We love our new kitchen ordered through wren but fitted by our own fitter.

Great quality. A couple of issues with faulty doors but these were easy to rectify and new items ordered

I ordered my kitchen from Stevenage. The Salesman came out to measure and was on time and very polite.
I went to the showroom and discussed the plan and was shown various products such as sinks and taps to choose from. I made payment and a few days later I changed things slightly. I treated as nothing was to much trouble and had surperb service from Dan.
My fitter Peter Reynolds and team also gave surperb service.
I am extremely pleased with my kitchen and would recommend Wrens to everyone

From start to finish my experience has been stress free.

Excellent service from the moment we stepped into the Kirkcaldy branch. Hannah was very knowledge and helpful as was the joiners and all the staff we dealt with.

We went to Wren in Preston the showroom is on two floors with lots of kitchens to choose from. Ian lamb our designer listened to what we wanted to achieve and he designed a kitchen which had all intregated appliances and suited all our needs. The delivery went smoothly with everything there and we were kept informed at all times when things were happening regarding having our template and fitting done for our quartz work surface. Our experience at Wrens was first class and we would definately recommend them. We did get our own kitchen fitter to install our kitchen.

We received great support from Wren from the start. They staff were friendly and knowledgeable, making suggestions but never pushing a sale so we felt comfortable and well looked after.
The delivery men and quartz worktop fitters were respectful and courteous. The kitchen came with clear plans and a video that made it fairly straightforward to fit and any time we needed help there was someone on the end of the phone. We are delighted with the quality and style of our kitchen. Thank you Wren.

While I had my reservations about the whole process of ordering a new kitchen the entire experience was made palatable and enjoyable. Through the helpful and friendly attitude of all the staff we were in contact with from the patient designer to the enquiry staff on telephone and the delivery people involved.
We did not use Wren installers, and to be fair. I had no problems with our own installer.
The kitchen itself has proven to be faultless and as attractive as we had hoped in our early days of choosing the elements. And it has been such a relief that this big purchase decision was not marred by problems or disappointments and I would recommend Wren to anybody who wants to know about a good choice, for their next kitchen

There are plenty of horror stories out there so we didn't really know what to expect. The design process was very good. Installation was relatively smooth and where there were the odd bump in the road the Wren team sorted it without question.

Excellent product fitted by superb craftsmen who were delightful to have in our home. Everyone we dealt with at Wren have been delightful; they were always polite and cared that we got the kitchen we wanted at the right price for us. What more can one ask?

The design and choosing part in store was very professional. The display kitchens were well set out and the CAD generated kitchen took shape before your eyes. We had several visits to revise and look at other costed options. The delivery was no problem and we had no issue with missing items. We had one minor bit of damage which was sorted quickly. After the installation was complete we were delighted and the kitchen was very close to the CAD generated picture. Money well spent and a good buying experience.

Our dealings with Wren, at every stage, have been excellent.

The help with design and the advice on purchasing were spot on.
This is also the case at every other part if the process.
The two surveyors were punctual polite and very professional, as was the templater.
Every call to the Gloucester showroom and head office was dealt with promptly and effectively and Wren communications re appointment and orders was second to none.
We had two damaged and one missing item and all were delivered to us with blistering speed, all very slick through the app.
We are also extremely impressed with the quality of everything we ordered as well as the competitive pricing of the electrical items included in our order.
All in all an excellent experience.

We were excited to finally purchase new cabinets and redo our builder grade kitchen of 30 years. Wonderful experience to start until the the installer began. Blueprints were done incorrectly, costing us extra time and money. Things weren't delivered. Handles needed replacements. Counter top made wrong causing more delays of completion and no sink for 6-8 weeks. Many lies, probably 100 calls to customer service, one mistake after another. Now there are problems with the billing. Wish we would have done more research and looked on their previous google reviews. We never would have purchased from them if we had known. Not sure how long this will all take to resolve, but I will continue until it is straightened out. I'm done with any other work in our home forever after this, no words. There should be an option for zero stars as it annoyed me to have to give them one. It wasn't deserved

The design team is good and very helpful and they are very accurate in term of delivery time and also very good quality
