Cheep falling apart printed items not even same cut or design on material like you use for costumes. Not real fabric. The company expects you to pay return shipping. I am a private consumer, not a business. These items are from China and are a printed copy of an original garmet that is designer or art design with leathers and felts. The prices are reflective of a higher priced garmet as shown on their website. A complete rip off.

I will Never purchase from your shop again, since I've been waiting since the first day, I researched your WOTOBA, every review I read and I wish I saw BEFORE then. I am so disappointed in myself really that I did order. This is a scam, the items do not match the photos from your shop at all from the real item.

What a scam! And now here you are getting rich on our hard earned money and then will only give us 15% of the full price if we return to CHINA which costs a fortune. The items I purchased, two came from New Jersey, (where I live), and the other two were from New Mexico, and you state if I used those addresses you wouldn't reimburse at all. Talk about SCAMS, WHAT A JOKE!

I am disgusted and our Better Business Bureau will be writing them as well for even more people in the USA who check there before ordering anything from you, you will get your just deserts in the end.

I only need one time to be scammed and will always check stores BEFORE I ever order again... and listen well because you will indeed know that power of the pen (letting people know), will stop ordering from shops such as yours. Read them and weep...

If there is a 'Rating' of minus stars, I would definitely go with that.
I placed my order over 6 weeks ago, but Wotoba did not even shipped my product. When I contacted them after 4 weeks, they kept saying, "thank you for being patient, here is a 5% discount". After 4 weeks "being patient", I finally cancelled my order, but now I've been waiting for a refund which is another pain in my $#*!.
Do not order anything from this company. They're nobody but a con artist.

I would not order from this company ever again. I purchased two pairs of shoes that looked so cute and sparkly. The title on them say they have rhinestones on them. I received them and they don't look like the picture. They don't have rhinestones on them, the toe is pointed instead of rounded, they were two sizes too big. Their site states "Fast Return". I contacted them and told them I wanted to return them and be refunded my money. They told me I had to send them back to China for a refund. They would have cost $17.48 per pair to send back for a $24 pair of shoes. I asked for a US address and they refused to give me one. They offered me 15% back to keep them. Terrible!

Of 5 garments ordered 1 was as advertised. The cotton embroidered tops were neither cotton nor embroidered. They were stamped polyester. The embroidered blanket coat was stamped and nothing like the fabric described. I can't even wear it as a robe as the construction is so shabby.
If you click on the customer service link on the returns section it takes you to another non affiliated site. I finally got to the Wotoba returns section and was told that the return shipping was so exorbitant that it wasn't worth trying to get my money back.
Goodwill can use it all as recycled fabric, because that is where it is all going.

Do NOT order from Wotoba. They are very cheap and not even close to what is pictured. I only received 2 of 5 items ordered weeks ago and am getting the run around via email because I want to return the 2 items I received and have cancelled the order on the three I have not received. The tracking info on the package I received shows the 2 items were sent from DUBAI CITY AE, I am told via email that the return center is located in Guangzhou, China and that there are substantial return costs. Not feeling good about getting my money refunded and will take necessary action now.
