From start to finish, Dean from the Derby branch was exceptional. Products arrived on time and after service was at the same level. Any missing parts were quickly replaced.

The kitchen will always be the most difficult refits to do, however, the Plymouth showroom experience was excellent, a couple of trips back to finalise plans, used their approved fitter who we couldn't fault, did all the extras we required as well.

We had a great experience with Wren Kitchens at the Milford, CT location. The sales associate we worked with, Tavon H., was awesome. Our project was a unique one and he was patient and thoughtful in providing recommendations and applying his product knowledge. The products are quality. There are a wide range of options to customize your space. The process is quick and easy, and the turn around is faster than anyone else in the industry.

Really good from start to finish. Designer was accommodating when we needed to make last minute changes, delivery was spot on, needed a replacement door which was sent and delivered within 2 days.

I thought the customer service, competence of the installer and quality of the product were all excellent. The designer couldnt have been more helpful at Orpington, and then the installer was very competent and had some very good advice. There was an issue - one of the cabinets wasn't going to fit because there was some unexpected hidden pipework. Wren sent out some additional components which allowed the installer to adjust the kitchen at no cost to me. The quality of the product is very high - my parents have a kitchen from one of Wren's main competitors and in my view the quality of my kitchen is higher. I am also very pleased to have made the decision to go for the quartz working surfaces.

It was wonderful from the start! Went into the showroom, looked around, made an appointment for measurements, booked an appointment for design, did design alongside designer, put my down payment and waited anxiously for my cabinets to come in! My husband did the install so it saved us some money, they did the countertops and now I have a beautiful new kitchen! I absolutely love it!

We were very impressed with the help and guidance from the kitchen designer, to the fitting and installation of our new kitchen by the fitter to the overall end product.
The design phase was made easy and interactive, with discounts provided to give us the best value for money.
Our fitter was on time every day and very polite.
