was impressed that most of the parts missing or damaged could be reported and replaced using a simple online process. For the damaged shelf (unavailable for replacement via the app) I had to call customer service who were extremely helpful and arranged the speedy delivery of the replacement. We fitted the kitchen ourselves. This is my 4th 'new' kitchen I have had fitted in my life as a home owner and this was certainly the most efficient and cost effective of them all.

From the moment we walked in the door to the time the kitchen was installed we received fantastic service. They listened to what we wanted, even made a couple of adjustments to design. Nothing was too much trouble. They guided us through the delivery process and installation of worktop timeline, due to this all went to plan. Great service from beginning to end
