The designer came to our house on time and we chose everything from his big van. We didn't have to go in store all. If I had a enquiry I received an answer same day. The fitters were helpful and respectful too.
Considering all the cupboards, drawers, surfaces and appliances, there's a lot to get right. Wren are very well organised but there were one or two after sales discussions. All were handled extremely well by showroom and after sales teams. We love our kitchen.

From the designer to the final fit I cannot fault Wren. I love my kitchen, I'd hoped for something that would add value to the house, be much more functional and finally be somewhere I could cook. What I have ended up with is infinitely more than that and I'm so grateful. I was really fearful at the beginning about what I was getting into, and what would be the right thing to do for me, but everyone helped and I have more than I thought possible. Thank you.

Steve Brown at Mansfield was our planner and he listened to everything we wanted, then planned the kitchen. We talked over all the different options at every stage, VR. Was so helpful in making the final tweaks. Our fitter came and did a site visit 3 weeks before installation, putting my mind at rest about how this would be completed. Even the delivery team, who had to carry the kitchen up our small lane, as the van wouldn't fit where happy to put things were I wanted. ( it was a rainy day as well). After the installation was complete, the fitter inspected all the cupboards and work tops, three had very minor damage. But he ordered replacement and said when they had been delivered he would be back to replace them. The biggest bit for most people is the cost, my husband was very nicely surprised, and with 5 years interest free. I had my dream kitchen for Christmas, he has money in his pocket. It's a win win

We had a very positive experience using Wren. The kitchen design service was amazing and the price was very reasonable. We used our own fitter and the finish is excellent. Definitely recommend!

Buying went well, very attentive, etc but after install we had a few minor issues, we were told by the installer a few panels would be replaced and never heard back even after contacting our wren designer.

Really enjoyable experience with the entire Wren family from beginning consultation to the end installation and support. The 3D really helped us to make decisions before investing time and money in the final design. Would highly recommend Wren again and again!

We've never shopped at Wren before so this was a completely new experience and wow. It was amazing. From the staff right through to the stock and choice and knowledge it was such an enjoyable experience we actually enjoyed going back and for until we completed our kitchen.

After being disappointed by other kitchen companies we booked a design appointment with wren, our Kitchen designer was professional, polite and excellent at his job. Order placed and delivered with ease. Communication has been fantastic throughout. Delivery team were prompt, polite and careful. All of our order arrived extremely well packaged with nothing missing. Instructions thorough, and clear. Aftercare experience to replace a damaged appliance was straightforward.
