After comparing various brands, prices and availability, I decided to visit the Aylesford Wren showroom. My wife and I were very impressed by the way Anna looked after us and we did not feel pushed into buying on the spot. The price of our kitchen was very competitive, with the product being superior to other competitors at the same price, and with a chance to reflect at home before ordering. The delivery was on time, with information prior to it and even a small mistake on one item, was resolved after one phone call with no fuss.
I wholeheartedly recommend Wren.

We recently sold our house which we had a Wren kitchen fitted in it around 13 years ago, we must say that this was the main selling feature and we actually sold our property within 5 days of it going on the market! It was a no brainer that our outdated kitchen in our new property had to be another fabulous Wren kitchen. From start to finish the Bolton store gave us a first class service with knowledgeable and helpful staff, they came and measured the kitchen/dining area and followed through with the planning/design of it including new flooring. Johnathan was full of ideas and guided us through the picking of all the needed units etc. The kitchen arrived a couple of weeks later and our fitters found everything easily fitted, there were a couple of items missing, a phone call to Wren customer services and these were delivered to us very quickly and without any hassle. A second wonderful experience with a well organised and trustworthy Company, thanks to all at Wren kitchens for making what could have been something of a nightmare into a very pleasant experience. PS have seen 2 more Wren kitchen delivery vehicles in the past weeks delivering more quality kitchens close by on our estate.
Designing team were so helpful and were always on board with our ideas! Everything was seamless, however delivery of the kitchen has been the only down fall as we have had to have several deliveries due to some parts not being on the truck. Will recommend wren for future to anyone as customer support was very helpful.

We loved the whole expierence with Wren. The kitchen looks amazing. The one complaint we have is that the hinges on the cabinets have broken on two of our cabinets.

From our first visit to the showroom until delivery everything was excellent. The designer was very good and not pushy. (If he had been pushy or tried a hard sell we would of gone elsewhere.)
After a couple of visits to tweak the design our kitchen was delivered on time and we installed it ourselves. Great quality and looks fantastic. So many compliments from friends and family.

We had a great experience, the designer helped us choose a fab kitchen, had great ideas to maximise space and ironed out a few challenges. We also had a great experience after buying the kitchen, a few items were not available / didn't arrive and they were replaced without issue.

Our experience with wren was first class from start to finish. A great experience at the new Drakehouse Sheffield showroom - great desist, first class staff and service. Excellent communication throughout the whole process.
Even when there was an issue with a damaged door on the delivery, the service received to get a replacement was also faultless.
