Had a really positive experience with Erdington Wren - very patient with all the changes I kept making to the plan. Not so good with the Wren fitters and ended up finding my own We now have a wonderful dream kitchen

Fantastic service from design to delivery and aftersales.

Had a few bits missing from the delivery but they were quickly ordered and delivered through the Wren App. I highly recommend Wren for a kitchen refurb.

We had a brand new Kitchen from Wrens from the first day every thing went to plan and we had friendly and polite workman always cleaned up every night

From our very first visit, to the design consultations through to delivery, we can't fault Wren. We just love the many colour and style options that were available. Special thanks to Owen from Plymouth who we feel went above and beyond to incorporate all of our needs and designed a beautiful place to be.

Delivery on time

Can not express how happy we are from start to finish. The staff in store, especially Neil were amazing. I say that as we probably changed the cupboard design and worktops about 5 times yet Neil was always happy to help and make sure we were happy. The delivery went smoothly with the drivers being friendly and helpful. Aftercare is second to non. What ever issue we had just one phone call and all was sorted. Would definitely recommend. Not quite finished yet due to building work so plastic protective still on and waiting for the splash back to me fitted.

Wren fitted our kitchen in June 22. The service was excellent. Wren project managed the whole thing, design, delivery, removal of old kitchen and full fitting of new kitchen including plumbing, electrics and tiling. The job was completed efficiently and to a high standard.

We had been thinking about having a new kitchen fitted for a very long time and was always put off by what we assumed would be a stressful and lengthy process. This proved to be totally incorrect after visiting our local Wren showroom. From viewing the show kitchens right through to placing the order we experienced only very good and helpful people. As you would also expect, there were a few niggles but these were resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. I would have no hesitation in recommending Wren, and have in fact already done so.

I had great service from start to finish, I was invited to store as many times as needed for me to get the right kitchen. Staff were friendly and helpful but not pushy. Kitchen arrived as and when expected. One item was damaged but a quick phone call and a replacement arrived a few days later.

Found staff easy to approach and addressed any questions or concerns immediately. Nothing seemed to be to much trouble any damages were replaced immediately

I bought a milano mettalic night kitchen in matt finish with a white marble effect work top to give with it.

I had a designer David Taylor llandudno branch who was so helpful in designing the kitchen with lots of helpful advice.
After seeing the kitchen on a TV screen you are then taken to a room using 3d tech and you can walk round your virtual kitchen.
Once ordered I had a date for delivery and it was delivered on time.
Unfortunately 2 items were missing from the order but after phoning the items were sent.
There is an app that wren uses that you download to order parts which is also very handy.
I have an island with a large work top on it after fitting my fitter noticed a scratch on the corner it cost £680 I emailed wren about it and they decided to replace it for me without coming out to look at it which I thought was really good.
That is why I have given 5 stars for their service well done wren!

We went with wren kitchens because of the new years sale. But found them to be a very good quality kitchen range. Design experience was great, didn't have to wait to long for installation. Delivery and installation was very quick. They contract installers so you just have to hope you get a good one I suppose - thankfully we did. Overall happy.

From start to finish our experience was brilliant. The home visit to go through what we'd like, the look around the showroom, the design that was created, the ease to make adjustments and delivery team were all amazing. Our designer, Kieran was very helpful with listening to what we'd like, offering advice and ideas that added to our expectations and made the whole experience from start to finish beyond what we expected. Cannot fault our experience in the slightest.

Wren designed and built my dream kitchen. It was a tough job given it's an 1800's property without a straight line in sight. Amazing service from start to finish and achieved everything we dreamt of.
