We are very happy with our kitchen. All went as planned and the service was excellent.

We have had a great experience from start to finish the staff in our local showroom (Durham) could not have been better friendly and professional infomative with no hard sell. Our designer Rose had great idears and with in weeks our kitchen was on its way. The delivery team where fantastic everything went without a hitch. We used our own carpenter who done a fantastic job. We couldn't be more pleased the kitchen it turned out even better than the computer print outs and the on site VR room

The whole experience has been really easy. My designer, Daniel from Guildford was absolutely brilliant and very helpful. The delivery was nice and easy plus any damaged goods or parts of the design which needed tweaking were replaced by Wren FOC. I would recommend Wren for any kitchen!

Was a little dubious to proceed with my order after hearing many horror stories about Wren, but in all honesty as a fitter told me you get good and bad with all companies. So we went ahead and I have to say it was perfect from start to finish, the small problems I did have was remedied within 24hrs.
All in all I am very happy with kitchen and the customer service

Designer was good and helpful. Lots of choice of materials and finishes. The 'system' worked well so we always knew what was happening. Perhaps we had too many courteous phone calls but not enough relevant calls about missing components.installation and call back went well.

We were absolutely impressed with the level of service and attention we had from both your sales team and the after sales and installation team.
The few minor issues we had ( a draw front missing and a draw runner not quite 100%) were quickly and efficiently resolved without fuss.

Happy with our experience customer service in store good (Reading), gave us some good ideas and recommend the best products (even advising where to get cheaper alternatives for our extractor). We used our own fitters who noticed a door was wrong but Wren quickly rectified and sent a replacement. Would recommend to family & friends.

The showroom team were fab, especially Dan our designer and Jayne the assistant manager. They took the time we needed and even got the kids drinks and snacks while we did our order. We had a few visits and every time they were welcoming. Would definitely recommend Wren

Our designer did an amazing job. The only thing we changed from his original design was adding a dishwasher. Our kitchen is from 1955 and had never been updated. Amazing experience.

Patryk was our kitchen designer from the Aberdeen store and was 5 star. Delivery as planned. We used our own installers which I would advise. Any damaged or missed parts were ordered through the wren app and delivered very quickly. All round I'm very pleased with our Wren kitchen.
